Today we took care of a young man who suffered a telescoping nasal. His nose was pushed posteriorly along his skull base resulting in a saddle nose and super-deep radix. You can see this on his CT scan on the second photo. Our team was happy to lend a hand today with my top-not h assistants @drnvplasticsurgery @dr.erik.wolfswinkel @roveloplasticsurgery @josevasquezla. Very pleased that the bone reduction ruins were successful. The septum, however, will need to be rebuilt at a later date.
