           he couldn’t remember the last time he’s ever been to a doctor. even when he was sick as a child; madarame continued to have him work on his art. he’d been feeling quite feverish of late, & the sound of his voice was growing hoarser by the day. it was better safe than sorry, especially with his friends urging him to at least get it checked out. when he approached her counter, he swallowed any saliva before speaking out; his voice barely breaking the silence. ‘ ... i think i need help. ‘ that should be sufficient enough, right -- ?

❛ i never once cared about hair but then you pranced your happy self through my door and now i'm exceedingly aware of how lackluster mine is in comparison. unbelievable. ❜

                                         His fingers are so used to TORCHING and tarnishing. Seldom does his touch bring tranquility. He TAKES and makes others tremble; his grip is GODLY and unbinds many bodies-… But he has no intention of harming opposing presence. So when he reaches out to rest digits among cluttered locks, the collision remains calm - ABSENT of inferno. For a few moments, he allows fingers to feel through her hair, acknowledging softness in silence. Although his eyes reflect a small desire to do DAMAGE-… He’ll save awful intentions for another time. For now, he wishes to return her sweet statements with flattery of his own. She is WORTH the praise, after all; not many bestow him with such blessings. In fact, they usually INSULT his appearance. It’s a relief to know she sees beyond his ruin; the aesthetic of this arsonist seems rather attractive. ❞
