Summary:

It was only lunch, lunch which they’d had had every day like clockwork. Everyone was chatting and talking before the entire student body went dead silent. Stiles stood staring at Scott with a look no one had ever seen directed at Scott. They had always been ScottandStiles.

Scott didn’t realize how much and how quickly he and Stiles were drifting apart. Ever since 10th grade when Allison arrived, a divide occurred, although Stiles never blamed Allison for Scott's actions.

It was subtle at first, with Stiles no longer being seen attached at the hip with Scott. They were worlds apart at school despite being in the same classroom day in and day out. After a few months, Stiles didn't seem as talkative anymore, worrying even Mr. Harris, whom everyone knew had a strong dislike for the Stilinski kid.

Then Stiles started hanging out with Boyd, Erica, and Isaac. Not only did he change who he hung out with but Stiles started laughing and talking a lot more. This was good for Stiles but it didn't alleviate the odd suffocating blanket that seemed to encase the school. It was the end of Junior year when the fight happened, when things finally came to a head.

“Shove your head back up your ass, McCall. That’s where it's been for the past two years!”

Scott gaped at him and snarled. “What the hell, Stiles?!”

Stiles shook his head and sent his former best friend a cold look that made everyone shiver. “Stay the hell away from me. You’re on your own now. If you pass, great. If you fail it’s whatever. I’m done giving my all and getting nothing in return. Go bury your cock in whatever warm hole that calls to you. I’m not your friend anymore and sometimes…” he trailed off and swallowed thickly. “Sometimes I wonder if we ever truly were friends.”

With that, Stiles left the cafeteria with his three new friends in tow.

By the time senior year rolled around, Stiles looked completely different. Rumors spread that he had become a part of the gang that Derek Hale ran. Everyone was talking about Stilinski’s leather jacket that now matched with the other four.

Obviously, this caused Scott to worry after Allison had pointed out just how different Stiles was now.

Scott confronted his former friend, but he failed to make any headway. So, he confronted the three other students that Stiles had been hanging out with. Erica laughed at his attempts and just pushed past him.

Seeing that he was getting nowhere, Scott decided he’d have to talk to Stiles if he wanted answers. However, when he got out of his last class and went in search of Stiles, Scott saw him climbing into a sleek black Camaro with his three new friends and…

Scott’s eyes bugged out and he glared as his best friend—former best friend—kissed Derek Hale's cheek. He watched as Derek turned to catch Stiles’s lips in a deeper kiss, both of them grinning as the three in the back smiled and nudged at their shoulders.

What the hell was going on? Scott was so confused but he couldn’t do more than stand on the sidewalk, frozen as he watched the five of them drive off.

Even being idly aware that Allison had come to stand beside him couldn’t rouse Scott from his realization that the chapter of his life that included Stiles was well and truly over. The hardest part was that that had been true for a long time but he had been blind to it.

Now that he saw, he knew there was no salvaging what was. He couldn’t remember the last time Stiles had smiled like that around him. In fact, the last time Scott saw Stiles smile so carefree, content and happy was before his mother died.

Allison offered him a sad smile and was about to encourage him not to give up but Scott shook his head. He kissed her cheek, laced their fingers together and headed to his motorbike. He was finally accepting that Stiles and he would no longer be as entwined as they had once been, nor as close and Stiles was happy now. Perhaps, this was for the best and it was time to let go.

Sure, Stiles had moved on, but Scott had moved in first and it would be hypocritical of him to object to the happiness that his former best friend had finally found. They were free to be alive and live the lives they wanted. That was all that mattered now.

Teen Wolf Fanfic Concepts That are SUPER Underrated, Part 1

Teen Wolf fics that involve a morally ambiguous Stiles are actually super good!!! We never got to explore that in canon and I will forever be disappointed that they made Stiles seem so weak when they could’ve had a great dynamic between Stiles and Peter. Because we both know that they would’ve gotten along if Peter was at least a little bit more sane, and the fact they are essentially both the Enforcers/Left Hands of their packs is something that shouldn’t be ignored.

Peter and Stiles, or Derek and Stiles, truly bonding over their traumatic experiences in losing family.

Also, just the three of them really bonding and becoming a pack of their own because they don’t want to deal with Scott and his inability to see good and evil as anything other than black and white and his unwillingness to kill to protect the pack.

Stiles and Lydia having a more sibling type relationship than whatever the shit happened in canon. Also, let’s be real, they could take over the world together if they even put half their minds to it.

Deaton being the evil cryptic asshole that he really is. And Scott following him blindly. (I might just make a rec list of all the fics this list is being based on.)

Stiles getting turned, and having trouble adjusting to his heightened senses because of his ADHD. Stiles ADHD being more than just the occasional joke and it actually being taken seriously.

Allison and Lydia really being best friends and not putting up with anyone’s shit, including Scott’s blind moral compass pointed wherever Deaton needs it.

Stiles training with Chris Argent, and/or Allison, so that he can protect himself. Because we all know that he would do anything to protect those that he cares about.

Stiles generally being really badass (as a human or with some super secret magics) and Scott not noticing for shit. I would love a fic where Allison is in on Stiles’ training with Chris, but neither of them mention it to Scott. I’d love to see them have a more sibling type of relationship, and just have Allison eventually come to her senses about Scott not being a good alpha. Sorry not sorry for all the Scott bashing in this post. (not gonna lie, this one is me trying to redeem Allison a little bit)

I've been looking for this one fic for awhile that I read ages ago where Derek comes back to beacon hills with his pack,including jackson,and Stiles and Lydia meet up with them despite scott not wanting it. At one point Theo and Liam are doing a stakeout infront of where Derek and his pack live to spy for Scott. pretty sure it's got the bad friend and bad alpha scott mcall tag and cora is most likely in it as well but i could be wrong on that one.

Wolves of Beacon Hills

A/N: hey guys! So this is my first ever crossover fic and I’ve haven’t ever found a teen wolf x avengers which I thought would be cool so I did it myself. Sorry if it’s bad hahaha💙

“Come on Scott I can help. Shits gonna go down, like your meeting Deucalion and I won’t be there to save your asses”

I sigh and put my phone on my bed flopping down on my back, my head bouncing on my pillow. My door creaks open and my cute brown headed friend stands at the door with a smile.

“Hey Pete! What’s up?”

“Are you busy today? I was thinking we could hang out, Mr Stark said that they don’t need me for today’s mission”

“Yeah my friends from Beacon Hills are busy too”

“Oh? What are they doing without you?”

“Uhhmm... just um, they’re just helping a friend with a um.. wild dog problem”

This is my problem. Living at the avengers tower is fun and all until you have a secret. In my years at Beacon Hills I was part of a pack. The famous Mcall pack. When Lydia Martin discovered I was a banshee she trained me to use my powers and Scott welcomed me to his supernatural pack. I became super close with everyone and we fought side by side and stuck it through the ups and downs. And then my parents decided to move to New York and I was devestated. And long story short I joined the avengers and helped the pack whenever I could, and kept a long distance relationship with my werewolf boyfriend Isaac Layhee. And kept all this from the avengers.

It was hard but I managed. Until today. Peter and I were sitting outside having a makeshift picnic, Wanda joining us and we were having a grand time laughing about the prank war that occurred last year. We hear the low rumble of the quinjet landing and we all watch as the avengers emerged but strangely a hoard of shield agents meet them and we see multiple prisoners marched out of the quinjet. We all watch curiously and decide to check it out. I was not ready for the shock I received walking into the holding cell area. The avengers we’re there and Wanda and Peter walked over to converse with them but I stopped short in the doorway and I just stared at the guilty faces of my old pack. Scott, Isaac, Lydia, Stiles, Malia, Derek, Liam and even Deucalion was there. I rush quietly to the nearest cell holding Scott.

“What the fuck Scott! You said you could handle it and what do you do? Get caught by the bloody avengers. They obviously saw you wolf out didn’t they? Oh I’m so fucked” I whispered furiously

“Hey babe...” I hear from the other cell holding my boyfriend. He gives me an innocent smile as I glare at him.

“Uhhhh guys?” That was Liam’s voice as Bucky stands in front of his cell flexing his metal arm, Clint standing next to him.

“I think he’s the youngest he’ll be easiest to get info from him” Bucky muses to Clint as he plucks his bows string intimidatingly. I walk over pushing them away saving my packs asses once again.

“We’re not interrogating anyone. Not today”

The avengers all turn to look at me in confusion.

“Y/n. These kids are werewolves for god sakes” “werecoyote” Malia interjects “ I didn’t even know they existed!” Steve exclaimed. “We need answers!”

I look at Malia in disapproval.

“Hey! I’m not a werewolf! I’m human you can let me go or I’ll call the sheriff who happens to be my father and his superfuckingnatural deputy” Stiles calls out.

“Shut up Stiles!” Lydia and I yell at the same time.

“Okay hold on. Y/n how do you know these kids?” Tony asks

“I lived in Beacon Hills and went to school with them....?”

“She’s part of our pack. We have a true alpha, his two betas, two banshees, werecoyote, an ex-alpha and Stiles so don’t mess with us”

“Shut up Liam” I mutter and put my head in my hands.

I look to Derek who was just sitting in his cell quietly watching the commotion with a sour look on his face.

“Derek. Tell me this isn’t real please for the love of god tell me this isn’t real”

He just gives me a small smile.

And I slump to the ground dramatically. Peter walks to me and goes to help me up when Isaac growls, his eyes glowing yellow and fangs out and Peter stops in his tracks. His growl makes Malia join in her eyes bright blue growling as well. It’s a domino effect of dominance as the avengers jump into a defensive position as Scott growls as well his red eyes glowing brightly, in turn Liam starts growling then Derek, Lydia and Stiles fall into battle stance, even Deucalion starts growling.

Bucky grabs my arms and pushes me behind him but I’d had enough. I scream. Making the avengers and the pack cower and hold their ears. Lydia is unaffected as her banshee powers are stronger than mine and she’s used to hearing me scream since she was the one who trained me after all.

They all stand back up once I’d finished all with guilty looks on their faces.

“Stop it. Just stop. My pack are just a younger version of you guys! Yeah they have different powers but they help people! Just please let them go”

The avengers look at me their faces slightly guilty but understanding.

“Okay okay FRIDAY unlock the holding cells” Tony commands as he walks out of the room his hand patting my shoulder the rest of the avengers following him.

The cells doors swing open and Scott is the first to take a cautious step out. When nothing happens the rest all walk out in relief. Lydia comes straight to me and engulfs me in a hug.

“That was amazing” she whispers in my hair.

I giggle thanking her. Isaac then runs over and picks me up in a bear hug my feet dangling off the ground.

“M’sorry babe, I may have been a tad jealous”

“A tad?” Stiles questions and I feel Isaacs chest rumble with a laugh.

“Hmmm how are you gonna make it up to me?”

He pulls back placing you on the ground and leans his forehead on yours looking straight into your eyes.

“Ice cream, a movie and cuddles?”

I grin and give him a soft kiss.

“You know me so well”

“Can I join?”
