Jyoti Maurya alleges, "Alok Maurya had told that he is a gram panchayat official but he was a sweeper. After then I am divorcing Alok Maurya." On the other hand, Alok Maurya has alleged that his wife Jyoti Maurya wants to get him killed. He has complained about this at the police station in Prayagraj. Accused of illegal relationship with commandant , posted as Home Guard Commandant in Ghaziabad. He says that in the month of February, he had caught both of them in an offensive state at his wife's official residence. Since then his wife and her lover have become enemies of his life.
