This morning, I asked the cards "How can I embrace the unknown?" I drew the Sun from The Gentle Tarot. I think the thing I've come to fear is the unknown of what will happen. It could be nothing, I could have no reactions or I could have all of them. There is no way of knowing what will happen or the shape of the mountains in front of me. However, I've done this before. The Sun wants me to remember the joy I felt when I stepped back into the light again after such a long time in the dark. As the Sun's rays shone down upon me, filling up the places that still had lingering shadows. That light is still within me and around me, it hasn't left me. To embrace the unknown, I have to shine light upon it so that I will come to know the terrain well, every rock and cliff of the mountain before me. Only then will I be able to climb to the top and feel the glow of the Sun. I've done this before and I will do so again.
