Just published my newest blog with great insights into KW Sales stats for October 2018. The blog also has some good info on the Christkindl Market at Kitchener City Hall, Basic Home Repairs to do Before Selling, How to Deal With Mice and Toxic Foods for Dogs. Click the link for the complete story. The great news is that K-W sees stronger than average home sales in October. The average sale price of all residential properties sold in October increased 7.7 percent to $489,725 compared to the same month a year ago. Detached homes sold for an average price of $576,731 an increase of 6.2 percent compared to October of last year.
