katsuki bakugo x reader au

a little background: hey guys! i’m glad to see that many of you liked this!! so i have decided to continue! hope you enjoy!

word count: 2.2k

warnings: angst, mentions of sexual harrassment, soft friendships.

“Is that beer?” eijiro asked, a grin on his face as he pointed to the root beer in y/n’s hand.

“I don’t think ochako’s parents would be home if it was,” she responded. “Where’s ochako?”

“I think she’s upstairs getting ready,” he responded, taking a sip of the soda in his hand.

“I’ll be back,” y/n told jiro, patting her shoulder. she made her way inside the house and greeted ochako’s parents.

the girl walked up the stairs slowly, ears straining to hear the faint arguing from down the hall.

“What are you trying to say?”

“I just don’t want you hanging around her anymore, that’s all.”

“listen, katsuki. i get that the two of you don’t get along. i get that you don’t like her. but she’s my best friend,” ochako’s voice trailed down the hall. “i’m sorry, but i’m not going to stop hanging out with her just because you hate her. she was my friend before we started dating, and she’s been putting up with you.”

y/n heard a grumble, most likely made by katsuki.

“ugh, whatever. you’re being unreasonable.”

“fuck off!”

The door to ochako’s room opened and an angry katsuki came storming out from the doorway. He huffed and leaned against the wall, putting his face in his hands. He shook his head and walked down the hall, running right into y/n.

“What the hell are you doing here?” he asked, angered. Before she could respond, he huffed and pushed past her.

she crept into ochako’s room.

“What’s with him?” she asked, pointing her finger to the door. ochako shook her head and pulled on her jacket.

“He’s just being stupid.” y/n raised a brow at her. “I don’t know, okay?”

y/n nodded, not wanting to press her any further. “let’s go!” she grabbed her best friend’s hand, pulling her down the stairs and into the backyard.

“Who’s ready to get this party started?!”

The party had gone by quickly, and y/n was having a blast. They had played a few games and before she knew it, it was already ten. Everyone had left, and y/n, mina, jiro, eijiro, and katsuki were helping ochako clean up.

“How did you like the party?” ochako asked her friends as they threw the soda cans into the garbage.

“You’ve outdone yourself again, ochako,” y/n said with a smile on her face.

Everyone had agreed, except for katsuki. He was quiet almost all night and hadn’t talked to any of the girls in the past hour. y/n was concerned, but she didn’t say anything. She had promised ochako she wouldn’t.

“Is it cool if I tag along for Haunted Nightmare?” eijiro asked as the group walked inside. They were finished cleaning.

“Yeah!” mina responded, pulling out her phone.

“Whose car?” y/n asked, looking at the group. “We can’t take mina’s, it’s too small.”

“Mine too,” ochako said, pulling off her jacket.

“We can take mine, it seats six,” katsuki said, looking down at his phone. y/n nodded her head, and so did everyone else.

“Okay,” jiro nodded. “Let’s just get ready and then we can go?”

The six teens finished getting ready and got into the car. ochako sat next to mina in the back, with jiro and eijiro behind them. That meant that y/n had to sit next to katsuki. He pulled out of the driveway in his red Subaru and handed y/n the AUX cord.

“You can play your music,” he said without looking at her. She looked down at her phone and back up at katsuki. “You know I love it.”

She smiled and looked up at him into his piercing eyes.

“C’mon!” katsuki teased as he drove down the street.

“No, I will not let you ridicule my beautiful music!” y/n said and stuck out her tongue at the boy.

“But One Direction is trash!”

“How dare you offend my children!”

“You do know that they broke up, right?” katsuki asked with a laugh, his hand moving to hers where it rested on the middle compartment.

“More reason to love them,” she said, her eyes traveling to his hand, up his arm observing the blue veins traveling up under his shirt, gazing past his sharp jawline, up to his dark, piercing, red eyes.

His eyes were crimson. The color of red lights on buildings that push past the gritty, crunchy snow. The type of red that swirls around in a wine glass, the rich, deep red that was the color of blood when you scrape your elbow. They were the joyful red that brings life to others. And looking into those eyes, she could feel the life that they brought into her. And he knew she could.

“What?”

y/n was snapped out of her trance. She blinked a few times and looked away from katsuki. “Yellow” by Amine was playing on her phone.

“Nothing,” she responded. He looked at her for a few moments before looking back to the road as the lights turned green. katsuki gripped the wheel with one hand, looking out into the distance and took in a breath as he pulled into the crowded parking lot of the dark haunted house.

“Alright, so arrangements for the line. We are allowed six per group so we are perfect,” jiro announced to the group as they walked around the parking lot. y/n stood in between eijiro and katsuki, both of them towering above her.

“I wanna go last!” eijiro called out.

“I want to be in the middle,” katsuki declared. ochako looked over to him.

“Okay, so how about mina goes first, then y/n. katsuki can go after her and then it will be me, then mina and eijiro,” ochako walked next to jiro, their arms linked.

“Sounds good to me,” y/n said, lying straight through her teeth. She didn’t want to be next to katsuki. He was acting strange ever since that morning, and she did not want him to ruin her night with his grumbles of annoyance.

Not watching where she was going, y/n walked straight into someone.

“Oh my god, I’m so sorry!” She looked up at the boy, his light brown hair with blonde streaks showed an all too familiar face. “ryu?”

“y/n?” The boy, ryu, said in surprise. katsuki looked over at the two teens, his face morphing into confusion.

“ryu? Damn it’s been a long time,” he said, crossing his arms. His eyes watch ryu’s every move as he wrapped his arms around y/n.

“I missed you guys,” ryu said as he hugged y/n. the girl put her arms around ryu uncomfortably and shifted in her spot on the sidewalk when he let go. katsuki clenched his jaw, his arms still crossed.

“I bet you have,” katsuki muttered and grabbed y/n’s arm. “We’ve gotta go. Nice to see you.” He pulled y/n so that she was in front of him, her head against his chest as he towered above her. She could feel his heart beating fast.

“You guys are still dating?”

y/n could feel katsuki tense up behind her. His grip on her shoulders tightened as he kept walking.

“Yeah,” he lied.

“That’s surprising. Especially after...” ryu trailed off. katsuki stopped in his tracks. He turned around slowly and cleared his throat.

After you sexually harassed me? y/n wanted to say, but kept her mouth shut. She couldn’t speak even if she wanted to.

“We have a group waiting for us, so we have to go.” katsuki spoke carefully yet harshly, his hand on y/n’s shoulder tightened more. She twisted in his grip, his hand inflicting pain into the muscle between her neck and shoulder.

“Hey, I’m going that way too. Meeting up with my girlfriend,” ryu said as he walked up to them.

y/n’s hand traveled up to katsuki’s, squeezing it tightly. He looked away from ryu and down at her fear-filled face. katsuki’s expression softened as he realized what he was doing, so he let go and held her hand. y/n took in a breath and looked back to ryu, who was now standing to her right. katsuki snapped back into reality at that moment, his negative emotions rushing back.

“Not so gay anymore, are you?” katsuki said to ryu, clearly annoyed.

“Nah, that was just a phase I guess,” ryu responded.

“A phase, huh?” katsuki asked. y/n tugged on his arm and shook her head. katsuki ignored her. “What, did you realize you were straight after you sexually harassed my girlfriend?”

Ryu’s expression changed.

y/n could feel the tension between the two rising higher than it was before, her breath speeding up. katsuki ran his thumb up and down y/n’s hand as he tried to calm her down, knowing what was going to happen next if this didn’t stop soon. At this point, the three teens were at the entrance of the building where y/n and katsuki’s friends waited for them. y/n saw mina nudge eijiro, and the rest of the teens looked behind them to see ryu, y/n, and katsuki. Just before y/n thought it couldn’t get worse, she felt ryu’s hand grab her waist. The rest of it seemed to happen in slow motion.

She jolted towards katsuki, her leg kicking ryu in the stomach. Just as he opened his mouth to say some crude remark to the girl, katsuki let go of y/n and grabbed ryu’s shoulders, shoving him back.

“Stay away from her!” He yelled.

y/n could see the vein in katsuki’s temple grow. eijiro ran forward to help katsuki, knowing exactly what was about to go down. ochako pulled y/n away from the boys, the other two girls hugging her.

ryu laughed and threw a punch at katsuki, who caught his fist in his hand. Before anything could escalate anymore, two security guards pulled the two teens apart. katsuki somehow remained calm, but ryu was thrashing in the security guard’s grip.

After a few questions from the head of security, they let katsuki go and took ryu into custody.

y/n had an anxiety attack, the environment of Haunted Nightmare not helping at all, but her friends managed to calm her down. ochako tried convincing y/n that they shouldn’t go in, but she disagreed and said that she wasn’t going to let ryu ruin her night.

“Ready?” jiro asked the group, who all nodded.

“I hope so,” katsuki laughed as he held ochako’s hand. After the whole ryu situation, he had been acting normal again. y/n grabbed jiro’s hand and squealed.

“This is gonna be soooo fun!”

Notes: y/n knew she shouldn’t have, but after talking to bokuto and tsukki, she couldn’t quench the curiosity and looked up Yui’s instagram. Poor girl started crying seeing Yui pressed up to kuroo like that and reading the tweets (which are not showed here) about how much fun she had being in his arms all night long

Notes: the first cracks in y/n’s heart appeared

Notes: y/n cried a lot this weekend, but thank goodness she has the group to lean on, Kiyoko and Suga are very happy with their partners, Daichi and Tanaka are 10/10 husbands and helped take care and cheer y/n up as best as they could

Notes: while he didn’t ask her out, atsumu made it clear to y/n that he’s not going anywhere, he still wants to be her friend and knows that she has things to work out with the rooster head (but he also knows that she does have some sort of feelings for him and his chance isn’t completely gone yet)

Notes: kuroo was told he was staying at bokuto’s for the night, kenma misses y/n and wants her home, but also knows she’s not ready to talk to kuroo at the moment, so he kicked kuroo out. sorry not sorry, kenma’s also pretty pissed at kuroo and is very frustrated by the whole thing

Notes: kuroo’s not doing so hot right now, and hopefully the gym 3 boys can find out what the actual fuck is going on with him

☼ 13. a lil obsessed

“’Tsumu!” You shouted, laughing as the fake blonde tried sprinkling you with water, he had just washed his hands and thought it would be hilarious to try and splash some on you.

“You’re going to get me wet!” you squealed twisting past him in an attempt to bypass his wet grip once more as another laugh was pulled from your throat.

His sly smirk caused you to fumble against one of the counters and that was your downfall. Atsumu was able to easily grasp you by the waist and pin you to said counter, both arms coming down to brace on either side of you as he leaned down to press his forehead against yours, “That’s the idea doll,” he teased, wiggling his brows suggestively.

You burst out laughing at the look on his face, he looked ridiculous and lightly smacked his chest to force some room between the two of you, “Oh shut up you and your dirty mind,” you grumbled, but the grin on your features took out any sting from your words and your shove.

“Ah come on y/n, it’s one of the things ya love about me.”

Your heart stuttered in your chest, looking at him now, he had this almost boyish charm when he wasn’t acting like a complete flirt. His smirk had turned into a goofy grin while his chocolate coloured eyes were completely focused on you, like he was taking in every part of you as he committed it to memory. He caused your cheeks to redden and you squirmed a bit against the counter. You had to admit that you found yourself getting a little lost in his gaze, your hands were still pressed against his chest, fingers brushing the light cotton of his shirt.

His hand came up to brush the hair from your face before cupping your cheek, your eyes were glued to Atsumu’s as his thumb brushed against your bottom lip, “y/n, I-”

“ ‘Tsumu I didn’t invite ya here ta ruin my counters.”

Your face immediately bloomed red as you shoved the blonde away from you, a sheepish grin on your features as you looked over at the other Miya. Though his tone was annoyed, Osamu looked more amused than anything, wriggling his brows at you in a similar manner as Atsumu had done earlier and both boys let out loud laughs as your face quickly resembled a tomato.

You scowled at Atsumu and smacked a hand against his hard abdomen, “You guys are the worst,” you declared, which only caused them to laugh more and Osamu to send you a knowing grin, “why did I agree to hang out with you,” you grumbled, pressing your hands to your cheeks in an attempt to get them back to regular colour as a pout formed on your lips.

Atsumu chuckled, pulling your hands from your face, linking one hand with yours as Osamu showed you what he had, “ ‘Cause yer a sucker for food and you know it,” the twin holding your hand teased, a knowing smirk on his face as chocolate eyes captured yours again, you wanted to pinch it right off his smug face, but still, you couldn’t fight the grin that erupted on your own.

“And yer goin’ ta tweet all about yer delicious taste-test date, and how wonderful the staff is, riight?” Osamu teased.

“But not as great as the date part riiiight?” Atsumu countered.

Osamu was mirroring Atsumu’s smirk and both twins gazed at you with mischief clear in their eyes.

“I don’t know,” you sighed dramatically, “all I’ve managed to have is one rice ball and someone,” your teasing gaze shot to Atsumu’s, “trying to dump water on my head, not a very good date if you ask me...”

“Tsumu!” Osamu glared.

“It wasn’t me!” the twin in question denied, though the grin he was sporting didn’t help, “But if it was me, ya know ya had fun doll,” his hand squeezed yours, “and get ready to eat those words y/n, this will be the best date yer cute little ass has ever been on.”

Notes: the majority of the Miya date consisted of Atsumu and Osamu teasing y/n and seeing who could cause her to get flustered the most (Atsumu won by a long shot) and while she did actually learn a lot from Osamu, the majority of her time was spent attempting to tease the twins back, and get under Atsumu’s skin as much as he was getting under hers (which she was able to do easily)

Notes: kuroo saw how well the date was going on twitter and really wanted to text y/n, he was missing her as he went about his day (and was a little salty she was on a date with someone else, even though he knows he has no right to be as he hasn’t actually said anything to her about his feelings yet)

Notes: y/n and kuroo got into a lot of trouble when they were teens, well more accurately bokuto and kuroo got into a lot of trouble and y/n (and akaashi when he got to high school) were (usually) unwilling participants

Notes: y/n is very good at getting out of things and when bokuto and kuroo would inevitably cause chaos during the training camps, they always ran to her to get them out of trouble, which she did and didn’t depending on how much they annoyed her during the day (which meant they were usually extra nice to her when they were planning something- which of course she knew and monopolized)

Notes: the first time they snuck out to see festival fireworks was in second year, they were having a sleepover at kuroo’s and could hear the fireworks from the backyard. Usually y/n and kuroo huddle on the roof of the house and watch them from there, but bokuto wanted a closer look. y/n and kuroo held hands the entire way, laughing in that carefree way that only teens can do, and it was one of the first moments he realized that y/n meant more to him than just a friend

Notes: they snuck out the year after and during their first two years of university, but by that time it was only kuroo and y/n going together, they had a favourite spot to watch the fireworks away from the crowds of people and where it was only the two of them. they only stopped because life and school and work, and things began slipping through...

Notes: now atsumu’s realizing that y/n is becoming someone more to him too, he just wants to know everything about her and wants to be something more for her too. he’s not stupid, he knows that going against kuroo may be a losing battle, but hey he’s never been one to back down just because something is hard (and he hates losing- not that y/n is a prize to be won, he just wants a chance)

A/N- help, I am having too much fun with atsumu, someone stop me. also be prepared for next chapter :)

also I’ve had this idea of writing snippets of y/n and kuroo in high school, I have little scenarios in my head of how they would be and different things they’d have gone through, would anyone be interested in that? I will probably write it regardless, but if anyone is interested please let me know!

☼ 12. next to you

Warmth was the first thing you felt, with a soft sigh you nuzzled your tired face further into the rather firm pillow, trying to hold onto the last few seconds of precious sleep before your brain started working again. It was only when you heard the sound of someone chuckling that you realized the pillow you were pressing your face into wasn’t actually a pillow. Your eyes snapped open and you found yourself curled into a very familiar chest, your cheeks immediately reddening as your eyes slowly trailed upwards towards the familiar face that was propped up on one arm and already smiling down at you.

“Morning Tetsu,” you murmured, voice still thick with sleep with a yawn following shortly after.

“Morning kitten,” his voice was rough with sleep as well and your blush only deepened as your heart rate quickened, the arm around your waist left for a moment so he could rub the sleep out of his eyes, could someone explain why that was so hot? You could listen to him talk all day with that voice.

“How long have you been up?” you questioned, twisting slightly in his arms to check the time on your phone. It was still pretty early, like almost 7:30am early, and you had no intention of leaving this warm cocoon of pillows, blankets and tetsu, anytime soon.

“Not long, I had a really great sleep last night,” even his tone was filled with warmth and it made you want to snuggle into him even harder.

Twisting back to his smiling face, your heart skipped a beat at the look he was giving you, “Me too,” you turned again so you were laying on your back, staring at the roof of the blanket fort, “I have to hand it to you Tetsu, you really outdid yourself last night,” you turned your head to look at him, “I don’t know how you’re going to top this next date night,” you teased.

Tetsuro’s grin turned almost cat-like, “Oh? So, this was a real date then?” his tone caused your cheeks to flush again and you averted your eyes from his intense gaze, choosing to stare at his chest, the one right in front of you, with the delectable abs you could see peeking out from where it had ridden up.

“Well, I, uh,” you stammered, not able to find the words you wanted, feeling yourself get even more flustered when the hand on your waist moved to tilt your head upwards.

His fingers brushed against your cheek, “So it’s okay if I tell you just how beautiful you look this morning,” his tone was nothing but sincere and you lost all ability to speak right then and there.

Hazel eyes were filled with amusement as you continued to stutter, “I’ve never seen you so red before y/n, cat got your tongue?” he needed to stop teasing you, otherwise you were going to combust on the spot, and calling you by your name instead of a pet name? That just wasn’t fair.

“Shut up,” you groaned, turning to shove your face back into his chest to hide it from his gaze as he let out one of his hyena laughs, hey you may have been flustered beyond belief, but that didn’t mean you weren’t going to take advantage of however long you had in his arms. You couldn’t stop the smile from creeping up on your features as well.

He didn’t talk anymore after that, and neither did you. You were both content in basking in the morning silence. Feeling a tiny bit brave in your just woke up haze, you reached your hands up and curled them into his shirt, fingers tangling between the fabric as the lightly brushed against his chest, you heard Tetsuro’s breath hitch and you stilled. Maybe-

A moment later you felt his arm tighten around your waist as he laid back down, his other arm that was propped up, slid under the pillow your head was half laying on. As his warmth engulfed you once more, sleep slowly began to creep up on you, your fingers loosening around Tetsurou’s shirt as your forehead nuzzled his chest.

“y/n?”

“Hmm?” you shifted slightly so you could be face to face, your half-lidded eyes focusing on the bright hazel ones in front of you.

“Are you sleeping already kitten?”

You forced your eyes open, “Not yet tetsu, but you’re really comfy,” you murmured, emphasizing your phrase by pushing you head under his neck and tangling your legs together, “you’re the perfect pillow,” you sighed, feeling bliss wash over you as his embrace tightened.

“y/n, I...”

“hmm? wassup?”

Your words were slurred as tetsurou’s heart beat lulled you back to sleep, before falling back into dreamland, you felt the brush of something, lips maybe? Against the top of your head, and Tetsurou murmured something, but you were already too far gone to understand whatever it was, you let out a content sigh once more before sleep claimed you once again.

I want to wake up next to you every day...

Notes: kuroo woke up way before y/n did and couldn’t help but watch her sleep, they’ve had hundreds of sleepovers and it wasn’t the first time kuroo’s had y/n pressed against him, something just felt different about this time

Notes: kuroo’s morning voice was a lot, it was deep, a little scratchy and oh so very hot. y/n almost wasn’t able to handle it, if kuroo slept without a shirt on like he usually does alone, y/n would have been done for

Notes: kuroo is bringing out his best game for y/n, breakfast was part of that- he may not have a cook for a brother, but kuroo’s got that skill himself! he;s he wants to tell y/n how he feels, but he also doesn’t want it to overwhelm her, or seem like it’s only because someone else has the potential to come into the picture

Notes: he really did try to ask her out on a proper date tho

Notes: y/n really tried to stay awake, but kuroo was just so warm, and comfortable, and she was nestled right near his heart so she could hear every breath and heartbeat and having his arms around her safely, well how could anyone not fall asleep with that? then kuroo lost his nerve after she fell asleep, he tucked her nicely into his embrace and relished being the one to have her in his arms before she went off to meet atsumu, but our boy had a plan to be the one she comes home to, good thing blanket forts last a long time

Notes: yui is the same age as tsukki (kuroo, y/n, and bokuto are all 4th year uni students, that’s why tsukki and co are second years and akaashi is 3rd) and it’s no secret that she’s had her sights set on kuroo since she first met him, poor tsukki is in some of her classes and he’s heard her talking about him in classs with her friends

A/N- This was originally really short, but I changed my mind, again lmao. I’ve got Atsumu’s part of the day almost finished! and I’ll post that asap, hopefully before next week.

Notes: Tsukki is OVER IT. he really just wants to shove y/n and kuroo’s faces together and say kiss, and he really wants to push atsumu into a closet and tell him to stay out of it lmao. Kenma is in the same boat, while he’s not going to meddle

Notes: he doesn’t show it, but Tsukki is pretty salty he wasn’t invited, honestly tho so is Akaashi, he has a better reign on bokuto when they’re in the same room

Notes: y/n really does like the attention atsumu is giving her, it’s like Kenma said, she he's sweet to her and she knows he’s interested and even though she has feelings for kuroo, she still has this mentality that their friendship is more important than her heart, but saying she doesn’t feel anything for atsumu would be false too (poor girl is torn)

Notes: Tsukki was harsh, but that’s on brand for him, it was just what kuroo needed. he was so very, very jealous and seeing atsumu do something so simple, like link his fingers with y/n and seeing the pretty blush that spread on her cheeks was like a knife through his heart, his eyes are finally fucking open and the threat of someone else sweeping y/n off her feet causes a chill to go right through him

Notes: atsumu isn’t an idiot, he is WELL aware of the looks kuroo has been sending him all morning, and the blonde is doing his best to provoke the ex-captain (how the tables have turned for our poor kuroo). atsumu wants to show kuroo that while he may be y/n’s best friend, atsumu’s not going anywhere (unless of course y/n says she’s not interested) and he’s going to try his damnedest to win her over, he’s still got quite a few tricks up his sleeve and isn’t afraid of a little competition

A/N- THIS WAS A STRUGGLE TO WRITE. I’m sorry if it’s trash, I really wanted to do one from Kuroo’s pov! Also, sorry for all the gc switches, I hope it made sense! I meant to have this out earlier but I had a massive nap after a glass of wine and eating a lot of pasta lmao, but anyway I hope you all enjoyed! Notes: y/n and the boys bought so many snacks, enough to feed an entire army, but really though with how much those boys eat it’s the perfect amount. She also bought several boxes of pocky for Kenma since she knows he doesn't like to share, but really neither does she

Notes: y/n practically squealed when she saw the stuffed Totoro in the store, she loves studio Ghibli movies and Totoro is just so cute, she’s got a stuffed Jiji and Calcifer already at home

Notes: Poor Bokuto chose some sort of thriller horror movie? Nobody was paying attention except him, Kenma was playing the switch while Hinata watched, and Tsumu was preoccupied with our girl y/n (let’s be real he was staring at her the entire time)

Notes: Kuroo is staying out pretty late, y/n’s not feeling too good about it, especially when she hears he’s with Yui. He tutored her last year and they’ve been pretty friendly ever since

Notes: Hearing that Kuroo is out with yui makes her stomach twist and her heart drop in her chest, she knows the reason why, but also feels she’s just his best friend and doesn’t feel like she’s got a right to say anything, especially when Kuroo seems happy

Notes: Tsumu tho, seems to know just want to say to get our girl smiling again...

Notes: As for the end, well poor Bokuto was just trying to help out, but things don’t always go his way (which we’ll see what happened next update 🤭)

Notes: bokuto tried to convince atsumu to let the rest of the boys (and akaashi) to come to the onigiri date, but atsumu is determined to spend some quality time with y/n and when bokuto asked y/n to let them come, she wanted to say yes, but since atsumu invited her and it was all his plan, she told bo he needed to get the okay from him first *cue sad owl noises* but akaashi made him feel much better about it later

Notes: kuroo legit rushed back to the house so he could set up the pillow/blanket fort for y/n and set up a bunch of pillows and blankets inside to make it comfortable to lay in. (we all know they’re going to have a sleepover in there) he skipped his entire lunch and just had a granola bar as he was way too nervous to eat anything more. kuroo also made sure to grab the studio ghibli collection he bought for this occasion and set up both gaming systems so y/n could have her pick on what to play and watch and they can easily switch between. He also most definitely “misplaced” totoro and replaced it with a giant squishy black cat plush oops

Notes: y/n was touched by the amount of effort that kuroo put into the roomie date, he even went out of his way to get pizza from her favourite place, which is the opposite way to where they live. They had so much fun shopping for food and picking up random things that they didn’t need and let her pick out all the snacks and drinks she wanted he is weak for y/n

Notes: kuroo did indeed up his game, the night was filled with cuddles, laughter, and a heavy amount of flirting and ended with a very flustered and a little turned on y/n. if she wasn’t sure of kuroo’s feelings before, the amount of flirting, repectable touching, and the heated looks she was getting, was a giant flag and now she’s even more confused, especially since waking up in his arms and his warmth felt so, so, so, good and now she’s got a date with atsumu the next day, will he measure up? And if he does, what the hell is she supposed to do then?

A/N- this took so long, I kept changing ideas and group chats, there was originally something with kenma, but that didn’t fit anymore so I switched it for the hubby group! I also messed up on the timestamps oops 😅 Sorry for the update taking so long! Last week was full of family drama and other things that I didn’t have time to make a full plan of the next few updates. Hopefully this week is quieter and I will have more time to write! I’m almost done with the Bakugou smut I’ve been meaning to post since like last month 😅 so that should be out soon, if anyone is interested! and the next update for the hawks smau as well is almost done, if you’re one of the people who read that one too expect it tonight or tomorrow! I missed kuroo’s birthday and had a whole boyfie/ husband text thing planned which I may release at a later date!

Notes: kenma knows just how to finesse y/n into not killing him in among us, but definitely never returns the favour. somehow kenma almost always ends up being the imposter, y/n thinks he’s also finessed the system

Notes: kuroo really did lose y/n after the lights went out, and our girl knows better than to fix them- which kenma knew and that’s how he killed her while kuroo was the one to fix the lights and kenma killed him when he was doing a task in comms

Notes: kuroo and y/n usually stick together and kuroo does his best to protect her, even when he’s the imposter, he will literally vote off the other imposter if it comes down to it (simp)

Notes: kuroo and y/n really do eat out... a lot (it’s the best way to her heart after all)

Notes: kuroo’s never really dated anyone, while he’s been on dates (he’s no saint), there aren’t any that have stuck. y/n’s dated too, and aside from the one boyfriend that suga mentioned (but we don’t talk about him), most of her time is spent with kenma and kuroo (and vice versa, when kenma’s not a hermit in his room anyway)

Notes: half the time it’s kuroo and y/n having ‘roomie’ dates and cuddles in the living room or in one of their rooms (oblivious dummies), and only can get kenma to join if they’re playing some game or bribing him with apple pie

Notes: poor lev, y/n’s not purposely ignoring him! She just keeps forgetting to text him back and keeps getting distracted by other things 🤭

Notes: y/n, kiyoko, yachi, and suga had a very, very long night. half of it spent drinking and gossiping about their own lives and the upcoming tanaka wedding, and the other half talking y/n through her her love triangle and her feelings! yachi and kiyoko are leaning towards atsumu, while suga still firmly believes that it’s kuroo and y/n until the end- both have positives and negatives, but it’ll all come down to y/n and her confused heart

Notes: kuroo’s been feeling uneasy since breakfast from the other day with how flirty and touchy feely atsumu was with y/n and he just wants to spend some time with her one on one, he’s glad he gets to be the one to pick her up from suga’s, but the roomie date on friday can’t come fast enough (does he have a plan? possibly)

Notes: y/n’s vlogs have started to stir up the rumour mill, her two latest videos feature kuroo and atsumu being cute with y/n and fans are already starting to pick sides. kuroo’s always been a sweet constant presence in her vlogs, and atsumu is something new, but not unwanted

Notes: atsumu was serious when he said the taste test at Osamu’s was a date, he knows he needs to move fast since kuroo lives with y/n and they’ve already got a deep history, he had to beg Osamu for the taste test (and for some lessons before hand) and had to promise to clean the entire apartment for the next few months (but he’s got a plan for y/n too)

I’m also having a lot of fun with this love triangle + Yui lmao

Notes: our poor y/n, feeling too many things at once and being very conflicted! she had a fun night with atsumu, they watched tiktoks and random YouTube videos, and Tsumu even showed her some of his volleyball videos. They argued whether to watch howl’s moving castle or castle in the sky, but y/n won in the end, cause HOWL (and Tsumu is a suck up), it was overall a really nice night

Notes: kuroo came home last night and immediately went to bed, seeing that the jackal boys and kenma passed out in the living room, he assumed y/n had gone to bed as well and didn’t even give a second thought about atsumu, the morning was a rude wake up call for him

Notes: kuroo didn’t fully leave, (y/n hid in her room after the boys left to go cook, so she doesn’t know he’s still there) he just left the room to take a breather, he was already flustered from y/n kissing his cheek, and seeing atsumu make a move did indeed shake him

Notes: bokuto really tried to make an opening for kuroo to kiss y/n, even pushed him towards her, making them collide awkwardly, and tried to stand between her and atsumu like a wall, but ultimately forgot atsumu is also a husband and ended up making an opening for him instead whoops

Notes: y/n is in serious need of a friend talk, she’s confused, flustered, and doesn’t know what to do or how to feel, suga, kiyoko, and yachi always thought kuroo was end game for y/n, but some of them may be feeling differently...

A/N- Things are getting complicated, and this is only part one! 😃 I’m working on part 2 now, but it may be out tomorrow since 90 day fiancé: the other way is on tonight and it’s the one show my family and I watch together lmao but we’ll see, I’m going to be writing through it as well!
