I once had an Scottish manager and he was flabbergasted he lost 2 top performers once under the management of a v incapable woman (sorry this is many people’s experience idc) and he actually asked me what the fuck happened (not like this bc he was being logical and wanted to solve the problem instead of gossiping and doing weird shit lmao)
