Dionysus has always been an admirer of mortals.

Humans, despite generally lacking the power of shapeshifting, are so malleable compared to the gods - they can be whatever they wish, while gods are trapped into their own great power.

"Oh, boy, you have no idea what power you have sworn yourself to - what great events you meddle in." Mr. D groans.

The centaur -Chiron - groans alike. "It is not unheard of for the gods to choose a mortal champion. It is not our place to question their decisions."

"Hardly. I shall question as I please, Chiron."

You look at them. "I'm not here to meddle or disrupt. I'm here to protect my brother. What happened last night?"

"Your family were attacked by the Minotaur. And your mother, I believe was taken as... a bargaining chip of sorts. By the Lord of Death."

"I am a mortal. I have no godly ancestor or heroic lineage. That might make me weak. But it makes me strong, too - I am not beholden to the Olympians. I don't believe in your supremacy or omnipotence. You are dangerous, but I am not trapped by the patterns that confine you. I do not fear your Death."

Chiron looks nervous. Dionysus grins. "Well said! I await your imminent demise, but well said."

It is decided that you will stay in the Big House- being a mortal of no lineage, it seems taboo to place you in a cabin. And for a while longer, your little brother remains in the dark about his lineage.

But you walk to the ocean, late at night. "Yuri. Please."

And Poseidon appears to you - there are no taboos or favoritism worries with mortal champions. Often mortals fall beneath the notice of gods.

"Where is my mother?"

"She is with my brother. Hades will not release her."

"Unless?"

Poseidon frowns. "This is not your quest alone. This belongs to Percy."

"She's my mother too."

"I-"

You look at him. "Yuri, please. We're not involved in this."

"Percy must find and return Zeus' master bolt. A son of Poseidon calming our... feud."

"Really? Nature is going crazy, and my mother is being held hostage, my brother is in danger, because you and your brothers are having a pissing contest?" You growl, the rage of the sea cresting within you. Poseidon lays a hand on your chest, and the world seems to calm.

"So you think Hades stole the bolt?"

Poseidon looks at you. "It is not my place to accuse without evidence."

"But if he already has the master bolt, why would he need my mother as a bargaining chip?"

"I do not pretend to know my brothers' minds."

You sigh. "You gods are really starting to get on my nerves."

"Mind your insolence. Few of my relations are as forgiving as I."

You hold your tongue, harsh words leaping unbidden to your lips - channeling your aggression into combat training only works so well, and there is an ocean's worth of fury in you.

"Ease, my champion. I will give you foes to fight soon enough. Stay the course and protect your brother."

He claims Percy after a few more days - you haven't seen the kid often as you want, because camp is a tight ship and full of activities. Though you have been sparring with Luke, who's surprised at your prowess.

Percy looks at you, when it comes time to choose his two companions for a quest.

"I would. But... you're mortal. You cant heal with ambrosia. And if something happens... I can't lose you too, bro."

And you watch your brother walk away.

It hurts, it really does, but - come on, that's your little brother. Did he really think you'd just stay at camp?

You walk towards the beach, and walking out from the seafoam to meet you is a pure-white horse, abalone woven into its mane. It bows to you, and you remember that Poseidon is the Lord of Horses.

You see the blue saddle on the creature, already marked with a trident, and you sling yourself over it - grateful that horseback training had been somewhat covered during your brief time at camp.

The horse gallops over the water with ease, and you hold on tight, hoping against hope it knows where Percy is...

Blueberry Muffin Cookie: Transfem supremacy. Also Sea Ink Captain Cookie's partner.

Prismatic Seafoam Priest Cookie: Spicy Egg Ramen's "Master." Also manipulative asf.

Spirit Informer Cookie: Literally just there to give Cookies that get lost in foggy woods "useless" info. Info about what? Who knows.

Enoki Warrior Cookie: "Fuck you Spirit Informer."

Shark King Cookie: "King of Sharks" he says.

Red Licorice Cookie: Basically Strawberry Crepe except, for everything except the robot making thing.

Midnight Blue Cake Cookie: Venoct 2.0

Molasses Cookie: Midnight's adopted little sister.

Jellywalker Cookie: "Oh dear god let me rip."

S'more Cookie and Timegear "Master" Cookie: (S'more) Is both a mechanic and news paper delivers enby. (Timegear) Basically Baumkuchen's de except they have slight memory loss and they lost an arm. (It got replaced)

Creme Brulee Cookie: Idk I haven't made lore for them yet

Root Beer Cookie: Parsley 2.0 (From Smile for Me)

Blue Grey Conch Cookie: Oyster's grandkid

Cheese Toastie and Rice Cracker Cookie: (They're both twins so hence why they're both together) Both work at the TBD (Idk what they're working as so please don't ask) and really good friends with S'more and Timegear.

Black Syrup Cookie: (was that a yo kai watch refe- No it isn't) Someone get their damn crows.

OPPOSITE. despite our similar tastes in Characters i Need to psychoanalyse, i was. vaguely aware of artfight during sugar vs spice (not enough to know the theme fully), spectated during steampunk vs cyberpunk , was on bloom and vampire. seafoam will be our first time joining forces - 🦕

I’M SOBBING 😭😭😭 so real though… seafoam supremacy we’re gonna WIN because i SAY SO. the team has less people, so therefore more new people will be sorted onto it. said new people have more excitement for the fight because they’re new, and therefore will bring in more points. this is my theory on why the underdog teams (steampunk, bloom, werewolves) are winning these past few years. it used to be the opposite, the more dedicated people were veterans and therefore the more popular team typically won, but NOW i think it’s the opposite. YIPPEEE. we’ll see though

A/N: This is gonna be painful omg but it's so good...also I had to relive that terrible moment for this oneshot so it hurts 

The past few nights on the Finalizer were tough. You had been stressed with the workload that came with your rank and it made it difficult to sleep at night. But this time it was different; it was so vivid in your mind that you could have sworn that it was real.

You were on a star destroyer, the Supremacy, your father’s flagship. Armitage was to your right, an injury on his left thigh … he was using a cane to walk. What happened to him to cause that injury?

“It was a coordinated incursion, Allegiant General,” Armitage said.

...What the? Is he talking about the Resistance? Also … when did father become Allegiant General?

“They overpowered the guards and forced me to take them to their ship,”

The next moment you didn’t wish to relive again. Pryde reached for the gun of the Stormtrooper nearest to him and aimed it at Armitage, giving him no time to react. The blaster shot sent Hux back flying, hitting the spotless floor and sliding to the other end of the bridge. The other officers looked back in surprise, but you were screaming.

You wanted to run and see if he was okay, but you were being held back by the stormtroopers. Your father approached you, his face smug, “I told you this would be fleeting,”

Tears flowed down your cheeks as you cried out Armitage’s name…

...then you woke up

Shooting up from the bed, you panted as your eyes scanned the area to realize that you were safe in your chambers. You were drenched in sweat; your hand reaching over to feel the covers beside you...you sighed in relief.

Armitage was still beside you.

Your touch awoke your lover, his seafoam green hues opening to look up at you. “What is it, my dear?” he asked, sitting up.

“I had such … a terrible dream,” you said, rubbing your eyes of what tears had spilled onto your cheek.

Armitage planted a soft kiss on your shoulder, his hand rubbing up and down your arm, “Would you like to tell me about it?”

You couldn’t bear to tell him what happened in your dream, you didn’t want to relive it even if it wasn’t real. “I don’t want to … if I do, I’m afraid it might come true,” you shook your head. 

His eyes fell, giving a small nod, “That’s understandable. You don’t have to tell me...just tell me what you need,” 

Closing your eyes, you leaned back to rest your head on his bare chest, “I just want you to hold me, ‘Tidge … just help me forget about that nightmare …”

He wrapped his arms around you, planting a few kisses on top of your head. Armitage waited until you were asleep before he allowed sleep to take him as well. 

But he still remained curious as to what you had dreamed about.

Theo calls Asher sunbeam, sunspot, etc. It’s because Asher lights up his life! :)

Asher’s mother Hope calls him seafoam and has since he was very little

Axel calls Asher pretty boy, because he is the only person allowed to do so without Ash taking offense

What is your OC’s relationship with his/her mother?

Asher is momma’s boy, regardless of the way Hope did very little about the way Asher’s father treated him as a child and treats him now. Asher loves his mom so very much, they just don’t speak much anymore

How many siblings does your OC and what is his/her relationship with them?

Asher has three siblings. His oldest is Idris, the oldest Bellos child. Idris is not fond of Asher, and it’s mutual. Idris has always been one to join in on their father’s abuse of Asher and Asher is afraid of him. The next is his older sister Grace, who he’s never been very close with. Grace is daddy’s little girl, so her and Asher have never really wanted to be close, especially because Grace “disagrees with” Asher being gay. The last is Asher’s younger sister Abi, and Asher adores Abi, they are like this 🤞

What was your OC’s childhood like?

Grim. Asher was physically and verbally abused by his father from a very young age, and he doesn’t remember much of his childhood because of it. He was a lonely child until he met Theo in school.

What is your OC’s imagination like?

Asher has an active imagination, it’s very good for coming up with little stories to entertain himself when he’s bored! It’s helpful for his aspirations of becoming a writer :)

What does your OC think of children- either in general or about having them?

Asher loves kids, but he doesn’t want any of his own. Schoolteacher Asher supremacy - he loves younger kids, they are delightful and he wants to be someone positive for kids who might not have one elsewhere, but he couldn’t handle a kid of his own, no kids around him 24/7

Who are your OC’s closest relatives?

Abi for sure, they talk regularly, Abi visits him often, he adores her. That’s his little sister!! His baby sister!! They are mlm wlw solidarity

What is your OC’s opinion of school? What kind of student was s/he?

Asher hated school but he was so good at it. He was the typical school is so easy, “I can excel without trying and it sucks” type kids until college when he was actually challenged and had to try, but god did actually trying just make him better at it. He loves to learn! He just hated school until he was going for things he got to choose.

What is your OC’s greatest fear?

Asher’s greatest fear is finding out the people around him he loves actually agree with his father. That his dad was right about him and everyone knows it - and they despise him for it.

What are some of your OC’s morals?

Asher has pretty straightforward, common morals; tell the truth, keep your promises, have patience.

What is the general impression your OC gives other people?

He is a bitch. An aloof bitch. That’s not entirely what Asher is, but on first meeting, the general impression you may get from Asher is that he thinks he’s better than you and he’s being a bitch about it, regardless of if this is true (it’s not at all)

What is your OC’s favorite movie and/or TV show?

T... The Hobbit.......... Lord of The Rings..........
