We did some crawling this weekend. 3 wonderful yarn shops @allwoundupyarnshop , @serialknitters and @teacozyyarn it was a great time visiting these shops I had never been too before. We will finish region 2 soon. I forget to bring my passport last week at Knitting in the park. It's so soft! One is just Baby Llama, and the others are Baby Alpaca, Fine Merino Wool, and Mulberry silk. Lovely yarn I got at @serialknitters - and I love the colors! Makes me think of flowers and nature, and sort of gives a relaxing earthly nature vibe that is very pleasant to look at- plus it's pretty soft so it's really nice to work with. I actually started this a little while ago, but it was frogged a few times and now I think I am happy with the shape and the way it's working up. I don't know exactly what it when end up as... scarf? blanket? Wrap? Shawl thing? I am just going to crochet till I run out of yarn and depending on what it looks like- maybe buy more yarn.... But! What can you tell us about your AW16 collection? Bumble Blooms AW16 collection of handcrafted bloomers and snoods with carefully selected colours and materials.

Our snoods are the best way of keeping your little ones warm and still looking super stylish. Also our bloomers are comfy and easy to wear and practical using fun prints. 

Each bloomer and snood will be beautifully packaged in a re-usable fabric postcard pouch with a personal touch we can add a little one’s name to the packaging or you can always hand write it at a later date making the perfect gift or a special treat for your little one.

When it comes to your designs who's opinion do you trust the most? Well I love hearing everyone’s opinion but when it goes to making the final decision I always go with my gut.

If you were arrested what would it be for? Haha it would have to be for knitting too much!

Can you tell us about a favourite childhood winter memory? Each Christmas my parents would take me and my sister present shopping. One would go with our mum and the other with our Dad and we would split up and have an hour to get each other presents. It always a bit of a challenge to hide what shops you’d been to but my sister always knew what she had got from me before Christmas day as I was the worst at keeping secrets.

Can you recommended a book, song and restaurant to us. Fratelles in Ampthill fantastic food, great night out or prefect take away mmm.

What's your favourite way to relax? Well myself, and my partner love watching series on Netflix. We are watching Sons of Anarchy and we are addicted!

Is there anything people might be surprised to learn about you? I’ve only taken up knitting again after making only one scarf whilst at uni.

Finish this sentence. If I could be a kid again.... I would never grow up :P

Hmmm... 5 skeins of yarn is kinda pushing it in my favorite project bag, but should be okay. Can’t wait to start this project! Fibery Loot!! Looks at these beauties that I snagged from @dandelions_daisies trunk show at @serialknitters today! I think these will be lovely together in my next project! I have been making a holiday (Yule) scarf for a couple years now and I decided this year to also make one for Halloween (Samhain). I am going to start it on August 1st (Lammas). Just sorta feels like a good plan that works for me- I haven’t gotten very far yet in the ‘Llewellyn’s Sabbat Essentials: Lughnasadh’ But it was an idea that just popped into my head that Lammas was the perfect day to start this scarf.
