Update on my sculpting adventure!

I decided to take off the arms and legs so I could get the base of Kirby's body back to a good round shape. All the face carving and refilling made the arms and legs lose their shape so I reworked everything and I'm really liking the results of this last hour and a half.

The results of that work:

The extra work means I need to resmooth him, but that's not a big deal lol

Trying my hand at clay sculpting! I went with a fairly easy character and started with Kirby! It's not baked yet, but here's the progress.

This has taken about 3-4 hours so far and I'm still not totally sold on the the face placement yet. I'm really proud of the progress so far tho and I can't wait to get it finished, baked, and painted!
