Well, if you were to ask Tandem their favourite colour, they would say white.

A shade, they know, on technicality, but they hope you'll make an allowance for it. It's so crisp... so beautiful... so... unique. Like untouched snow... an empty page... a blank canvas....

Nature surely speaks to them! It has all their life, and that does show through into their work! Poetry and writing... even their art as a child.

But as for a particular plant... perhaps the snowdrop flower.

It's white petals, stark against the green stalk. It's bowed head, almost as though it is in reverence to something greater. The sky, the sun, the rain... or perhaps in fear. Begging not to be picked, to be ripped from it's roots, from life, and growth.

Who knows! They're beautiful, aren't they? Maybe to Tandem, that's all that matters.

Mainverse with Drill you say? :mhmm: Well, they would certainly like to know if there’s any life beyond Overlord, wouldn’t they? Perhaps that is why they’d seek him out, to see if they too can escape the constraints placed upon them by their own father…

At first, Drillburst would panic. The familiar frame would almost send his mind into fight or flight mode, but fortunately he’d be able to recognize that they’re not the same person. Though… sharing a crest and a similar frame still doesn’t help; but he’d come to realize they’re more than just their appearance, wouldn’t he? ;) After being calm enough to talk with them, he’d realize that while this femme is directly related to Overlord, they don’t want anything to do with him anymore. They’re a writer, like him. Into the arts, like him. Drillburst would gradually relax himself, sensing less danger the longer they conversed. And after that, they’d meet up more and more, their fragile bond strengthening, until… I dunno, we did say something about Tandem thinking of Drill as their new dad, didn’t we? 😏

Which would come as a total shock to Drill, no doubt, but after a while… no, he’d roll with that. He didn’t expect to be taking care of them, now, but it’s not like he’s not going to either.

Echo and Pimpernel/Scotta!! That would be interesting! I think she’d be a little put off by his demeanor, to be honest, and especially if he’s judgmental and distasteful towards organics. However, if she learned that after a while he starts to show a softer and friendlier side… perhaps she’d be more comfortable. It depends though! And I’d love to talk about them more with you :D

Echo and Jagged with Glare… he’d be very protective of them, even Echo. Pick em up by the scruff and carry them around XD who cares if one of them is a Decepticon? There’s always room for change. If he learned of the predicament with their conjunx/amicas, he’d console them too. I could also see Jagged and Glare really getting along, since both are catformer medics! I wonder if they’d exchange notes? 🤔

Owl would latch onto S somewhat, wanting to be in the same room as/near her as much as possible. Owl is very quiet, and would enjoy reading next to her on the couch or watching a show quietly together.

I think eventually they could end up like regular Columba! Owl doesn't have any sort of confidence in his relationship skills, and he has a very hard time trusting anyone after what happened with his trine, so maybe their relationship would truly blossom when they comfort each other, and hold each other close during episodes and panic attacks.

She would be the first person he trusts with the truth about his world, his war, his trine... and though it would come slowly, it would be like a dam breaking, and he would cry to her about the lies, the propaganda, the stories he was fed about Humans... about his bloodthirsty trine, about how he went along with them for so long....

and though it feels so good to get it out, half of him is sure that that will be it for him and S.

that when she hears that truth, she will finally leave him, too.

Shattered Glass Autumn.

Known as Owl or Snowbird, he is a quiet kind of person. with huge white snow owl wings, his flights are as silent as he is, and usually just as deadly. He was enrolled in the military early on, but chose to pursue a degree in science at the same time. He was in the war against the humans, on the side of the Avian military, specifically the Avian Air Force. He was conscripted into the Transtector program, and matched with Raven, and Falcon, two more outgoing Avians, who both reveled in the feeling of blood on their claws.

Long story short, Owl ends up finding out that his military, and the war itself, was built on lies, and that he and his team are in fact the Bad Guys. He kills Raven, and is hunted far and wide by Falcon, before they meet again at the old University, and fight within the under-construction Space Bridge within it. Theyre both shot to opposite ends of the universe(s), and Owl ends up somewhere new...

Left without his team, without his home, and without any sense of direction, Owl is lost. He has no way or want to go home... but somehow, he knows that one day, Home will come to him.

UwU maybe with SG!Scotta, and regular Scotta?

The relationship between them would be certainly different here… but not by much, I imagine :)

I don’t know how they’d initially meet (perhaps Owl is rescued by the Decepticons she’s with), but Scotta, or S in this universe, would be welcoming to him. She may seem passive and quiet, but she’s still very kind. If he’s very closed off at first, she’ll give him patience. Perhaps she’ll introduce him to her caretakers, ask him about his interests, and anything that makes him comfortable and/or happy so she can find ways to make him feel more welcome. She’d also be there when he feels self conscious, at his side if he ever called for her. After all, he’s the first organic she’s met in a very long time, that she can remember at least… where it goes from there depends on how he reacts ;)

Normalverse Scotta would be very similar! Patient and willing to help him if he asks for it, but she’ll admit that he intimidates her a little… something about the stare and the overall tone. It might take her a little longer to be comfortable, from difference of personality alone.
