It’s so cool to see this last run at the US Open Serena Williams is making. 40 years old, a mom, 365 matches won in her career, 23 grand slam titles, chasing a record tying 24th. The energy level at her matches has been electric, as she’s played well and everyone knows that’s it on her legendary career if she loses. It reminds me of 2006 when I used to shoot the Open and it was Andre Agassi’s last tournament before retiring. He made it to the third round and each match was more exciting than the last. One night afterwards Andre’s dad was riding the media bus back to Manhattan (for some reason 🤷🏼♂️). He was quite the character, holding court at the front of the bus with anyone who would listen. I remember him saying he wished he had introduced Andre to golf instead, so we would have had a longer career than having to retire at 36! Let’s hope Serena can go out on top. #serenawilliams #usopen #usopen2022 #usopentennis #usopentennis2022 #andreagassi #serenaGOAT @serenawilliams @USopen (at Billy Jean King Tennis Center) https://www.instagram.com/p/Ch-b3w_p8JN/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Great to be able to see some of our favorite celebrities, friends and family ushering out 2016 with happiness, hope and the promise of great new beginnings and life into 2017. We've all mourned enough in 2016. So happy for @serenawilliams - See what happens when you keep your personal life out of the public domain and out of people's mouths who often create so much noise that many relationships have to battle the noise just to get to the necessary privacy and alone time where they can truly just get to know one another, learn one another and realize that they can truly build a promising future with one another without any outside input. After that Drake public madness- she crept quietly into the arms of a man who understood that even as public figures- having a personal life that was not privy to public scrutiny and opinion was not only possible but catamount in working and building to where they are today - engaged to be married and a surprise to many! #SerenaGOAT is my forever hero for ending this year of so many public ups and downs with the best upset ever in the eyes of those who have nothing better to do with their lives except be upset at others for living their lives happily, lovingly and quietly! May we all learn this lesson for 2017 in knowing that great things happen when you work them out privately and silently! As the saying goes "Work hard in silence and let success make the noise"- This applies in every aspect of life! Congratulations Serena and Alexis! 🙌👏💪🎉

This is one of those weekends where I wish I could take it back and redo all over again for a better outcome! Even our #SerenaGOAT couldn't redeem this weekend for me -where it seems like good news is hard to come by- from ailing to the point of feeling like I was on my deathbed, to hearing the news that Muhammed Ali was actually on his deathbed and had earned his wings amongst the ancestors and now this upset at the French Open when I was hoping @serenawilliams would bring the championship home in honor of the champ. But such as life -we win some and we lose some, and after every defeat all we can do is work harder toward the next win! Even with an injury #1 seeded Serena didn't give up the win easily to Spain's #4 seeded Garbine Muguruza! But she allowed her to make history today in her 1st Grand Slam title along with being the 1st Spanish woman to win in Paris in 18 years. Here's to manifesting into existence that next weekend is a whole lot better than this 1. "I really think a champion is defined not by their wins, but by how they can recover when they fall... OverPower, OverTake, OverCome"- Serena Williams

#WCW... Finally watching the highlights... And another 1! Serena Williams beats Maria Sharapova to advance to the semi-finals of the Australian Open, which she has won 6 times and has never lost in a semi-final match. After 11 years and counting with 18th straight wins, can the world stop calling this a rivalry because the hype up to the same outcome is getting boring even thoughI it gives me great amusement! Usually rivals are comparable in match up and considered serious competition... All the endorsements in the world can not bring Sharapova to the level of America's #GOAT and undeniably 1 of the greatest athletes of all time in the entire world! @serenawilliams #Undeniable #StrongIsBeautiful #SerenaGOAT
