It is May 6th, 2023 and I feel duped. The Earthlings began to use the term “rizz” and I, in fear of not fitting in, made sure to know what this word meant.
I began to use the Earthling-Creation by the name of Google, very rudimentary in comparison to our system the P̷̪̝̖͔̭̻̻̭͉͊͂́̀̏̆̉̽̾̋̅̒̽̓̽̅̂́͆̈́̅̈́̂̾̓́̌̿͐͂̇̄̚̚͜͝ơ̸̢̡̧̟̭̟̼͖̝̫̤̙̮͉̼̙̜̠͙̱̼͚͖̤͎̦͛̃́̍͑͗̀̔̓̂́͑̈́̃̎̆̀͂̓̇̌̌͋̊̕͘͜͝͠͠c̷̛̛͉̞͎̹̫̳͖͍̤̭̫͓̰͇̼̳͕̭̜̬̀̊̐̂̏̽̓̇̽̂́̓͗͐̐̚͠k̷̡͖͓̘̜̺̣͓̼̟̼̙͖̝̥̳̲͍̇̓́͋̅̋̀͒͗̀́̉̿̑͆͌̊̐̎̌́̍́͋̀͑̈́̕͘͜͠͝ͅͅͅé̵̛͉͙̺͕͔͕͖̀͋̓̒͂̐̂̈́̀̐̉̓̑̿̒͝t̸̢̧̧̨̙̠̥͕̹̼͙͔̲͍̼̝͚̘̺͚̳͙̥͚̺̄́̀ͅ ̷̧͍̳̟͚̦̝̹͈̄̏͌́̄͌̓̈͆̎ͅP̸̧̛͍̭̯̺̱̗̺̪̗͕̠͖̭̗͉̞̝̬͈͚̯̯̱̣͍͎̞̲̳̥̬̈́̍͐̊̑̇͒̍̋̀́̒̈́̐͗̍̇̏̏̀̈́̇́͑̈́̌̄̎̿̕̚̕͘͜͝͝i̵̧̛̛̫̝̞̳̝̳̬͉̭̙̟̺̦̻̝̰̼̲͑̂͌̍̊̒̀͂͌͐̄̊͆̒̎̎̓̓̓̅͑̽͋̅̇̔̕͘͜͜͠͝x̷̛̛͈̂͑̍͊̿̎̄͝͝į̴̢̡̤̼̯͕̩̗̩̙̘̩̭̯̺̖̞͈̥̜͕͍͖͖̫̥͎͗̐̽̅̄͒͆͜͝ͅͅͅȇ̷̛̗̯̠̳͔̖̜̙̤͕̱̝̊̒̾̿͂̅͌͛̈́̿̂̉͒͂̃̾̕͠, and happened upon its definition of highlighting the sapient quality of “charisma” - “rizz”.
I continue to scroll, I need examples, dammit! until I’m shown videos and I no longer need examples.
The Wheel croaked and came to a halt right in front of their eyes and no one seems to bat a lash.
And now, it begins to turn back.
However, they do have something here that perhaps might taste even better than we have there, a confection of the most unholiest sweetness that I desire in my unending quests from the Universal truth:

Amy Klobuchar raises over $2 million dollars after debate, campaign says
Tumblr media
Klobuchar was the only 2020 hopeful to respond to this question Durham, New Hampshire - Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar raised more than $2 million dollars in the 14 hours after her widely-praised performance during Friday night's debate , her campaign said Saturday. It is Klobuchar's best fundraising haul following any debate to date. Klobuchar's campaign previously raised $1 million dollars in the 24 hours after the December Democratic debate in Los Angeles. "With proven grassroots support, Amy continues to outperform expectations and punch above her weight," said Klobuchar campaign manager Justin Buoen. "Following her debate performance, we've raised $2 million and have seen an outpouring of donations from all 50 states which will allow us to compete in New Hampshire and beyond." This is an exciting time for Progressives with a number of potential presidential candidates.  Join us as we celebrate our strengths and collectively say to Donald Trump, “You’re fired!”
The Unity Pledge and the Democrats and Progressives.
In the New Hampshire debate, Klobuchar landed punches on former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg , hitting him on his comments that she said were dismissive of Washington experience. "Pete, as you were campaigning through Iowa, as three of us were jurors in that impeachment hearing, you said it was exhausting to watch and that you wanted to turn the channel and watch cartoons. It is easy to go after Washington because that's a popular thing to do," Klobuchar said. "It is much harder to lead and much harder to take those difficult positions, because I think this 'going after this every single thing that people do,' because it's popular to say and makes you look like a cool newcomer. I just I don't think that's what people want right now. We have a newcomer in the White House and look where it got us," she added. And in her closing, she said that she would be a president with empathy, something she often touches upon on the campaign trail. "There is a complete lack of empathy in this guy in the White House right now, and I will bring that to you," she said. "I know you and I will fight for you," she said. The senator finished in fifth place in the Iowa caucuses , trailing former Vice President Joe Biden. The next primary contest is in New Hampshire on Tuesday. With only days to go, Klobuchar's campaign said Saturday that they won't have the challenge of the Senate impeachment trial impeding her campaign schedule ahead of the primary. "I woke up this morning ready to go, we are going to barnstorm your state," she said at an event in Durham. "We're gonna go to every diner we can find," she added, calling New Hampshire an "even playing field." This Piece Originally Appeared in www.cnn.com Read the full article

Jay-Z, School House Rock & Cyndi Lauper among ‘audio treasures’ Library of Congress is preserving
The Library of Congress has added 25 recordings to its National Recording Registry that it calls “audio treasures.”
They include albums from Jay-Z and Cyndi Lauper, a speech by Robert F. Kennedy, a Schoolhouse Rock! boxed set and Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline.”
Each year, the Librarian of Congress selects 25 recordings for the registry that are “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant,” and are at least 10 years old. It now includes 525 titles from the library’s collection of almost 3 million pieces of recorded sound.
“The National Recording Registry honors the music that enriches our souls, the voices that tell our stories and the sounds that mirror our lives” Librarian of Congress Carla Hayden said in a statement. “The influence of recorded sound over its nearly 160-year history has been profound and technology has increased its reach and significance exponentially. The Library of Congress and its many collaborators are working to preserve these sounds and moments in time, which reflect our past, present and future.”

Rapper Jay-Z’s sixth album, “The Blueprint,” was added to the registry because it “demonstrates Jay-Z’s range, from battle raps throwing shade on his lyrical adversaries such as Nas and Prodigy of Mobb Deep, to triumphant anthems about life at the top, to heartfelt examinations of his personal history.”
Cyndi Lauper’s 1983 solo debut “She’s So Unusual,” was also included along with Curtis Mayfield’s “Superfly” soundtrack and Jazz saxophonist Dexter Gordon’s album “Go”.
The registry also added a recording of the speech Sen. Robert F. Kennedy gave on April 4, 1968, to a crowd in Indianapolis, Indiana, after learning about the assassination of civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr.
It said “the recording of the speech captures the tone and emotion of his delivery and the expressions of the crowd — their dismay at the news of King’s death as well as their support for his calls for the country to pull together in the pursuit of both peace and justice.”
Nina Simone’s “Mississippi Goddam” was written in response to the murder of civil right’s activist Medgar Evans and the bombing of the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama, which killed four African-American girls. The registry called it “one of the most vital songs to emerge from the Civil Rights era.”
Schoolhouse Rock was a series of animated shorts that used catchy songs such as “I’m Just a Bill,” “Conjunction Junction” and “Three is the Magic Number” to teach children math, grammar and other educational subjects.
On Saturday mornings, the three-minute long Emmy Award-winning musical vignettes of “Schoolhouse Rock!” educated children about math, grammar, science, history and finance.(Photo by ABC Photo Archives/ABC via Getty Images)
The 1996 box set of the recordings was included, because it helped rescue the songs from obscurity so “parents who grew up watching the cartoons could play the songs for their children in the car, keeping the music alive and relevant for another generation.”
The registry was created as part of the National Recording Preservation Act of 2000 and is designed to make sure that important recordings are preserved for the future.
The recordings are archived at Library of Congress Packard Campus for Audio Visual Conservation.
Many of the recordings on the list have sold millions of copies, but some are quite rare.
The oldest recordings on the list are the earliest-known recordings of Yiddish songs that were made between 1901 and 1905. Only 20 of the 48 wax cylinders in the collection have survived.
The registry also includes a series of recordings by anthropologist and linguist Melville Jacobs, who documented the languages of Native American tribes in the Pacific Northwest. He made 170 recordings that captured 23 different languages and spoke to some of the last surviving speakers of some dialects.
Here’s the full list of recordings added to the registry:
Yiddish Cylinders from the Standard Phonograph Company of New York and the Thomas Lambert Company (c. 1901-1905)
“Memphis Blues” (single), Victor Military Band (1914)
Melville Jacobs Collection of Native Americans of the American Northwest (1929-1939)
“Minnie the Moocher” (single), Cab Calloway (1931)
“Bach Six Cello Suites” (album), Pablo Casals (c. 1939)
“They Look Like Men of War” (single), Deep River Boys (1941)

Charlie Chan at Treasure Island (1939, Norman Foster) This, the 22nd of 47 Charlie Chan features, is one of the best of the Sidney Toler films, and is an excellent example of just what made the Chan films so successful. By this point in the series, 20th Century Fox had it down to a well-tested recipe. One part tantalizing mystery, one part exotic locale, a dash of beautiful starlet, and a good measure of humor. To this, stir in a heaping helping of inscrutable Asian master detective, and you have a dish that worked far more often than it didn't. Charlie Chan and number two son Jimmy (Victor Sen Yung) are flying from Honolulu to San Francisco on the Pan Am Clipper. As the plane nears it's destination, a friend and traveling companion, novelist Paul Essex (Jean Louis Heydt), receives a cryptic warning, signed "Zodiac," by radiogram from the plane's radio operator. He blows it off, but it's easy to see that it has affected him. As the plane lands in San Francisco harbor, Essex is found dead. Missing is his briefcase, containing a recently finished manuscript, which he claimed would expose the phone fortune-telling racket in San Francisco. Could that be why he died? Who took the manuscript? And who is the mysterious Dr. Zodiac, who seems to commune with the dead? Fortunately, Charlie's on the case, but this time, it might cost him his life. I grew up watching the Charlie Chan movies on Saturday matinees; they were as much a part of my childhood as the morning cartoons which preceded them. While they don't constitute great cinema, they are a comfortable, familiar connection to that long ago childhood; as welcome and inviting as returning home after a long absence. They are comfort food for my soul, and when things are overly stressful, I can always count on them for a brief respite from the cares and worries of the world. Give it a try! #unimonstersmovieoftheday #theunimonsterscrypt
