In this episode, Mary shares a little about the history of the Rosary and the story behind Our Lady teaching it to St. Dominic. She then shares excerpts from St. Louis de Montfort's book The Secret of the Rosary explaining varying spiritual lessons that can be learned from this prayer. Mary also shares stories of great miracles won through praying the Rosary, as well as the many promises that Our Lady gave to those who pray it often.

I realize there are people out there who do, but I personally don’t want to as 1) I think it could be misconstrued by non-Catholics as being a fashion accessory, which is already a problem and 2) it’ll wear down faster. Plus, I have some rosaries that wouldn’t even fit over my head, and I have other ones that are really delicate.

I know there are active military personnel and others that wear them around their necks because then it means it’s on their person all the time, but I don’t. The “rosary as an accessory” is already a problem, as I said, so I want to avoid reinforcing it.

But, I do carry one in my purse, which I carry with me pretty much everywhere. So, Mama is never too far away.
