God himself: (SCP-343) God exists on earth in human-like form, wandering the globe. He's set up a room in a humanoid detention cell and basically gives out free therapy when he stays in his cell.

The cure to everything: (SCP-500) a bottle of once 60, now 47 pills that can cure any illness in 2 hours or less after consuming. Including other difficult/impossible to cure SCP effects. All attempts at replicating these pills have so far failed.

A depressed horse: (SCP-042) Once a pegasus, now with its wings ripped off prior to SCP contact, this horse wishes for nothing more than to die. It has a small aura of influence around itself where other things want to die too. The foundation keeps it alive through a force-fed liquid diet and keeps it moving around by electric shock. Regardless of the veracity of the Hell is for horses entry, this horse certainly has a hellish existence.

A giant eel that drives you insane: (SCP-3000) It's hundreds of kilometers long, it lives at the bottom of the ocean, and it drives you insane when you start getting close. Excretes an ooze through the skin the foundation uses in strong amnestics. Dangerous, but basic in terms of effect types. Very Lovecraftian madness.

There's a message sometimes at the bottom that would make sense to be from the subject's parent, usually father. The soup is also better or worse directly correlating with how their subject's parent feels (if alive) or felt (if dead) about them.

Rock that transes your gender: (SCP-113) if your sex is male or female, it flips it in a painful process that lasts about a minute and a half. If intersex, depends on gender identity, changing your sex to the closest binary sex to your gender identity. In all cases, touching it again flips you to the other binary sex, but with a high risk of mutilation at first that can be mitigated by waiting as long as possible before touching the rock again. Also works on non-humans, but only affects species with some sort of sexual dimorphism.
