I found out that the 15 year anniversary for final fantasy xiii was on the 17th so I whipped these up in celebration!

13 also just holds a special place in my heart as it’s the game that introduced me to the series ⚡️

Lightning Digital Painting.

Tried to capture that moment in the game when lightning watches as Serah turns into Crystal. Tried to show lights thoughts and emotions as she realises that she may never see her sister again! The L'cie saga is very inspiring because, even in the certainty of their doomed fate, they keep moving forward!
