Ingredients of Veg Noodles
It's 250 gms of Noodles/Chow.
You need 4 1/2 tbsp of Cooking oil.
You need 1 1/2 tbsp of Salt.
It's 1 tbsp of Ginger (Finely Chopped) -.
It's 2 tbsp of Garlic (Finely Chopped) -.
It's 2 of Green Chillies (Finely Chopped).
Prepare 2 of chopped Onions.
You need of Any veggies such as Beans, Capsicum, Beetroot, Carrots.
Prepare 1 tbsp of Sugar.
It's 1/2 tbsp of Soya sauce.
Prepare 1/2 tbsp of Vinegar.
It's 1 tbsp of Red Chilli Sauce/ tomato Sauce.
You need 1 tbsp of Schzewan sauce.
It's 1/2 cup of Spring Onions.
Veg Noodles instructions
Take a kadai, Add 4 glasses of water, 250 gms Noodles, salt, 1 1/2 tbsp oil, Boil it for 5 mins. Avoid Overcooking. After Boiling, Drain the water or take out the noodles from water..
Take a pan: Add 3 tbsp oil, finely chopped Ginger, Garlic,Green Chillies, 2 Chopped Onions.
As soon as the Onion turns slight golden, Add veggies : Beans, Capsicum, Beetroot, Carrot. Then add 1 tbsp Sugar, salt and mix it for 3 mins.
Add Soya sauce, Vinegar, Schzewan sauce, Red Chilli Sauce/Tomato sauce. Mix it properly.
Add Boiled Noodles. Mix it well for 3-4 mins. Then garnish with Spring Onions.
