Jeongin had his eyes on you forever. So when he finally gathered the courage to ask you out, he was over the moon when you said yes.So obviously he asked the most romantic people he knew what to do.

Hyunjin told him "Get her flowers, and be at her door early, NOT TOO EARLY but early, so you look punctual."

Jisung told him "Take her out to eat, really really good food. Girls like food. I think?"

Minho told him "Be nice, a gentleman but not too nice, you might look creepy."

Chan told him "Just be yourself, if she agreed to go out with YOU she's doing it for YOU, not for anything else."

So when Jeongin went to the flower shop and found it closed he nearly had a heart attack nearly and came to get you in his car, empty handed. It didn't stop him from taking you for a drive around, showing you parts of the city you hadn't seen before. He smiled when he saw the mesmerized look on your face. That was worth it at least.

He turned into a parking lot and went into a restaurant talking to someone before walking back to the car. The restaurant he wanted to take you to was full and he'd ended up taking you to a small diner. Things started looking up he took you to the park. After running around for a while he offered to buy you ice cream which you didn't refuse.

Jeongin was fine until suddenly it started raining outside the ice cream shop. He sucked in a breath and looked at his ice cream.

"Jeongin?" You tilted your head at him.

"Yeah?" He looked up, smiling but you could tell he was a bit upset.

"What's wrong?"

"Noth-"

You made a face and he sighed.

"You probably think this is the worst date ever and it's entirely my fault for being stupid and not making sure everything was ready. SO I get it if you don't want to go out again or if you just stop talking to me enti-"

You reached over and grabbed his hand.

He went quiet and stared at you.

"I like the rain." You smiled. "I liked the park. I liked the diner. And I liked driving around with you."

Jeongin stared at you, face getting hot.

You giggled and ate a spoonful of your ice cream. "I liked this date Jeonginnie."

His heart was pounding in his chest, YOU LIKED IT??? "I could've done better..." He said, finally managing to calm his heart.

You put down your spoon and frowned slightly. "You don't get it do you?"

He blinked dumbly for a moment.

"I liked this date because it's perfect. It's perfect because I'm with you."

He stared at you in shock for a moment. "So-"

"I'd like to go out again." You looked out the window for a moment, before smiling at him.

He smiled back and reached out giving our hand a squeeze. "I'd like that too."

i remember when you had that skz talker? skz kids? episode up for her and chan and i clicked on it immediately assuming the worst but i specifically remember reading the part where she brozoned him and audibly sighing in relief- NOT THAT CHAN ISNT FUCKABLE THOUGH. i would let that man turn me every way loose but the fact that she had strong platonic relationships with the guys from the get go was so much more cuter to me

like the friendship with hyune and lee know is still my favorite skz dynamic with cleo and how lee know was so ready to knock her ex bf out like thats plot! honestly im so tired of skz editions trying to fuck all of them where is the love. skz family for a reason.
