eli has had a tiny crush on him (based on aesthetic attraction + also he’s a big fan of sean on the field), but sean’s the first one who develops intense, romantic feelings first as he fell for eli’s helpful, earnest attitude, his leadership skills... and the adorable way he cannot flirt for shit.

Who is their biggest “shipper?”

diego used to claim that title… until craig arm-wrestled him for it HAHA. diego now says that he’s the First Eli/Sean shipper tho which is #true

they had what they thought was their first and last kiss as they fell beneath the waves, sinking into the unfathomable abyss, wrapped up in each other’s arms

eli did!! tbh with diego’s help, he prepared this whole speech declaring his love for sean… but it ended up slipping out when he was trying to defend sean from someone and sean heard it and went hearteyes motherfucker

after they get off la huerta, eli wastes no time in asking sean out (literally the second they step onto the plane/boat/whatever) and sean is like “i was just about to ask you the same thing”

sean’s a team player and eli is a people person, but i honestly think that they’re not really the types to go on double/group dates often.

@principal-mc and i were talking about the time mc/sean would go out on a double date with craig/michelle (who got together after bonding ofter the fact they they both had [?] unrequited feelings for sean LOLOL)

What do they do in their down time?

i hc that sean likes to watch some of his old football matches to see if he could think of a better strategy or whatever and he gets… way too into it like “shit i couldve done better if i made that pass” and other mistakes

so when eli sees this he goes to the couch, wraps sean up in a blanket and hands him hot chocolate and watches the game with him… except he loudly cheers whenever sean is on-screen. 

sean’s startled by it at first like “wtf eli” but then he can’t help but be endeared by the way eli excitedly points at the screen and goes “YO LOOK AT HIM GO! THATS MY BOYFRIEND EVERYONE!!” like it’s an actual game and?? tbh my mc’s a football nerd and i’m not, so just imagine eli enthusiastically complimenting sean’s techniques and making sean smile and feel better about himself

sean’s mother & his siblings adore eli on first sight while eli’s aunt coddles sean and keeps calling him “guapo” and eli’s like “ikr??”

hmm i imagine their first fight would be a little after [book 1 spoilers] eli sees sean die for the first time and he gets extremely over-protective of sean? but sean kinda… misunderstands that as eli losing trust in him/his abilities and that really stings since eli was one of his number one supporters ??

they talk it out though and it ends with eli bursting into tears while confessing that they’ve seen sean die and he just can’t lose sean, he can’t. sean feels his heart break as he takes eli into his arms and promises them that they will never lose him and shit sarap magsulat ng fanfic

neither cuz they trust each other too much to be jealous

for some reason jelly donuts come to mind? just let me have eli bringing sean jelly donuts after his games ok

sean’s v cuddly!! like eli will hug him for just one (1) sec and suddenly they’ve been cuddling for two (2) hours and eli is… Not Complaining tbh AHAHA they like to cuddle while facing each other although eli’s shorter than sean and usually ends up burrowing his face in sean’s neck as they cuddle lolol

tbh their friends are shookt when they’re not holding each other’s hands like “yo eli are you and sean ok?” “yeah why??” “it’s just… youre not holding hands?” when in reality they both had their hands full carrying stuff lol

they sleep together for the first time the night before the watchers arrive because they think it’s their last time together and it’s so sweet and so pure but i don’t like to dwell on it because i’m still traumatized by the scene that happens afterwards

they take turns sis!! sean just loves to take care of eli and eli just wants sean to feel loved and appreciated for the amazing man he is like frick theyre too sugary sweet

…they propose at the exact same time it’s not even funny cuz sean’s been planning the perfect Night for weeks and eli took to carrying a ring in his pocket for far longer because he just felt like the time was near, but he kept chickening out lol 

so they have this weird mindmeld where they both feel like it’s the Right Time and eli takes out the ring box at the exact second he sees the ring in the champagne glass and he and sean look at each other like Oh My God 

and they end up stumbling over their words and talking over each other like “yes!!” and “i love you” and “when were you planning this” before ending up kissing passionately

im not 100% sure what you’re asking..i think the answer is probably ‘yes’ (like..that 56 is my final mark for my whole maths unit, yeah), but im bored rn so ill just do a rundown of how my uni’s grading system works (and just how units work in general) bc im a fucking nerd:

so you’re typically doing a few units each semester (most people do 4 units per semester, but you only have to do 3 to be considered full time, it’ll just make your degree take a bit longer). you do your assignments for each unit throughout the semester and most units will have an exam at the end that’s typically work around 50% of the whole grade for the unit. for each unit, the assignments will be weighted so that they total 100 example: for my maths unit, we had three hand-in assignments and a mid-semester test, all of which were out of 20 but ultimately worth 10% of the final grade each (so 17/20 in one assignment contributes 8.5/10 to your grade); then the final exam was out of 100 marks but worth 60% of the final grade (so my mark of 37.5/100 in the exam gave me 22.5/60)

for each unit you get a final grade (out of 100), which translates across to your gpa (out of 7) based on the letter grade, which is best explained by a table imo:

so i did 3 units this semester and ill get a pass in maths (4/7), probably a distinction in psychology (6/7) and i have no idea what ill get for cognitive science, but let’s say it’ll be a credit (5/7). that’ll give me an overall gpa of the average of those, so.. 5.000 (bc apparently it’s done to 3 decimal places)

so..yeah, that’s how it works. that’s probs all a bunch of useless info that you really didnt care about lmaooo and it’s generally how gpas work so if ur at all familiar with gpas then you’d know it already. it’s just very new to me bc the concept of a gpa doesnt exist in high schools here. i could rant about how much i hate the high school atar system (and how it works) but no one would read that lmao.. it’s so awful tho

tbh sure i know all about how the gpa stuff works at my uni, but i dont care much about it bc my gpa doesnt actually matter and for most people i dont think it matters much? i think it’s important for some course transfers and maybe admission to certain programs like honours or stuff, i have no idea.. as long as you pass a unit, it’s gonna count towards your degree (eg, for my base degree [without honours] i have to do 24 units and i dont get an extra reward for getting better than a pass). if i want to get into my honours year i need to have an average of 70+ for all my psych units and 75+ for all third year psych subjects, but my actual gpa doesnt matter

Endless Summer Asks:1) Are you a good friend? I think so, I absolutely am (a little biased haha 😆)! I can be pretty shy and may take a while to open up coz I’m an introvert yet I am open to meeting new people of diverse traits. College and this fandom has taught me to be a friend to all shedding kindness to anyone I meet. 😊

I had a childhood best friend since middle school yet currently not in good terms with. 😢 Acceptance and understanding is the last thing one would expect from others nowadays irl but not from a best friend. Yet I believe we’re gonna be okay someday.
