I fucking hate him, his beard is so scraggly its terrible!!! He's utterly repulsive physically and emotionally and I can't believe people like him so much, utterly insane I can't believe people let this man be made!!! And to pair him with Saint of all people? Also Shenyu is the definition of high intelligence and low wisdom (albeit his wisdom is actually like 12 or smth) and it fucking shows in me as a person as well because I spent 30 minutes explaining to my two friends, one being our DM and the other being in the same campaign, about how Shenyu makes cutoff labcoat sleeves that can be zipped on and off because his new magic mech arm would get in the way and finally my DM was just like��“why don’t you just make him roll up his sleeve, mei” and I was just like

I don’t really know what to say beyond that was an incredibly beautiful and rather satisfying game. I don’t think it could’ve ended any other way, that uncertainty of what Sunny’s friends will do with the information they’ve been given.

The final battle was pretty epic too, and the Game Over scared the hell out of me (since my last save was super far back), even though I had an inkling that it was going to happen. The final boss’s whole “this is what you deserve” rattled me pretty hard, and I was not expecting how much impact that whole fight would have on me. Game made me feel like I was in Sunny’s shoes the entire time, and that was one wild ride.

The whole switching from “awwww this is adorable” to “holy shit. please let me out of here.” is something that I’m still reeling about. 

I kinda wonder and wanna check out if there are multiple endings. IT FEELS LIKE THERE SHOULD BE given the whole choices. AND I REALLY WANT TO KNOW IF NOT STABBING THE CAT MATTERS because I really want the cat in the dream to be one that I didn’t stab. ;w;

Another thing I’m also wondering is if it’s possible to just quickly play the game by stabbing yourself as you enter the White Space.

hello!! it was definitely music first on this one, as soon as i knew who was gonna be the first killer i knew pretty much exactly what i wanted the music to sound like LMFAO (i mean cmon a dance break in the middle of an execution track?? i Gotta)

i had rough “choreography” in my head as i was writing out the music and adding in sound effects, but for the most part i laid out the comic afterwards to match the rhythm and pacing of the music! i had to redo the page thumbnails several times to get it to feel right, mostly spreading out the panels during the tempo increase to try to force the reader to scroll faster as the music got faster (i started with 8 total pages and wound up with 10 sdjklfsj)

i might go the other way around for ch2 though and match the music to a comic layout, since i have an idea of what i want to happen but no idea what i want the music to sound like yet! im curious to see if that’s gonna be easier or harder than the way i did it this chapter
