Hugh Jackman x reader (actress)
Previous Part
A/N: Enjoy this part 3! I hope you like it! In this story, Blake and Ryan have been married since 2010 and therefore had their children earlier. I changed the age of the children to make it fit.
Warnings: maybe some swearing here and there, a bit angsty and fluff, mentions of alcohol
---------------------------------------------------
I couldn’t sleep last night. I’d been tossing and turning for hours, staring at the digital clock that blinked back at me relentlessly. When 6 a.m. finally rolled around, I gave up, threw back the covers, and dragged myself out of bed. I needed something to ground me, to keep my mind from spiraling, so I rolled out my yoga mat in front of the massive window that looked out over the New York skyline. The city was still half-asleep, but I could already feel its energy buzzing in the distance.
After a quick, but calming, yoga session, I snapped a selfie. I sat on the mat in my sports bra and leggings, my hair a messy bun, and the sunrise just starting to peek through the buildings behind me. My face looked peaceful, but inside, my stomach was a knot of nerves. Still, I posted it on Instagram, hoping the positivity from my followers might lift me a bit.
Within minutes, comments flooded in. Mostly love and support, people saying how they wished they could be as dedicated to early morning yoga as I was. But some of them worried about me. There were a few messages asking if I was okay, mentioning the paparazzi photos of yesterday. Apparently, walking through the city with Blake after the premiere turned into a full-on hangover spectacle, and people noticed. They always notice everything.
I sighed and decided to call Blake.
“Heyyy!” she greeted cheerfully, her voice always so full of life.
“Hey, Blake!"I replied, trying to sound less anxious than I felt.
I hesitated. I didn’t really want to unload on her again.
“I, uh, I’ve got Hugh coming over soon. I… I don’t know, I’m kinda nervous about it. We need to talk, and I just—I don’t know how it’s going to go.”
I heard in her voice that she was smiling. “Listen, you and Hugh will be fine. He’s a great guy. If he didn’t care about you, he wouldn’t be flirting with you so much in public. Trust me, I’ve known him for years—he doesn’t do that unless he means it.”
I bit my lip, feeling my anxiety twist and turn. “But what if… ahh.. nevermind. I’m just so confused.”
“That’s okay. As I already told you, you don’t have to figure it all out in one day. Just talk to him, be honest, and see where it goes. You’ve got this.”
Her words helped, if only a little. I thanked her, and after hanging up, I busied myself around the apartment, waiting for the knock on the door.
When it finally came, I almost jumped out of my skin. I opened the door to find Hugh standing there with a bag of bagels in one hand and two coffees in the other.
“Good morning. I brought us breakfast." he said with that charming smile of his.
We exchanged small talk as we sat down at the kitchen counter, nibbling on our food. He complimented the view, asked about my morning, and I tried to stay calm, but the tension between us was impossible to ignore. Finally, after what felt like an eternity of dancing around the subject, I took a deep breath and started the conversation I’d been dreading.
“Hugh,” I began softly, setting my half-eaten bagel down. “I don’t… I don’t know what I’m feeling. About us, I mean.”
He nodded slowly, looking at me with that warm, steady gaze that always seemed to calm me, even when I was a mess inside.
“I like you, y/n. A lot. And I’m not asking you to have all the answers right now. But I’d like to figure it out together if that’s something you want to.”
My chest tightened. “But the age thing… your kids… Hugh, it’s a lot. I don’t know if I’m ready for something so complicated.”
Hugh leaned back in his chair, a thoughtful look crossing his face. “I’ve already talked to my son about it, actually. Oscar asked me about you, and I told him the truth—that I’m happy when I’m with you. And he said that as long as I’m happy, that’s all that matters to him. Ava feels the same way, I’m sure.”
I felt tears pricking the corners of my eyes. The relief I felt, knowing that he’d already had that conversation with his son, was overwhelming. But at the same time, the weight of everything else crashed over me, and I couldn’t hold back the tears any longer.
“I’m sorry,” I whispered, wiping at my eyes as the tears fell.
Hugh got up and pulled me up from the chair so that I stood in front of him. His arms wrapped me in a soft hug, and his fingers tilted my chin up slightly so he could kiss the tip of my nose. It was a soft, sweet gesture that made my heart skip.
“Hey, it’s okay,” he murmured. “We’ll take it slow. One step at a time. We don’t need to rush anything.”
I nodded, sniffling a bit. “Slow sounds good. Maybe we could… you know, go on real dates? But keep things quiet for now.”
He smiled again, his eyes twinkling with amusement. “Yeah, Blake and Ryan can know, but no one else. At least for now.”
We finished breakfast and cleaned up, and soon we found ourselves on the couch. Hugh wrapped his arm around me, pulling me close. For a while, we just sat there, the silence comforting, our worries temporarily pushed to the side.
I couldn’t help myself. I had to ask. “Did you… did you mean it? That kiss in the gym?”
Hugh chuckled, glancing down at me with that familiar playful spark in his eyes. “Was that not obvious?”
I felt my face heat up, a slow blush spreading across my cheeks. I shrugged, trying to play it off, but the vulnerability in my voice betrayed me. “I had other things on my mind.”
He laughed softly, the sound warm and infectious, and I found myself smiling despite the butterflies in my stomach. There was something so disarming about him, the way he could make me feel at ease even when my heart was racing. His gaze held mine, the tension between us thickening, and suddenly, I couldn’t resist any longer.
Without thinking, I leaned in, brushing my lips against his. It was tentative at first, as if testing the waters, but the moment he responded, everything else faded away. His lips were soft and warm, moving gently against mine, and the kiss quickly deepened, growing more intense with each passing second.
My heart pounded in my chest, the heat between us rising as my hands found their way to his shoulders, gripping them tightly. Hugh’s arms circled my waist, pulling me closer until I was practically sitting on his lap. His hands were firm yet tender, one resting on the small of my back, the other moving up to cradle the side of my face as the kiss continued to build in intensity.
I felt my breath hitch as his lips trailed from mine to the corner of my mouth, then along my jawline, his stubble grazing my skin in the most delicious way. My pulse quickened as I let out a soft sigh, my fingers tangling in his short, soft hair. The sensation of his lips on my neck sent shivers down my spine, my entire body humming with anticipation.
Hugh's hand slid down to my back, pulling me closer to him. I could feel the heat radiating off him, the hard lines of his body pressing against mine, and it sent my mind spinning. His touch was gentle but sure, his fingers tracing small circles on my lower back, grounding me even as everything else felt like it was spinning out of control.
His mouth returned to mine, the kiss now slow and deliberate, as if we had all the time in the world. His tongue teased my lips, and I opened up to him, the kiss deepening as our breaths mingled, the air between us growing hotter. Every nerve in my body was on fire, the warmth of his touch, the weight of his hands, the way he held me, as if I were something precious. I felt safe and reckless all at once, the thrill of being so close to him coursing through me like electricity.
Hugh’s grip tightened on my waist, his hands sliding down to my hips, and I could feel the heat pooling low in my stomach, a heady mix of desire and disbelief that this was actually happening. His lips parted from mine just long enough for me to catch a shaky breath, my eyes fluttering open to meet his. His gaze was dark, intense, and filled with the same want that was swirling inside me.
I couldn’t stop myself. I leaned back in, kissing him with more urgency this time, my hands slipping from his shoulders to his chest, feeling the steady rise and fall of his breathing beneath my fingertips. His body was firm under my touch, and the sensation sent another rush of heat through me. I pressed closer to him, my lips hungry for more, and he responded in kind, his hands roaming over my back.
My pulse raced, and I felt the world narrowing down to just the two of us—the heat of our bodies, the taste of his lips, the way his hands moved over me, every touch igniting something deeper, something I couldn’t control.
Then, out of nowhere, his phone buzzed.
We both froze, breathless, still tangled together. I pulled back just slightly, still feeling the heat of his breath on my lips. "You should get that," I whispered, my voice barely above a whisper, my heart pounding in my ears.
Hugh let out a low groan of frustration but reluctantly reached for his phone. He glanced at the screen and sighed. “It’s Ryan.”
I smirked, trying to catch my breath. Of course, it was Ryan.
Hugh answered, still holding me close as if he wasn’t ready to let go just yet. “Hey, mate.” he greeted casually, though I could hear the slight edge of impatience in his voice.
Ryan’s voice was loud enough that I could hear him through the phone. “So, dinner at our place today? You and y/n should come by.”
Hugh blinked in surprise, clearly caught off guard. “How do you know y/n's with me?”
Ryan’s laugh was almost smug. “Call it a hunch.”
Hugh shook his head, glancing at me with a playful smile. “You in?”
I nodded, still a bit breathless, my fingers absentmindedly playing with the fabric of his t-shirt. “Sure.”
He confirmed with Ryan and then hung up, looking back at me with a soft smile. “Let’s go for a walk before dinner.”
I grinned. The idea of sneaking through the streets with him was somehow exciting. But then reality hit. “You should probably… go get changed." I suggested, glancing down at the clothes he was wearing. "Something more undercover."
Hugh nodded, gently setting me next to him and standing up. "I'll swing by my place and change. Give me a few minutes, and I'll come back for you."
He pressed one more quick kiss to my forehead before heading out the door, leaving me sitting there, my heart still racing from the kiss. I wrapped my arms around myself, trying to calm the fire that was still burning inside me. It was impossible to believe that just a few moments ago, I had been straddling Hugh Jackman in my living room, kissing him like my life depended on it.
True to his word, Hugh returned not long after, dressed down in a baseball cap, sunglasses, and a hoodie, looking like a celebrity who's trying to avoid attention. I slipped on a casual jacket and sunglasses, and we headed out, blending into the afternoon crowds as we walked through the streets of New York.
As we wandered, the conversation flowed easily. We talked about work—how his latest project was going, how I was handling mine. We shared stories and joked about the craziness of the industry, but somewhere along the way, the conversation grew more personal. Hugh asked me about my childhood, about the things that made me who I was, and I found myself opening up to him in a way I hadn’t expected.
He told me stories about his kids, about how Oscar was so curious about everything, how Ava was growing into her own person, full of ideas and opinions. Hearing him talk about them made me see another side of him—so caring, so deeply connected to his family. It only made me like him more.
We asked each other questions that weren’t surface level, diving into the things that really mattered, like what we wanted in life, what we were afraid of. The more we talked, the more I realized again how easy it was to be with him, how natural it felt.
Before I knew it, hours had passed, and the sun was beginning to dip low in the sky. We made our way back to my apartment, where Hugh dropped me off so I could get ready for dinner at Blake and Ryan’s. He gave me one short peck before heading back to his place to change.
As I stood in front of my mirror, touching up my makeup and fixing my hair, I couldn’t stop thinking about the kiss, about how right it had felt. Today had been full of surprises, but for the first time, I wasn’t scared of where this might lead. Hugh and I were taking it slow, figuring things out as we went, and somehow, that was enough for now.
When Hugh came back to pick me up, we were both ready for whatever the rest of the day had in store. We were in this together.
The moment we stepped through the door at Blake and Ryan’s, the familiar sound of tiny feet pattering across the floor reached my ears. Before I knew it, all three of their daughters—James, Betty, and Inez—came running toward us, their faces lighting up in excitement.
“Y/n! Hugh!” they squealed in unison, their voices high-pitched with joy.
I couldn’t help but grin as I bent down to greet them, enveloping each one of them in a warm hug. Hugh followed suit, gently embracing them, his face soft with affection. Ryan stood in the doorway, arms crossed with a playful smile on his face.
“I swear, they get more excited when you two show up than when Blake and I come home." Ryan quipped, shaking his head as if the betrayal was real.
I chuckled, ruffling Betty’s hair as she beamed up at me. “Well, I mean, we are the fun ones.”
Blake walked up behind him, smirking as she shrugged her shoulders. “Can you really blame them?” she said, giving Ryan a teasing nudge.
Before I could respond, the seven-year-old James grabbed my hand and started pulling me toward the living room. “Come on, y/n! I want to show you something!”
I let her guide me into the cozy room, where Penny and Baxter, the two dogs, were lounging lazily on the floor. James hurried over to a corner piled high with toys and grabbed two Barbie dolls, her excitement radiating off her.
“Look!” she said, holding up the first Barbie. “This one looks just like you!” The doll was dressed in sporty clothes that reminded me of what I’d worn in my recent Instagram post. “And this one." she added, grabbing the second doll, “looks like Mommy.”
I laughed softly, touched by her creativity. “Wow, you nailed it! I can totally see the resemblance.”
As I sat down with her to admire her Barbie collection, I noticed Hugh standing in the doorway, his smile widening as he watched us. But before he could come over, Betty and Inez had already ambushed him, grabbing onto his legs and giggling uncontrollably.
“Hugh! Hugh!” Inez exclaimed, her arms wrapped tightly around one of his legs. “Can we watch the Minions again? Please? Pleeease?”
Betty chimed in, nodding with equal enthusiasm. “Yeah, can we?”
Ryan strolled into the room, laughing as he leaned against the doorframe. “Again? How many times have you guys watched that now? Fifty? Sixty?”
Hugh chuckled, ruffling Betty’s hair. “Maybe after dinner, alright? You two might know it better than I do at this point.”
Just then, Blake called out from the dining room, “Okay, everyone, dinner’s ready! Let’s give Hugh a break and get some food in your bellies first.”
We all made our way to the dining room, and as I sat down at the beautifully set table, I couldn’t help but admire the spread. Blake had outdone herself again.
“This looks incredible!" I commented as I took my seat, glancing appreciatively at the dishes laid out before us.
Blake smiled, waving off the compliment. “Ah, it’s nothing. Ryan helped, too.”
Ryan straightened in his chair, pretending to be the world’s greatest chef. “Yeah, I practically made the entire thing,” he boasted, earning a playful elbow to the side from Blake.
While we ate and talked about today's events, I noticed that James, Betty, and Inez had already finished their meals. The three of them looked up at Blake and Ryan with wide, pleading eyes.
"Mom, Dad, can we go play with Penny and Baxter now? Please?" James asked, practically bouncing in her seat with excitement.
Ryan exchanged a glance with Blake before nodding. "Alright, you three can go. Just don’t feed the dogs under the table again." he added with a mock sternness that made the girls giggle.
The kids squealed and scrambled out of their chairs, racing back toward the living room where the dogs were waiting for them. Blake shook her head fondly as she watched them go, and we all settled back into the conversation.
I was right in the middle of talking about something funny that had happened at work when my phone buzzed in my pocket. I excused myself, stepping outside to take the call. When I saw Chris Evans’ name on the screen, I smiled.
“Hey, Chris!” I greeted, leaning against the side of the house.
“Y/n!" Chris’s voice came through with its usual warmth. “I’m heading down to New York tomorrow. Wanna grab a beer?”
I smiled. “Absolutely! Let’s meet at the pub we always go to. How’s 7 p.m.?”
“Perfect!" Chris replied. “Looking forward to catching up.”
We wrapped up the conversation, and I headed back inside. As I slipped into my seat, Hugh gave me a gentle smile and placed his hand on my leg under the table, his touch grounding me.
“Everything okay?” he asked softly, his thumb stroking my thigh in a way that sent a small wave of comfort through me.
I nodded, returning his smile. “Yeah, all good. Just Chris Evans. He’s coming to New York tomorrow, so we’re grabbing a drink.”
Ryan’s ears perked up immediately, and his eyes twinkled with mischief. “Oh, Captain America, huh? Should Hugh be worried?”
Blake chuckled beside him, clearly in on the joke. I rolled my eyes, laughing. “No, no need to worry. Chris is like an older brother to me.”
Hugh looked intrigued, glancing between Ryan and me. “You and Chris go way back?”
I nodded, leaning back in my chair as I began to explain. “Yeah, Chris, Scarlett Johansson, and I studied together in New York when we were both starting out. They were a few years ahead of me, but we ended up in the same acting workshops. We hit it off and became good friends.”
Blake leaned forward, curiosity written all over her face. “Oh, you never told me your stories of university! You must have some great ones.”
Ryan grinned. “Come on, spill! Any embarrassing moments with Captain America and Black Widow?”
I laughed. “Oh, tons. Like the time they got lost in Central Park for two hours and missed class. Scarlett shook it off, but Chris was so mortified, and we all gave him a hard time for it.”
Ryan cracked up at the image, and Hugh smiled, though I could tell he was focused on every word. “That sounds like him." Ryan said. “Always such a big goof.”
Blake leaned closer, clearly digging for more. “Didn’t you two do a movie together a few years back? Weren’t there some pretty steamy scenes in that one?”
I felt my cheeks warm slightly at the memory. “Yeah, we did." I admitted, chuckling. “It was a bit... awkward, though, because by then, Chris really did feel more like a brother to me.”
Ryan, however, wasn’t about to let me off the hook that easily. “Wait, so it wasn’t always that way?”
I hesitated for a beat, then shrugged, smiling sheepishly. “Well.. back when we were in school, we might’ve had a little... thing. You know, one of those fleeting ‘we’re young and in New York’ flings. But it didn’t last long. Now, he’s definitely more of a brother figure.”
Blake’s eyes widened in shock, her hand flying to her mouth as she burst out laughing. “Y/n! You never told me you and Chris had a fling!”
Ryan nearly doubled over in laughter, slapping the table. “Oh my god, Hugh, you hearing this? Captain America and y/n!”
Hugh laughed, though it didn’t quite reach his eyes, and I noticed the slight tension in his jaw. He gave a half-hearted chuckle, glancing at me with a mix of amusement and something else—something I couldn’t quite place.
Blake continued to laugh, shaking her head. “I can’t believe you kept that from me!”
I shrugged, feeling a little embarrassed but laughing along with them. “It was a long time ago! And honestly, when we filmed that movie, it just felt... weird. I mean, trying to be sexy with someone who you now see as a brother? Not the easiest thing.”
Ryan wiped a tear from his eye, still chuckling. “I bet those scenes were really uncomfortable to shoot.”
“They were." I admitted, rolling my eyes good-naturedly. “But Chris was a total professional about it.”
Hugh remained quiet for a moment, still smiling, but I could tell something about the story didn’t sit quite right with him.
“So, what was it like studying here in New York? It sounds like it was a pretty wild time.” Blake wiggled with her eyebrows.
I grinned, thinking back to those chaotic, exciting days. “It definitely had its moments. The city was also back then a constant whirlwind. We were all broke, doing odd jobs between auditions, but somehow, it was the best time of my life.”
Ryan leaned back in his chair, raising an eyebrow. “Oh, I bet. Was it all method acting and deep emotional discovery, or were you guys just trying to out-party each other?”
I laughed. “A little bit of both, honestly. There were definitely nights when we all showed up to class with way too little sleep.”
Ryan smirked, clearly enjoying himself. “And Captain America was part of those late-night adventures?”
I rolled my eyes. “Chris was usually the responsible one, believe it or not. He’d be the guy dragging everyone out of some dive bar at 2 a.m., telling us we had early classes. Of course, he wasn’t always that responsible...”
Hugh’s interest was piqued, his eyes twinkling. “You and Chris really went through it together, huh?”
I nodded, smiling at the memories. “Yeah, we had a lot of fun. We’d rehearse scenes together, mess around in the park, just being broke, and ambitious kids trying to make it.”
Ryan, never missing a beat, chimed in again. “So what you’re saying is, if Chris wasn’t Captain America, he could’ve been, I dunno, some Shakespearean actor, dragging everyone through intense rehearsals and then buying them all hot dogs afterward?”
I laughed. “Exactly! The perfect balance of intense and laid-back.”
"What other stories do you have up your sleeve?" Ryan grinned and put his arm around his wife.
“Well.. while studying, I also worked as a barista, and believe me, I was a terrible barista.” I started, chuckling at the memory.
Blake raised an eyebrow, intrigued. “Wait, you worked at a coffee shop?”
I nodded. “Yeah, I needed to pay rent somehow, so I got a job at this little café near campus. It was my first day, and I was already a nervous wreck. The owner was this sweet, older man—kind of like a grandpa figure to everyone. But I was so jittery that when he came over to check how I was doing, I somehow managed to spill an entire tray of coffee and raspberry cake all over him.”
Everyone at the table burst into laughter, especially Ryan, who wiped a fake tear from his eye. “Oh, that’s priceless. What did he do?”
I grinned at the memory. “He just stood there for a second, covered in coffee, and then he started laughing. He looked at me and said, ‘Well, at least you didn’t burn me.’ From then on, he teased me about it every single shift. He’d walk past me and say, ‘Careful, y/n, hot beverages on the loose!’ It was actually really sweet.”
Blake smiled, shaking her head. “Sounds like he was a good guy.”
“Yeah, he was the best." I agreed. “Honestly, he was one of the reasons I stuck around for so long.”
Hugh, who had been listening intently, suddenly leaned forward with a small smile. “Well, since we’re sharing job stories… the ladies might not know this, but before I became an actor, I was a P.E. teacher in England.”
I blinked, caught completely off guard. “Wait, what? You were a teacher? That’s crazy!”
Ryan immediately jumped in with a wide grin. “Oh man, y/n, can you imagine if Hugh had been your teacher back then? You would’ve been the star student in P.E., right?”
I felt my cheeks flush, laughing at the absurd thought. “Honestly, if Hugh had been my teacher, I think I would’ve suddenly developed an intense love for sports.”
Blake burst out laughing while Hugh chuckled, shaking his head at our comments. “Yeah, I can’t imagine that would’ve been appropriate,” Hugh said, still smiling, though his ears were a little pink.
Ryan leaned back in his chair, still grinning. “Hey, you never know. Maybe you’d have inspired her to get into, I don’t know, gymnastics or something.”
Blake swatted Ryan on the arm, but she was laughing just as hard. “Leave them alone! Besides, I bet Hugh was an amazing teacher.”
Hugh shrugged modestly. “It was a good job, honestly. I loved working with the kids, but eventually, I realized my passion was acting.”
I turned to him, still amazed. “That’s so cool, though. I would’ve never guessed. You’ve had quite the journey.”
He smiled warmly at me, and I could see a glimmer of pride in his eyes, as if the memories of his teaching days still meant something to him. “It was definitely a unique chapter in my life. But hey, everything leads you somewhere, right?”
Ryan couldn’t resist one more joke, leaning in with a sly grin. “Yeah, and luckily, it led you to us, huh?”
The conversation slowed down after that, everyone quietly soaking in the warmth of the room and each other’s company. Blake glanced around the table, then clapped her hands together.
“Well, how about we clear the table and grab some wine?”
Hugh and I immediately stood up, ready to help, but Blake waved us off. “Oh no, you two relax. Ryan and I have it covered.”
Ryan was already stacking plates and giving us a wink. “Yeah, sit tight, lovebirds.”
As we sat back down, Hugh placed his hand gently on my thigh, his touch making me feel all warm and cozy inside. He smiled at me, that tender look in his eyes that always made my heart skip a beat.
Feeling a bit giddy, I leaned in closer to him and whispered. “Do you think we should tell them about us now? Or wait until another time?”
Hugh’s thumb rubbed small circles against my leg as he considered it. “Yeah, let’s tell them. They’re our best friends—they should know we’re giving this a shot.”
His quiet confidence soothed the last of my nerves, and I couldn’t help myself. I leaned in and gave him a quick kiss, just as the door to the dining room swung open, and Ryan strutted back in, carrying wine glasses.
“Ohohoh! What’s this? What did I just miss?” he teased, his voice dripping with mock shock. “And don’t forget, there are children in this house!”
Blake followed right behind him, her eyes darting between us, a curious smile playing on her lips. “What’s going on in here?” she asked, setting down a bottle of wine.
Hugh chuckled softly and glanced at me before addressing them both. “Actually, we wanted to tell you guys something. Y/n and I... well, we’re trying this thing out. We’re seeing where it goes.”
There was a brief moment of silence as Blake and Ryan exchanged looks, their expressions quickly morphing into wide grins. Blake let out a little squeal of excitement.
“Oh my god! You talked!" she exclaimed, clapping her hands together. “You two are adorable!”
Ryan set down the glasses with a loud clink, looking between Hugh and me with that signature playful grin of his. “Well, it’s about damn time! You guys have been giving off major will-they-won’t-they vibes for ages.”
Blake nodded enthusiastically. “I’m so happy for you guys.”
Their support and enthusiasm washed over me, easing any lingering uncertainty I had. Hugh squeezed my hand under the table, and I couldn’t help but smile up at him, grateful for how effortlessly everything seemed to fall into place.
Ryan, never one to miss a joke, raised his glass toward us. “Here’s to y/n and Hugh—and to all the future awkward family dinners where we can tease you both relentlessly.”
Blake snorted with laughter, pouring everyone a glass of wine. “Don’t worry, we’ll go easy on you. Sometimes.”
We all raised our glasses, clinking them together in a toast to new beginnings.
The conversation flowed easily as we all continued to drink our wine, sharing more stories and laughing until our glasses were empty. Eventually, we decided to join the kids in the living room. As soon as we walked in, Inez grabbed my hand, pulling me toward her pile of Barbies, while Penny and Baxter trotted over to greet us.
I sat on the floor with one hand helping Inez arrange her Barbies while my other hand stroked Baxter, who had curled up next to me. The rest of the group settled on the couches, chatting and laughing as the kids played around us.
We spent a while there enjoying the comfortable, laid-back atmosphere, but eventually, I felt a yawn escape me. Ryan noticed it immediately and pointed dramatically.
“Alright, I think it’s official—time for all the kids to head to bed!” he teased, earning a laugh from Blake and a chorus of giggles from the actual children.
I chuckled, shaking my head. “I guess I walked right into that one.”
Blake stood up and stretched, signaling that the evening was winding down. “Yeah, we should probably wrap things up before we have to carry anyone out of here.”
We all said our goodbyes, exchanging hugs and thanking each other for the great night. As we stepped outside, Hugh and I found ourselves standing by our cars, lingering in the cool night air.
I smiled up at him, feeling the warmth of the evening still lingering between us. “So, what’s on your agenda for tomorrow?”
Hugh shrugged lightly. “Not too exciting, honestly. I’m helping a friend with some work on his house in the morning, then I’ve got a doctor’s appointment and after that, I’m calling my brother to talk about my visit in Sydney to catch up with my family.”
I nodded. “Sounds like a busy day. Hometown huh?"
“Yeah, it’s been a while since I’ve seen everyone." he said softly, then smiled at me. “What about you? Plans with Chris?”
I grinned, the thought of seeing Chris again making me feel both nostalgic and excited. “Yeah, but we’re not meeting until the evening for a drink. Until then I'll call my parents because I promised them last week and after that I'll meet up with my management."
For a moment, we stood there, the air between us feeling charged in a quiet, tender way. After a small pause, we leaned into each other at the same time. He wrapped one arm around my waist, and the other hand found its way to my cheek. Our lips met in a slow, tentative kiss.
When we pulled away, there was a comfortable silence between us, our eyes lingering on each other as if neither of us wanted to say goodbye just yet. I gently stroked my hands over his shoulders down to his chest.
“Well." I said, my voice a little softer than usual. "I guess I’ll see you soon. Good night."
Hugh nodded, his smile warm and easy. “Yeah, good night y/n. Text me when you're home."
"Will do." I smiled.
With that, we each got into our cars, and as I drove home, my mind wandered back to the evening—Blake and Ryan’s support, the kids, the laughter, the stories, and of course, the kisses. My heart felt lighter than it had in a long time, and I couldn’t help but smile as I thought about tomorrow’s meeting with Chris.

Flowers Help A Girl Out

Prompt: “I got you flowers..”
Natasha Romanoff, the scariest assassin, is not so scary when she's next to you, watching a movie wrapped around you. Even less scary when she's conflicted over what to gift you for your first date.
Warnings: Absolutely none. Pure fluff. Soft clueless Nat needs to be appreciated!!
Word Count: 340, to be honest it feels like more lmao
Tumblr media
Natasha struggled to understand how gifts worked. Would you like chocolates? Or flowers? Or maybe you didn't like gifts at all?
...Okay, maybe, she might have been better off asking you what you liked for reference, saving her the embarrassment of looking through the grocery store, overwhelmed by the amount of things she could gift to you. But that would've ruined the whole thing, wouldn't it? She wanted it to be secret, wanted it to surprise you, and asking you would be no fun.
If she could, she would've gifted you the moon and everything you asked for after, in that order, so that you'd know how much you meant to her, but alas, she could not get the moon anytime soon, and the deadline was for tonight. At last, she chose the flowers, the same colour as your eyes as she drove back home.
You both had planned to go on a film binge watch, a date you called it. She had never been to a date, so to say she was anxious would've been an understatement. Sure, she had been on dates, technically, but none were meaningful to her, and all were for missions she didn't want to do. This one was genuine, this one she wanted to do with her whole heart.
As she arrived, she saw you all ready for the date, an excited smile on her face as she closed the front door and placed her shoes near the entrance, making her way over to the couch, where you were, as she sat down and pulled the flowers.
“I got you flowers..“
With an anxious smile she waited for your answer, her eyes sparkling with the soft lightning from the window's moon as you accepted the flowers and gave her a hug. Soon enough you both would be cuddling and everything would be alright.
She loved you more than she loved looking at the stars on a cold night. More than she loved Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches on a relaxing day. She loved you.

Mustang | cowgirl nat au
Tumblr media
Summary: The mayor’s daughter. A bounty hunter. One has freedom, the other does not. But will one fleeting night be enough to convince Natasha to leave everything she’s ever known behind?
Warnings: Natasha is a hot cowgirl, cowboy slang
wc: 4.3k
note: this is for all the cowgirl Nat simps out there (yes you know who you are @katyaromanoffpetrova ). And also for @milfs69420 who drew the inspiration for cowgirl Nat in this scene (i’m obsessed with that drawing no joke). I hope this lives up to expectations!
-⧗-
A loud yell echoed across the grassy plain, rising above the sound of thundering hooves and the distant shriek of a stream train whistle. One lone rider, racing across fields she knew like the back of her hand. Strong thighs squeezed the flanks of the midnight horse beneath her as she raised her arms above her head and tilted her face up to the sky, letting the golden rays of the sun soak into her skin. Not once did her balance falter, years of riding making her feel like an extension of the steed beneath her. Her cheeks started to burn with how hard she was smiling, so she placed both hands back on the reins and kicked her horse to speed up.
There really was nothing that Natasha loved more than riding. It was her escape, her outlet, her way of breaking away from her usual daily duties. Was she out on her horse a bit too often? Her father would say yes. But if there was one thing Natasha Romanoff hated, it was being told what to do.
She’d caught up with the train rolling steadily along the tracks and Natasha leaned forwards, scarlet hair, tied in a single braid, flying behind her from under her hat as she raced beside it, trying to keep up. She could feel the muscles of her horse flexing with every stride they took and the rusted green walls of the carriage were almost in reach of her fingertips if she stretched out towards it. The smoke puffing out of the chimney tainted the air that she breathed in, but she barely noticed it through her euphoria. She knew where this train was headed, towards the larger cities, so she broke away and turned back to her hometown, slowing up as they trotted under the town’s welcome sign.
Most walked their horses through the streets on foot, but Natasha stayed seated, guiding her horse through the swarms of townspeople and down to the large house at the end of the main street. She hopped down and tied him to the fence temporarily, making sure he had enough hay and water before she strolled into the house.
Not even bothering to take her boots off, Natasha waltzed into the kitchen and flopped down on a chair. She tossed her hat onto the table and let out a sigh, staring at the small red symbol on the front of her hat.
“Natasha,” a gruff voice called after her. She rolled her eyes. “Where the hell were you?”
“Out,” was all she replied. She didn’t turn around but could feel her father’s eyes boring into the back of her skull. And his disapproving tone was nothing she wasn’t familiar with.
“You were supposed to be home two hours ago, for the opening ceremony.” Without looking at him, she knew how he was standing. Arms folded across his chest as he took up almost the entire doorway. “Yelena was upset you weren’t there.”
Natasha scoffed. “No she wasn’t, she couldn’t care less.”
“I felt betrayed, actually.” Great, now her sister had joined in. “You’re always choosing Liho over me, don’t you feel my pain?”
“I’m sure you’ll live,” Natasha deadpanned, wanting nothing more than some peace and quiet.
But that was a rarity as the mayor’s daughter. Her whole life was scrutinized, and many people disapproved of her non-traditional ways. “Is there anything else required of me? Or can I leave now?”
Yelena appeared in the corner of her vision, leaning against the kitchen countertop. “Well, I was going to ask if you would come by the range, seeing as you-“
“Ok, so that’s a no.”
“Natasha, be nice to her please. It’s Yelena’s big day!” Alexei’s voice seemed to be in constant ‘public speaker’ mode, which was fine for pretty much everything except quiet conversations in the kitchen. He was too close, and Natasha scraped her chair back and reached for a glass to fill up from the pitcher of sweet tea on the table. Reluctantly, she offered one to Yelena, who accepted with a soft smile. Alexei took their ignorance of his statement to disappear back to his office, and Natasha breathed a small sigh of relief.
“I knew you liked me really.” Natasha deadpanned her comment but Yelena only stifled her giggle behind a sip, the sweet beverage coating her tastebuds deliciously. “I’m not mad, it’s fine. But promise me you’ll shoot this week?”
“I was planning to anyway,” Natasha admitted. “Do you have riding targets too?”
Yelena let out a ‘ha’ and leaned back in her chair, chin tilted towards the window. “What do you take me for, an amateur? That’s like asking if Barton sells beer.”
“Speaking of, fancy a drink?” Yelena gestured to her half full glass with an eyebrow raised. “I was going to go down to Barton’s if you want to join me?”
Yelena thought for a moment, watching a lone ice cube float around her glass. “I would, but I promised Kate I’d meet her at the stables and you know what she’s like if I cancel on her.”
“Suit yourself,” said Natasha. Ok, so maybe she did feel a little remorse over missing the ceremony, but never would she admit that out loud. “I’ll see you later. Oh, and tell Ma to not wait up for me at dinner. I’ll sort myself out.”
“Roger that,” Yelena gave a mock salute and Natasha just rolled her eyes in jest. She grabbed her hat, slipped it on her head and wandered back out of the door, but not before she slipped a few snacks for her horse. Liho was still waiting patiently for her and he swished his tail as he approached, rather fed up of just standing around in the sun.
As Natasha brushed him down and gave the stable a quick tidy, her mind wandered back to the open grassland. What she’d give to never return home, just riding to her heart's content and staying in whatever town she came across. Or just sleeping under the stars, listening to the howls of the coyotes and the thundering hooves of wild horses echoing behind the mountains on the horizon. She craved the freedom that the cowboys had and the small taste she could get would never suffice; she lusted for more.
With a small threat to Peter, the stablehand, to not hurt Liho, Natasha wandered back into the town centre, stopping off at the ammunition store on her way for a magazine refill. She shot the test targets to pieces purely for the fun of it, knowing her aim was impeccable. The owner just rolled his eyes but let her continue; this behaviour was expected. After all, Alexei was a well respected and slightly feared man, which rubbed off onto his daughters too. And Natasha’s fiery temperament was almost as famous as her father was. No one with any brains would ever challenge her to a duel if they wanted to keep their life.
The redhead’s eyes cast over the centre-most building, the brim of her hat concealing the sign on the front. But she didn’t need words to tell her what it was- she knew her second favourite place like the back of her hand. The heels of her boots clicked against the tiled floor as she pushed the wooden saloon doors to swing open, hitting the walls beside them with a crack.
With her hat still dipped low, she paused, surveying the entirety of the room in one fast sweep. Partially content with what she saw, Natasha tipped her hat from her head and tucked it under her arm, feeling strands from her messy braid to fall and frame her face. Green eyes darted across every familiar face, occasionally leading to the subtle tug of a smile to play on her lips if she felt particularly fond of someone, but not many had that blessing. She didn’t pay two minds to the rest of the townspeople once she’d locked on the one person who didn’t think she was completely crazy.
Wild yet utterly desirable, Natasha somehow held every single person captive within her presence. The general chattering subsided as she moved between the tables, even the men who spent their days airing their lungs over bottles of brandy and rum paused their drinking to take a good look at her. If Natasha even cared, she’d be repulsed, but noticing the way the men of the town looked at her had become a thing of the past. She would never settle down so why bother?
The red velvet-topped bar stools were smooth under her jeans as Natasha slid onto one, her hat coming to rest atop the wooden bar. She unbuttoned the cuffs of her green plaid shirt and rolled her sleeves up to her elbows, exposing her forearms with a sigh.
“Didn’t see you at Yelena’s gun range opening today,” the bartender commented as he slid an open bottle of beer in Natasha’s direction. He knew her well, and he should, as her childhood best friend. And Natasha may be unpredictable but her beer choices never wavered.
“Oh don’t tell me you were there too. I swear, if one more person asks me about that I’m going to put a bullet in someone’s head.” Her hand fell to her holster for effect, making the bartender step back, hands raised in surrender. Natasha rolled her eyes and smirked before taking a sip of her beer. “My Pa gave me an earful when I was barely through the door. I don’t see why it matters, Barton, it’s just an opening.”
Clint threw the tea towel he was holding into the sink over his shoulder. “I’m just talking, but she’s your sister, so isn’t it in your duties to go to that kind of thing?”
Natasha shot him an unimpressed look, her brow bone casting a shadow across her eyes in the dim light. “You mean that as her sister, or as the mayor’s daughter? I plan on using the range anyway, so why do I need to show my face now? It’s not even about me.” She puffed out her cheeks and rested her chin on the hand that was placed on the beer bottle rim. “If I was Lena, I’d be happy my sister didn’t show up. She can have the spotlight for a change.”
“Where did you go, exactly?” Clint was the only one who would listen to Natasha’s tales, so he just let her talk whilst he worked. Gave him something refreshing to think about instead of his unruly customers.
“I caught wind of a new group riding out by the Ridge yesterday, so I wanted to check it out. Saw nothing but Ol’ Joe moving his cattle. Swear that man digs for his cannon ev’ry chance he gets.”
“Well, he’s not the best with people,” said Clint, only realising afterwards that he’d just stated the obvious. “Is that what you want though? A group like that?”
Natasha pursed her lips. She hadn’t thought through the logistics of what her future looked like, she knew it involved a lot more open space and a lot less… people. “Not a group, I couldn’t handle that.”
“Nat, you know it’s not safe out there on your own. You need your home, a family.” Clint was family orientated to the core, but the same couldn’t be said for Natasha. “You know it’s even worse for women.”
“I can handle myself,” Natasha scoffed, feeling rather put out by his insinuation. “I don’t need a bunch of asshat guys telling me what to do!
“I know, but-“
“If I wanted an argument, I would have stayed at home,” she pointed out. Clint’s mouth opened before he closed it with a huff, thinking better than to protest again. Natasha’s hands tugged her hair out of her braid, reveling in the feeling of it falling loose around her shoulders.
She chewed on her lip, trying to suppress the anxious feeling bubbling low in her stomach. With each passing day, the small town life rattled her and the walls of the village seemed to close in. It had taken root in her chest since she was a child, that feeling of longing never quite subsiding.
Clint moved off to serve customers further down the bar, leaving the redhead lost in her own mind. Slender fingers tapped rhythmically on the glass bottle.
What did she want? Natasha knew how her dreams played out, but Clint was right; where was her stability? The thought of being alone was heavenly, but that was coming from someone who had never truly experienced it. She’d been surrounded by people since the day she was born, and those fleeting moments of freedom with just Liho for company were the best she’d felt.
But what did a future full of that entail? She’d idealised it to the point where she was biased, getting defensive whenever anyone tried to make her see sense. She may not see eye to eye with her father anymore, but the stubbornness she inherited from him was a clear determiner of her roots and more importantly, her home.
A cacophony of whistles erupted from the tables behind her, snapping her out of her spiral and Natasha turned on her stool to take a look at the source of the commotion. A woman stood in the doorway, dressed similarly to Natasha, which was rather uncommon in this town. Most of the women wore skirts, so seeing another in jeans that wasn’t Natasha, Yelena or Kate had heads turning.
Natasha watched the way the stranger’s hand instinctively flew to her holster as her eyes adjusted to the darkened room, a bitter contrast to the sun blazed street just outside. The saloon was always kept dark, just the way Natasha liked it, but it did look a bit intimidating from an outsider’s perspective.
Ignoring the outstretched hands of drunk men that grabbed at her from their seats at the closest tables, the woman picked her way through the crowd, her hips swaying in her jeans and brown fringed chaps as she rounded the final table and slumped down onto a stool. Natasha peered at Clint out of the corner of her eye and tried to hide her smile, taking a long sip of her beer bottle as the stranger sat four seats over.
“What’s the strongest stuff you’ve got?” The stranger asked Clint, her hat still sat squarely on her head. A strange move in Natasha’s eyes, but it added to the air of mystery around her and the redhead couldn’t help but watch her reflection in the glass opposite.
“I’ve got a couple bottles of whiskey if that’s what you’re after?”
“I’ll get a glass of that, thanks.”
Natasha pulled a face, impressed. “Going for the hard stuff, I see.”
The stranger didn’t turn her head, keeping her eyes down and focussed on her hands that rested atop the bar. “Something like that.”
There was something different about her, something refreshing. Natasha stood up, grabbed her beer bottle and wandered down the bar, now appearing on the seat beside the stranger. She leaned on the bar, one leg crossed over the other, accentuating the curve of her hips in her jeans. The stranger’s head moved slightly, trying to get the best view of Natasha that she could.
Clint read his friend’s body language like he was fluent, and quickly swapped her bottles so she was presented with a fresh drink. Natasha waited a couple of seconds before striking up conversation again, not put out by the stranger’s lack of enthusiasm.
“Is this seat taken?”
The stranger shook her head and scooted over, nursing her glass of whiskey with both hands. She was nervous and guarded and Natasha saw the twitch of her fingers that seemed uncontrollable.
“I’ve not seen you before. You not from around here?” Her southern drawl was laid on thick, emphasising the rasp in her voice that came out when she spoke properly. Natasha’s skill set didn’t stop at shooting. She was incredibly proficient at flirting and Clint loved to just stand back and watch her pick her next target that wandered into his bar.
The stranger finally turned to Natasha and lifted her hat from her head, revealing her face and piercing eyes that bore into Natasha’s. “Is it that obvious I’m not from around here?”
Natasha laughed around the rim of her bottle and readjusted her stance, using her movement as a way to take in the woman with a quick flick up and down. “I know my people,” she replied, gesturing to the full tables behind them. Her eyes fell to the stranger’s lips. “And I’d remember a face like yours, darlin’.”
The mysterious woman’s cheeks flushed red and she took a swig of whiskey, welcoming the burn that flooded her chest. The hot feeling racing through her body was purely alcohol induced… wasn’t it?
The brunette ducked her head down, embarrassed. “I’m only passing through. Had to stop off at the stables to get my horse’s hooves checked. Ran across a thorn patch, she did.”
“Well, Bishops’ will take good care of her. And in the meantime, does the gorgeous woman have a pretty name to match?”
Whiskey was by far the best choice she could have made- it could account for the now permanent flush that took residence in her cheeks. The woman turned on her stool and let her knees fall open loosely, her body language much less guarded.
“I’m Y/n. And you are..?”
“Natasha Romanoff, at your service.” The redhead quickly put her hat on and tipped it forwards, eliciting a laugh from the woman opposite. Clint eyed their interaction as he dried some glasses, grinning to himself at how effective Natasha’s charm truly was. She turned it on with the tip of her hat and a flash of her smile, making men and women alike stop dread in their tracks.
“You’re the mayor’s daughter?” Something flashed across Y/n’s eyes but it was gone as quickly as it came and Natasha couldn’t decipher it.
“Yeah,” she trailed off, frowning slightly. “Is that a bad thing?”
“Not at all,” Y/n gave her a smile, nodding to the stool beside her. Natasha sat far too quickly, like an obedient dog. One glance from a gorgeous woman had turned her to mush- what was happening?
A couple of loud thuds resonated from the back of the room and Natasha rolled her eyes, knowing exactly who sat there regularly. “Hey, Romanoff, give us a dance, will ya?” A leering voice echoed above the general hum of conversation and Y/n watched as Natasha rolled her eyes and adjusted her gun that sat in a holster on her hip.
“Give it up, Stark, you’re barking at a knot.” The man in question jeered at her and banged his beer bottle on the barrel table, several men around him doing the same. “If you wanna watch me dance, you better pay me for it.” This only gained her more nonsensical yelling and a man on Stark’s table threw a dollar bill in her direction.
But Natasha just stood up, squared her shoulders and fired her handgun in their direction, the bullet slamming into the wall mere inches above Stark’s head. She blew the smoke off her gun with a cocky smirk and shoved it back in the holster. The entire saloon fell silent, aside from Clint’s mutterings about yet another hole to fix thanks to his fiery friend.
Natasha waited a second longer, almost daring Stark and his guys to test her again. But they didn’t, now only watching her warily as she turned back to her new woman who was watching with a slack jaw. Natasha felt a burst of pride surge through her chest and she puffed it out slightly, sinking down into her seat with one foot up on the footrest, her legs manspreading.
“I’m sorry about that, that was no way to treat a new lady.”
Y/n snickered, shaking her head. “Oh please, I ain’t a lady. I’ve seen worse men than that in towns over, they really never change.”
Natasha’s gaze had drifted to the way the brunette’s hair fell over her shoulder, and how soft it looked despite being so exposed to the elements. But at the mention of different towns she snapped, eyes wide.
“You’ve visited other towns?” She tried to keep her cool, but there was truly no hiding her excitement. This woman had everything Natasha wanted and more.
“I’m a bounty hunter,” she admitted, watching Natasha’s face change. “But I ain’t got much work at the moment. There’s not many people that trust a woman to do what a man can do.”
“So you’re just… floating between towns?”
Y/n nodded, taking a sip of her whiskey. “Yup, it’s just me and my girl. And the occasional over-friendly landlord who tries to get up in my business.”
Natasha’s mind was racing like a mustang. She felt almost childish, wanting to hear stories of her travels and what the world was really like. Y/n could see her curiosity, it was too apparent to mask, and it was like a breath of fresh air. All too often she was met with disapproving glances and was often the butt of circulating gossip, housewives and prostitutes judging her uncommon way of life. But she was happy, and no one was about to take that away from her.
“Where are you from?”
Y/n’s smile faltered and she traced the rim of her now empty whisky glass. “I don’t think about that. Doesn’t matter where I’m from, I’m never going back. There’s nothing for me there. My life is out here now.”
“I wish,” Natasha muttered, more to herself than anyone else. Y/n heard it but didn’t comment. After all, they were just two strangers in a bar, nothing more.
“So, if you’re the mayor’s girl, you must know what there is to do around here.” Her words had an element of teasing to them, which didn’t go unnoticed by Natasha.
Natasha shook her head with a laugh. Ten minutes in and already poking fun at who she was. Why was that so attractive? “There’s a barn dance later if you want to come?” Natasha suggested. “That is, if you’re sticking around for that long.”
“I’ve got a compelling reason to now,” Y/n teased, toying with the hints Natasha had been sending her way.
Natasha quirked her brow and raised an arm behind her head, her bicep flexing slightly under her scrunched up shirt sleeves. “Well, I never turn down the chance to take a pretty girl to a dance.”
“Sounds like you have experience.”
Natasha narrowed her eyes in playful accusation “Is that a problem to you?”
“Not at all. I like a woman who knows what she’s doing.” Her words were heavy and even Clint raised his eyebrows, having been listening in to their conversation whilst he polished glasses.
“Then you’re in for a real treat, darlin’.” Natasha held eye contact and took a swig of her beer, licking her lip as a drop escaped. Y/n stared back at her and then coughed, using that as her excuse to look away. Anyone could feel the air shift and Clint walked away, shaking his head with a smile. God, Natasha certainly knew how to play this game.
“Where did you say you were staying?” Natasha continued, probing yet more information out of the poor woman.
“Here, actually,” Y/n answered, gesturing towards the door that led to the small assortment of lodgings that the saloon housed “ ‘S the only place willing to take someone like me.”
“Barton!” The man in question looked around guiltily. “Keeping things from me now, are we?”
“You were out! When was I gonna tell ya?”
Natasha grunted and jutted her chin out at him, furious that he’d watched their interaction knowing exactly who this woman was. And Y/n found the whole ordeal rather funny, having made the connection that they knew each other a little while ago.
“Well, if you’re stayin’ here, I know where to pick you up later.”
“Inviting me to a dance and picking me up? Do all foreign girls get this treatment from you?”
Natasha winked coyly, sliding her hat along the bar where she’d left it. “Only the special ones.”
“Oh you’re flannel-mouthed!” Y/n exclaimed, to which Natasha only shrugged cockily. “I’ll be waitin’. Right here, so don’t be late.”
“Roger that,” Natasha responded, mimicking Yelena from earlier. She stood up with a flourish, placed her hat on her head and took Y/n’s hand to place a kiss on the back of it, treating her like a proper lady. Clint wolf whistled her, receiving an insult thrown his way before Natasha had disappeared back through the doors she’d come through, leaving them swinging back and forth with the momentum.
“She’s a wild one, watch out.” Clint nodded after the redhead, silently laughing to himself at her dramatics. Always one for the exits, she was.
But Y/n didn’t even notice his amusement. She was gazing at the gunshot hole left in the wall across the room, and more specifically, thinking about the woman that put it there.
“The wilder the better, I always say,” was all she replied, her mind now miles away. Sure, she said that about horses, but Y/n was starting to think that applied to the women she surrounded herself with too.

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Y/N'S POV
I'm here today taking pictures for an event, at the red carpet.
My bestfriend is a famous actor and well me, I'm a professional photographer.
If you're wondering who's my bestfriend is, it's the Scarlett fucking Johansson. we met—well, bumped into eachother a few years ago causing her to accidentally spill the coffee she's holding all over my shirt and keep apologising even I told her that it was okay.
She took me out for dinner as apology. I declined at first but she kept telling me that even if I don't want to, she's still gonna take me out. so I said yes, and after that we just instantly click.
Now, we're bestfriends.
Oh, oh, wait, let me tell you a secret. She's also my girlfriend, cool right? I know!
Everyone knows that she's in a relationship but we actually didn't tell the public except our close friends and family that it was me, the public knows that we're just really close friends.
As I keep taking pictures of other celebrities, she finally arrived.
Fucking goddess. She looks ethereal and she's mine. My scarlett, my girlfriend.
She keep looking around until her eyes landed on me and gave me her gorgeous smile. I could die now. Right here, right now.
She walked towards the middle and everyone starts shouting her name.
"Over here, Scarlett!"
"Look to the right!"
"Scarlett, look over here!"
"To the left!"
There's lot of people shouting her name but she just stood still and look into my camera. Posing for only my camera, for me.
What the fuck?
All the other photographers are now looking at me. I took the camera away from my eye and glared at her before I mouthed 'stop.'
But instead of stopping and posed for others, she just smiled before walking away. I heard everyone whispering and some look at me and mutter a 'what the fuck.'
"I'm sorry." I smiled and start packing up.
"I'm gonna beat your ass, motherfucker." I muttered as I go behind the red carpet.
I passed a security and asked me what I need, "Hi! Sorry, I just need some photos with miss Johansson for our program, is that alright?"
"Wait here." He said and walked towards Scarlett who's standing with some friends.
The security talked to her until he pointed at me, smile form into her face before walking over, "Thank you, sir." I said before pulling Scarlett to the corner, out of anyone's eye.
"What was that back there!?" I whisper shout.
"What? I was posing." She casually said. "Yeah, for me. Only for my camera! You can't—" I didn't even get to finish my sentenced when she kissed me. How rude.
"You can't blame me, you're the only one I see." Scarlett said before kissing me once again.
"Stop kissing me, someone might see." I said and playfully gave her a glare.
"Alright, okay, fine. Can I atleast have a hug?" She asked, giving me her best puppy eyes and arms wide open.
I rolled my eyes and hugged her. I felt her pulling me even closer and pressing me to her body.
"Scar?" I whisper.
"Hmm?"
"You're hugging me because you want to feel my boobs, right?"
"Yeah."

…And I, Chose You
Scarlett Johansson x F!R
After watching your broken love unfold on canvas Scarlett has to fight her fears (and a jaded you) to win her love back / Aka, the part 2 to Maroon that won the poll | WC: 2,121
Tumblr media
Your heart pounded in your chest as you allowed Scarlett into the free flowing space, you weren’t exactly rich so there were no massive walls to separate your kitchen from the quaint little living room—you had meant it when you called yourself a starving artist.
“Your place is nice,” she attempted the dreaded small talk, her voice a pitch higher as she willed her heart to relax, and her thoughts to stop racing. You laughed, it was a familiar sound that made her wary soul ache.
“I’m serious Y/N/N,” she groaned, the familiar use of your nickname brought a smile to your hidden face. “You’ve got a flair for making places feel like home.”
——
Scarlett hated the way your shoulders tensed, and the mugs in your hands clinked on the counter. Her words were genuine but you were unfamiliarly guarded. She once told you, while drifting off to sleep against your chest, that you were what made her house a home.
Then she ripped your heart out and left you alone.
What used to be an easygoing relationship was now tainted, shrouded in collective shame, and despair.
You settled onto the couch following the long, awkward moment of silence, her warm mug of tea, made to her specifications was set before her where she sat on your recliner with her feet tucked beneath her tiny frame. It went untouched as all she could do was savor being in such close proximity to you, her glassy eyes remained focused on your aged face. Another reminder of the precious time she had lost with you, and all the reason she needed to finally make a decision to fight for love.
Scarlett went to speak, but your tired voice cut her off, “What are you doing here Scar? Don’t you have promos to run for the next movie? With your little boy toy?” The contempt was obvious, she was sure it stemmed from the way she’d usually promoted the films with her ex fling Chris, with the kind eyes and charming smile.
“Can we please not fight?” Scarlett’s eyes were duller than ever before, normally you would give in to her pleas, but this was your home she’d wandered into and you felt an unrelenting urge to defend it. “If you were looking for the girl who bends to your every whim she is back in 2019, you’re now meeting a loveless edition.”
“As if,” the blonde snorted, “You’re a total sap Y/N.”
“Love is an illusion Scarlett, end of the discussion.”
Scarlett watched you jump up from the couch, and just as she expected you began to pace the tiny kitchen. If you wanted a fight, then the award winning actress would give you one for the books. “If love is an illusion then I guess I’m a fucking magician Y/N because no matter how hard I try I can’t stop myself from loving you, but more importantly I don’t ever want to.”
“It’s been two years Scarlett, you don’t know me!”
Scarlett scoffed, “You are unbelievable!” The way you flinched didn’t even deter her as she walked over to you, her body pressing yours into the counter as her hand raised to slap you across the cheek for making such asinine remarks. As if she didn’t know you wholly and love you just the same. You were all she wanted.
Then she saw a flicker of hurt in your eyes, and instead of letting her anger win she cupped your jaw and softly spoke, “You eat your sandwiches without the crust.” Your eyes crinkled and she had to fight the urge to kiss away your obvious confusion. “You truly have the palette of a child Y/N, I might have been absent from your life, but I know you still live off PB&J’s.”
“That’s nothing more than a counter observation.”
“Yeah, I guess you’re right,” she sighed, but then she shook her head with a reminiscent smile on her face. “You hate when people interrupt you, it always drives you up the wall that people can’t wait their turn,” she noted something that’s standard for most, but before you can state that she continues, “Except for when it’s a child because you love their impatient wonder.”
Scarlett felt a sense of accomplishment when she saw your eyes had sparkled, she knew you were likely thinking of her family get togethers with her nieces. Which took her back to all of the functions where you were welcomed like one of their own, which you were. “You despise sports Y/N, but you always indulged my family for the super bowl, because you cared so much.”
“I went for the food,” you deadpanned to keep from letting her know that this attempt was working on your soft heart. “I know, my mom glares at me now that your seat is forever empty. She misses your reviews.”
You bit your cheek, and closed your eyes to cover your sadness. Scarlett saw right through you though. “They all miss you—I miss you Y/N, and I know that you are just hiding behind the hurt that I caused right now, but I know you miss me too. I am your muse after all.”
“I said that stuff to keep people from falling apart, if I left them with only morose thoughts they’d never come to another one of my gallery’s. It was only business…”
“Only business?” You nodded, eyes fixed in a glare that genuinely left the blonde amused. You were trying so hard to make it seem like you hated her, but she could see right through to the hurt in your gorgeous eyes. Scarlett rolled her own in good faith, and continued on as her thumb tenderly traced over your clenched jaw. “Decades of separation could go by and I’d still know you Y/N, not because you are predictable, but because you are my soulmate, and souls don’t truly change.”
“I mean it Scarlett, I’m not who I once was,” you were losing your fight, just like she hoped for. “Bullshit.”
“I have changed!” Scarlett hummed as her head nodded. “I know you have honey, but deep down you are still my very special girl, the one who runs with the facade of hopelessness but with every stroke of your heart you bled our unenviable love onto the canvas.”
“I-I,” your voice wavered, and her thumb gently ran over your chewed up bottom lip that now trembled. “Give me a chance Y/N, I promise it’ll be different.”
“Scarlett, I can’t be your secret, not again, not ever.” The blonde smiled, a direct contrast to your mood as you struggled not to cry. “There’s no more hiding,” she coo’d, her delicate voice comforting you along with her soft hands that wiped away the tears that finally fell.
“You’ll be my plus one to the Black Widow premiere.”
“Scarlett—.” The blonde leaned in and kissed you hard, the worried words faded from your mind as your hands moved to position themselves on her hips. Your head tilted, allowing her the opportunity to deepen the kiss and there was no hesitation as her tongue met yours. Soft moans followed the smacking of lips and harsh breaths left your nostrils to prevent the inevitable. “I’m going to make it right Y/N,” Scarlett panted against your glistening lips. “I’ll love you out in the open this time, and you can create with a much happier stroke.”
You wanted to believe her, this time felt different than all the other times she made similar promises, but you were still bruised, and therefore wary of her intentions. “How will this work?” You inquired without missing a beat. “You live on the other side of the states Scar.” The blonde frowned, never thinking of this presenting as an obstacle. “Simple, you’ll come home with me Y/N.”
“Please don’t say no,” she begged, already seeing your rebuttal coming. “I don’t want to be back there Scar.”
“That’s fine baby; I moved, I couldn’t live there without you, so I found somewhere different. Hopeful that it would be what helped me move on, but I began to fill the space with subtle reminders of you. I ignored their connection until my mom laughed in my face one day.”
Scarlett saw the question in your eyes and sighed, “I began eating PB&J’s every morning, I danced alone to your favorite vinyls and I might have bought all of your online pieces when you posted them, thinking that maybe your art could be your placeholder, but it just never was enough of you. I needed the real thing.”
“I don’t know Scar, this feels like a gamble.” The blonde nodded, “That’s what love is Y/N/N, not an illusion—it’s real, but it’s messy and comes with risk.”
“I’m not sure I have it in me to risk losing it all again.”
“I’m not sure of much myself baby, but I know this, without you around I feel like my life is empty, but with you in my arms like this I feel unbound, like nothing could ever break me again, besides you. This will be our fresh start, so please, just don’t say no.”
You took a step to the side, freeing yourself from her intoxicating hold so that you could think clearly. You sat back down on the couch, silently patted the spot beside you to calm her nerves, but made her wait for your resounding yes as she’d took so long to do this. It was only fair that she didn’t get an instant response.
Scarlett suddenly stood, hands shaking out at her sides as she faced the prospect that the desperate kiss you two just shared was in vain. Maybe she was too late, and if so she would just have to face the karmic reality. “I’m staying at the Chateau Marmont Y/N, my number is the same, whether you want to try again or not, I just want you to know that I will forever love you.” You said nothing still, letting her walk outside with a sad smile.
Scarlett cried the entire way to her car, her head fell onto the horn, and startled her into reality. She didn’t want to draw attention to your place, so she put the keys into the ignition with plans to cry at her hotel. Just as the blonde was about to start her engine she saw your front door fly open, and after a moment of pause she speedily jumped out of the car to meet your urgent steps. “Kiss me,” you commanded, she was a bit taken aback, but then she saw the test in your eyes just before her rushed hands pulled you in for a sloppy kiss.
Everything around you two seemed to fade, lips locked in perfect harmony, even with the flash of a strangers camera trying to capture the moment. You felt as her hand cupped your face more broadly, it alarmed you momentarily, until you realized she was shielding you from them, not hiding. “I’ll come with you Scarlett.”
Her lips, painted a delicate shade of maroon lifted, and for the first time in forever you felt unending joy; you were finally home again, in the arms of your forever.
———
Bonus:
You stepped out of the Cadillac, the tinted windows no longer there to shield you from the perilous crowd that had awaited you outside the metal door. You saw the many faces of her fans, all with their eyes on you, and the dirty looks of a few made your skin crawl. Most of them regarded you with a smile or indifference, but the others looked to you as if you’d crushed their dreams.
Scarlett was quick to take your hand in hers, helping the anxiety to melt away as she kissed your cheek with a purpose before she pulled you along the red carpet. Her every move was calculated as she spoke to the fans that regarded you with the respect you deserved. With the excuse of limited time she disregarded the others, then guided you into the event with a protective arm around your waist, and her free hand still in yours.
You’d attempted to let her go, aware that this event was her moment to finally shine, but she only fixed you with her best, heatless glare as she pulled you closer. There was no Natasha Romanoff without you, the one who pushed her to go to the audition after you helped her practice her lines. Just like there’s no Scarlett Johansson without you either, you were her lifeline, and it was about damn time the world knew that.

Kinktober (26)- Gun play
Tumblr media
Natasha X Reader 18+
Summary: You explore a new kink with Natasha.
Warnings/Tags: Gun Play, Dom Natasha/Sub Reader, Thigh Riding, Brief mention of Subspace, Praise, Aftercare
Kinktober Masterlist
The feeling of the cold metal barrel placed at your jaw sent fear and arousal coursing through your veins. Your chest rose and fell with anticipation as you peered up into those mesmerising green eyes you were in love with.
“Are you going to behave for me, Kotenok?” Natasha purrs, leaning down to ghost her lips over yours while you knelt for her. You nodded for her, feeling the gun press slightly into your jaw as you did so, the redhead’s finger toying with the safety to add to your current state of arousal.
“Yes,” you whisper, your hands tied behind your back clenching into fists as you couldn't grab onto anything. “Please,” you whimper, Natasha dragging the firearm across your jaw then to your lips, dragging your bottom one down and letting it pop back up when she moves away, eyes darkening at the pure submission in your eyes. Your breath hitches when the barrel is then placed against your temple, the safety clicking off making your eyes widen. You trust Natasha, of course you did, otherwise this wouldn’t be happening but the idea of the gun, so close to being able to harm you made your body buzz with thrill.
“Good girl,” her voice raspy as she whispers to you, mouth claiming yours briefly before pulling away, chuckling at how you try and chase her lips. “Stand up,” she husks out, you try your best to get to your feet whilst your hands are restrained, legs a little numb from kneeling for a while. Her slender fingers wrap around your throat, helping you to your feet and causing a pathetic whimper to leave your lips.
You remain still after she helps you up, watching as she settles herself on the bed, teasingly moving her hands down her body for you to watch. She drags the gun down her neck, between the valley of her breasts that were covered in a stunning black lace bra, down her abdomen and over her covered pussy. “Come here Kotenok,” she commands, to which you obey willingly. Her hand taps one of her toned thighs, you taking the hint and straddling her leg, a small moan escaping you when your soaking core meets her skin.
The gun is returned to the underside of your jaw, Natasha’s free hand moving to your waist and slowly pulling you along her leg, your arousal dripping onto her skin and down her thigh. You moan at the feeling of your clit brushing against her skin, her flexing her thigh giving you a harder surface to grind on.
“That’s it Kotenok,” she praises when you start to move along her thigh on your own, moans freely spilling from your lips as she leans forwards to kiss you. Her tongue swipes over your bottom lip, seeking entrance that you happily give, dominating the kiss as you lose yourself in the pleasure. Your eyes flutter open when she pulls back from your lips, eyes filled with lust and desire as your hips roll against her desperately. “Yes, that’s it, keep looking at me with those pretty little eyes,” she husks out when your gaze meets her predatory look, a groan leaving you at her darkened eyes.
Her hand moves the gun down to your neck, your eyes snapping down to the metal making her tsk at you. “Eyes on me,” you lift your gaze back to her, staring into her eyes submissively while she lets the gun venture down your body. Your breath hitches when she drags the barrel around your nipples, your breasts gently moving every time you rock your hips. The cold metal contrasts your warm skin as it is leisurely dragged down your stomach, your eyes still remaining locked on green despite wanting to look down at the sight.
“Nat,” you whimper when she taps your clit with the gun, your hips bucking so hard against her leg that you almost come. “I’m close, please can I come?” you sigh out, pleading with her to take mercy on you and not make you hold it. She taps your clit once again with the gun, hips stuttering as you nearly come without her permission, a choked moan escaping you.
“Come for me,” she purrs, muffling her name that falls from your lips as you tense on her thigh, cum dripping onto her as your orgasm rips through your body. Your hips continue to grind against her while you ride your aftershocks out, Natasha moving the unloaded gun away from your body and onto the bedside table. “I’m so proud of you Moya Lyubov,” she murmurs softly, guiding your head to the crook of your neck as you try to recover from the powerful orgasm.
Her fingers softly scratch your scalp while you rest against her warm skin, basking in the comfort of the embrace before she effortlessly carries you to the bathroom to get cleaned up. One arm snakes around your middle while the other washes you, your mind dipping in and out of subspace, due to the intense scene, while you lean into her body. There's a drowsy smile on your face when she kisses the tip of your nose, her hands then swiftly lathering the shampoo in your hair before rinsing you down and washing herself. Natasha helps you out as your body craves sleep, wrapping you in a white fluffy towel and drying you off in record speed before doing the same for her. You move forwards to softly crash into her body, her arms wrapping around your middle as she unhurriedly walks you towards the bed, moving so her knees hit the soft mattress before softly falling back with you in her arms.
Your face moves to snuggle into her chest, a small laugh escaping her at how you mumble how soft and cosy they are before starting to let sleep overtake you. She whispers sweet and caring words to you while you doze off and murmurs a final ‘I love you’ when you fall asleep.

Tumblr media
summary: you and your girlfriend, scarlett, were having a normal dinner when you heard someone breaking into your house.
warnings: pure comedy, flirting, and none to be honest lol
author’s note: what you ask you shall receive!
Tumblr media
“This is good,” Scarlett said with a cinnamon bun in her mouth. “I don’t think I’ve tasted a dessert like this in my life.”
"I'm glad you liked it," you said, swirling a glass of red wine in your hand as you watched her eyes twinkle with love, desire, and desperation. You can't take your eyes off them. “Are we still going to your best friend’s wedding?”
“Oh yeah, she just texted me actually. We have to be there I’m assuming… around late afternoon.”
“Well, I guess we should go to–”
You could both hear the front door open as she looked over her shoulder to see who was there. You stood up and walked slowly towards her house's corridors, when you noticed someone you hadn't expected to see. It was another Scarlett, but this one was drenched and had a bruise on the corner of her lips. You cover your mouth in surprise and stare intently at the woman's eyes.
“Y-Y/n? Is that really you?” her voice was thick, like a woman from another country, as she returned your stare with bright eyes - she even had Scarlett's eye color.
"How did you-" you paused for a moment, moving your eyes up and down to see if this was real. “A-Aren’t you Natasha Romanoff? You look exactly like my girlfriend!”
“Girlfriend?” she chuckled deeply, crossing her arms. “You have a girlfriend?”
"Yes," you nodded, as if certain Scarlett was your girlfriend. “I’m sorry, you just… look like that character she played.”
You hear your girlfriend's footsteps approaching you until you hear a faint gasp from her, noticing that she, too, is in shock. Scarlett put her hand on your shoulder and asked, "W-Who is this?"
“My name is Natasha Romanoff,” the alleged twin of Scarlett says in silence with a smug look on her face. “And you’re touching my girlfriend.”
“This has to be some sick joke,” your girlfriend replies with a loud snicker, clapping her hands together as she looks back at you. “Y/n, this has to be some cosplayer who broke into our house.”
“That’s what I do, I break into people’s houses. I am Natasha Romanoff, I don’t know who you are but you look exactly like me. Just don’t like that hair of yours, it’s gross.”
Scarlett shot back a glare and grumbled, “Excuse me? Did you just insult me in my own home?”
“You’re touching my girlfriend, so yes.” she shrugged.
You had no control over the situation, and you were as perplexed as hell. Who was this person? How did she gain access to your home? What could have caused Scarlett's character to come to life? This made you laugh on the inside, but you had to keep a straight face because you didn't want to start another fight.
“Who says Y/n is your girlfriend?!” Scarlett exclaimed with annoyance, wrapping her arm around your shoulder as she pulled your body into hers possessively. “You must be some sick fucking stalker, watching my girlfriend. Look, this might be a fun game for you, but you gotta stop this.”
Natasha sighed, dropping her hands to her thighs. “But she is my girlfriend! I don’t know how I got here, I just used the time travel that Bruce made and now I’m here, in New York.”
Scarlett stayed silent for a bit until she screamed, “This isn’t Marvel! You have to stop this!”
“Scar–”
“What is Marvel? Wait, are you talking about Carol?” she asked, who seemed aloof with the situation. You were starting to understand what was going on, but you couldn’t put your finger on it. Somehow, Natasha slipped into your universe with Scarlett, and now she is talking to her twin.
It was like a comedy for you.
"You have to stop touching my girlfriend," Natasha said threateningly, grabbing your wrist and pulling you closer to her. "I came here to save her, and you appear to be my nemesis."
Scarlett scoffed and grabbed your other wrist, attempting to pull you closer, but Natasha was stronger, and she was staring at your girlfriend with a dark glare in her eyes. You couldn’t lie, but this was slightly turning you on. There were two women fighting over you, and they look exactly the same. You had to hold your laugh.
“Guys, stop,” you begged, removing both of your wrists from their grasp as you stood back, biting your right inner cheek. “This has to be some funny dream, you know? Like Natasha, how are you sure that I’m your girlfriend? Maybe your girlfriend is in another universe, but not this one.”
“Don’t fall into her games Y/n, please.” Scarlett rolled her eyes, leaning against the staircase wall.
“I’m not, I’m just–”
“Steve told me you were here,” she said, her voice sumptuous. “And you look exactly like Y/n, so I know it’s you. Plus, you have the same fashion sense as hers. So stop lying to me and come back, kotenok.”
Your girlfriend snickered once again. “Detka? What does that even mean?”
"It means she's my baby, and she belongs to me!" Natasha slapped Scarlett's arm as she attempted to tackle her, but Scarlett pushed her torso away and held her neck, attempting to push her against the wall, but the redhead was strong, far stronger than your girlfriend. “She’s mine! I don’t care if you’re Natasha Romanoff, but she’s mine! So back off–”
"Scarlett, stop!" you yelled, yanking your girlfriend away from the poor redhead as you turned her face to look you in the eyes. “Come on, stop this. We have to help her get back from your universe–”
"Not until I get you out of here," she says. Natasha cuts you off, gently squeezing your hand into her palm. You find it endlessly romantic that she brings it to her lips as she kisses it. “Come with me, let’s go home. You know she’s just trying to manipulate you–”
"Oh, please!" Scarlett cried out, her hands in the air, like a child who had lost its mother. “You can’t be serious, right? Y/n is my girlfriend, I don’t know what you’re on but if you… you know, don’t get back to your universe then I might have to beat you up!”
"You couldn't even choke me a few minutes ago," the redhead murmured, a sly grin on her face. “So how could you ever possibly beat me up? I might do all the dirty work for you.”
"I-" you couldn't say anything as you watched them stare at each other, almost as if they wanted to hurt each other, but you couldn't let that happen. At the end of the day, it was going to be a disaster. “Can we just sit down and talk this out?”
"If we fight over you, then yes," Natasha said, her voice tense and her lower lip chewed. “I know I’ll win anyway.”
"Fine, I'm in," Scarlett said smugly, crossing her arms, which turns your body on even more. God, she looked hot like this. The blonde smirked and returned her gaze to her adversary. “You know she’ll fall into my arms at the end of the day.”
“Yeah sure,” she shrugged her shoulders. “I don’t think that’s ever gonna happen but, sure.”
Tumblr media
“Here,” you said kindly with a smile on your face as you offered Natasha some clothes that you had years ago. “I hope this guest room is cozy for you, what is New York like in your universe.”
“The weather there right now is dry,” she responded, her eyes never leaving yours. “But here, it’s cold.”
“It’s still the winter season, unfortunately.”
“Well, I guess that explains.”
You were about to leave when you heard her ask, “I know it’s you, Y/n. We had a fight in my universe and you left, I tried finding you for a month. I don’t know if you’ve forgotten our love but… I’m sure it’s still there.”
You sighed in defeat, knowing that Natasha was in the wrong on this one. You turned around slowly and shook your head, causing Natasha to falter her smile – which hurt you immensely.
“I don’t think I’m from your universe, Natasha,” you whispered, but she could still hear you from afar. “I don’t know if your girlfriend is dead or alive but, I’m most definitely not your Y/n.”
“Oh.”
“I’m sorry…”
“It’s okay,” she sniffed, rubbing her nose. You couldn’t help yourself but admire her masculine beauty with a mix of feminine because of her eyes and her mouth. If you have to admit, you find this Avenger attractive. “I’ll still get you, though.”
“H-Huh?”
“Your personalities are the same, and the way you both think are the same. Somehow, you are no indifferent from my Y/n. It’s going to be so easy for you to fall in love with me, just watch.”
“I don’t–”
“Y/n, it’s time for bed.” you turned over your shoulder to see Scarlett leaning against the doorframe, smiling at you wholeheartedly as she gives Natasha a quick glare – causing you to giggle softly.
“Coming, my love.”
“You’ll be calling me that someday,” Natasha said confidently, lying her head on the soft pillows. “And Scarlett, you have the nicest pillows. I’m very comfortable in my bed.”
“Whatever, Natasha.”

★ Happy Endings in the Avengers Compound ★
Tumblr media
paring: wanda maximoff x female reader
summary: Wanda is to afraid to make a move with you but what about when you get a date that isn't her?
warnings: literally nothing, it's just pure fluff, jealousy if that needs a warning? really shitty ending cuz i didn't know how to end it lol, a tiny bit ofcussing, terrible writing
a/n: I wrote this while I should've been taking notes in English cuz I was so boreddddd got this idea from a video my friend sent me that was all like, "girl whos obsessed with you does your makeup or something" cuz there's this girl in class who likes to do people's makeup and it was so fucking funny cuz she kept making comments I swear so yeah I just wanted to say that. enjoy :)
-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-
With a big grin, you harshly push open Wanda's bedroom door and squeal. “I got a date with this really pretty girl at the coffee shop!” Wanda's head snaps up from the book she's ready, and no amount of enthusiasm takes over her face. “A girl? what's her name, last name, date of birth, addresses, place of work, and hometown?” you chuckle, sitting criss cross on her bed and taking her cold hands in your warm ones. “Her name is Vanessa but I call her V, her last name is Tanner, birthday is March 23rd…I don't know what year, I don't know her address, she works at the hospital a few streets away, and I don't know where her hometown is.”
She takes a moment to think before questioning, “So you're going out with a woman you barely know? That doesn't sound safe honey.” You chuckle and nod. “I do know her! We spent like two hours talking in the café!” She looked back to her book and muttered, “Yet you still don't know how old she is.”
You giggle, and a sudden thought appears that makes you smile even brighter. “You should do my makeup! She's taking me out to dinner at a really fancy restaurant at seven.” Wanda frowns. You hate fancy restaurants. The last time Tony tried to take the team out to one, you stared at the menu with a disgusted look on your face the entire time. Wanda ended up taking you to a diner later that night, and the burger you had was much better than the snail food Tony made you try. Why are you going out with this girl if she didn’t even care enough to learn that?
Wanda rolls her eyes a bit. “Why would I do that?” She asks, and you smile. “Because you love me.” you say. and she mumbles something incoherent before looking at your face and sighing in defeat.
You cheer, launching yourself into her arms and letting your head rest against her chest. The corners of her lips tug up at your happiness, but they go back down when she remembers why.
“Come on butterfly.” She helps you up off the bed, leading you to her vanity and forcing you to sit on the chair. She grabs a bronzer stick, gently applying it to the middle of your cheeks, kind of on your cheekbone. She grabs a beauty blender and blends that in before grabbing a blush palette. Bucky walks into the room, laying down on Wanda's bed and beginning to talk about some guy he met at the park today. “And he’s such an attention seeker!” He ends with, and it’s silent until Wanda speaks quietly- clearly to you, “Just like that girl you’re seeing.” You scoff, and Bucky bursts out laughing as he looks between the two of you. “What's that supposed to mean? You haven’t even met them yet!” You say, and Wanda shots back, “And I don’t want to.” Bucky holds his stomach in laughter, and both you and Wanda turn to glare at him. The frown on your face is clear as you look at Wanda, and she sighs as she tells you, “I’m sorry okay Butterfly? I just…..I don’t know.” You miss the way Bucky smirks at the witch as he leaves the room quietly.
“I guess…..I just don’t like that she has you and I don’t.” This brings a small giggle out of you. “Of course you have me Wands! You’re my best friend!” You say, oblivious to the way she grimaces at the word “friend”. She sighs, and doesn’t say anything as you apply some eyeshadow and highlighter to your face. “There you go Butterfly.” You look at yourself in the mirror, grinning at the sight and then at her. You kiss her forehead in thanks. “Thank you Wands!” You say, beginning to run out of her bedroom to go search for an outfit to wear.
“Anytime darling.” She mumbles, releasing a heavy sigh and holding her head in her hands. Someone gently knocks on the door, and she wipes her tears away and says without turning around, “What’s up Butterfly?” A slightly deep and raspy voice speaks teasingly from her doorway, “I thought that nickname was reserved for your girlfriend?”
Wanda turns around, facing the redhead woman in the doorway and lets the tears fall. Natasha’s smile falls, and she instantly walks to Wanda and wraps her up in a hug. “She-she’s going out with someone else Nat! I’m too late!” Natasha knows about Wanda’s crush on you, as it was revealed after Wanda finally snapped at her after months of the ex-assassin teasing her about the way she looks at you. Natasha’s always been a very, go for it type person, so that’s the advice she had given Wanda the first time the younger girl asked for help asking you out. The witch practically laughed in her face.
“It’s okay kid……it’s okay.” Natasha tries her best to soothe her, but nothing seems to help as the tears continue to fall so she hesitantly pulls away and asks, “Do you love that girl Wanda?” The answer is obvious. “Yes….more than I love anything.” Wanda says. Natasha gently smiles. “Then you’re going to do what you should have done a long time ago. You’re going to buy her her favorite flowers,” Wanda nods along, sniffling a bit as she tries to build up her courage. “,you’ll put on some nice clothes instead of sweatpants and a hoodie,” she giggles and looks down at her comfortable clothes before nodding. “,and most importantly, you’re gonna do it today. Before she goes out on that date. I’m like 84.62 percent sure she likes you back so it’ll all be all right.” Wanda’s eyes go wide. She was expecting this to be more of a in a few weeks plan, but clearly Natasha had other thoughts. The redhead doesn’t give room for complaint though, as she simply gets up and walks out of the bedroom.
Wanda takes a deep breath, wiping her tears and glancing up at the clock on the wall. It’s currently 4pm, so that means there is 3 hours until your date with that bimbo.
Three hours for her to get a bouquet.
Three hours for her to figure out what she's even going to say.
Three hours for her to get her shit together.
Those three hours are spent with Bucky and Natasha, spending the first hour going to multiple stores in search of the perfect bouquet. It’s stupid really, the need to find the perfect bouquet but the older two just roll their eyes and stay silent.
The next hour is spent trying to figure out what to say, and both Natasha and Bucky could not stay serious as Wanda rehearsed on a pillow. That pillow was thrown at Natasha's head.
The last hour was an hour of panic, especially when you came in to say your date was 10 minutes away. This was her time. She walks through the hallway, finding you sitting on a couch in the living room. You changed clothes, and you look absolutely stunning. She stops walking for a second to admire you, but a giggle from behind her causes her to abruptly turn around. She sees Tony, Natasha, Bucky, Steve, and Thor all standing there with smiles.
Tony's is more of a smirk, but everyone else's is supportive as they give her silent thumbs up. She rolls her eyes at them being nosy and continues to walk closer to you.
Your focus is on your phone, but you look up with a bright smile when you notice Wanda's platform docs. “Hey Wands! What's up?” She swallows thickly, sweaty hands gripping the bouquet a bit tighter behind her back. “Wands? Why do you look so nervous?” You giggle, and she can't help but smile at the sound.
The group is still watching from the doorway, and Natasha rolls her eyes when Tony pulls out his phone and presses record.
Wanda reveals what she was hiding, and you immediately gasp at the sight of the beautiful flowers. “Well aren't you just a gentle woman my dear? These are beautiful Wands. Thank you.” She smiles as you bring them a bit closer to your nose and sniff them. “Not as beautiful as you.” She cringes, and you immediately burst out laughing. “That was sweet but it was definitely the cheesiest thing I've ever heard you say.” She nods.
Tony agrees quietly and Bucky hits the back of his head.
“So um….Butterfly.” You nod to acknowledge her. “I was- I was thinking recently and um…” Your phone begins to buzz, and you simply place it in your purse as you give her your full attention. “Well…” She takes a glance at the group who's still in the doorway, and they all send her encouraging smiles. It's then that you notice them, sending them all confused smiles before looking at Wanda again.
She's taking one last deep breath when Jarvis suddenly alerts the house. “There is a woman named Vanessa Tanner at the front gate, saying she's here to pick up her date.” Natasha and Bucky instantly panic, looking at each other before going back to Wanda.
As if those are the magic words, Wanda's eyes widen and she begins to ramble, “I really, really, really like you Butterfly and I know you may not feel the same way but Natasha and Bucky said you did and I figured that if there was a little bit of hope, I should try it.” A shocked look takes over your face. “It's totally fine if you don't feel the same way but I just couldn't let you go out with that bimbo named Vanessa if there was even a small chance you liked me….half as much as I do you.” She doesn't take her gaze off the floor, and she takes your silence as an answer as tears fill her eyes.
“Wanda. Look at me.” You demand, but she shakes her head no and continues to study the carpeted floor. “Wanda. Look…at…me.” She slowly looks at you, and the happiness in your eyes is enough to make her let out a small sigh of relief- not complete relief though.
“I wish you had told me this before I practically threw myself at a woman I barely know. Because I'd much rather you be the one picking me up for dinner than Vanessa.” You both giggle, and she hesitantly asks, “So...what does that mean for us?”
Natasha rolls her eyes and Tony shouts, “Ask her out you dumbass!” It's clear he's talking to the witch in front of you and she blushes red as she glares at him before turning back to you. “He's right. So, would you like to go out with me Butterfly?”
You take a moment to pretend you're thinking about it before asking playfully, “And what would we do on this date Miss Maximoff?” She hadn't really thought about it, so she takes a minute to do that before declaring, “I'd take you out to dinner, not a fancy restaurant with food you hate, but your favorite dinner a few streets away. And then I'd take you dancing to that place we went to for your birthday because you had a lot of fun there, and then I'd bring you back here and make you a homemade dessert. Your favorite.” You smile. “Then yes, I’d love to go out with you Wanda Maximoff.” You lean in a bit to kiss her cheek, and she blushes a bit.
Suddenly, cheering erupts and the sound of a confetti popper going off can be heard. “What the hell Tony?” Wanda asks, but both of you can’t help but chuckle. He grins. “This long lasting nightmare of having to be around you two’s sexual tension is finally over!” Natasha smacks his arms and questions, but it’s more like telling him what to say, “Don’t you mean, “I popped that confetti popper because I’m so happy two of my teammates have finally found happiness”?” He’s silent for a minute before he laughs loudly as says, “No. Not at all. I meant to say, this long lasting nightmare of having to be around you two’s sexual tension is finally over! Let’s party baby!” You giggle, but Wanda narrows her eyes, letting them glow red. Suddenly, the second unused confetti popper in Tony's hand flies up to be level with his face, and he mumbles, “Well shit” right before it goes off.
While he’s spitting out small pieces of paper from his mouth and trying to blow them out of his nose, the doorbell rings. “It is Vanessa Tanner.” Jarvis notifies, and you start to walk to the door with Wanda hot on your heels. “Where are you going?” She questions with a hint of sadness in her voice as she’s sure you're going to go on that date with Vanessa even after everything just happened.
“I’m going to go tell her it won’t work out.” You say casually, and the smile is right back on Wanda's face as she uses her powers to freeze you in place and run ahead of you. You simply laugh, calling out, “Wanda! Wanda!” She turns around for a second to look at you. “Be nice please?” She giggles. “It’s nice of you to think I can do that Butterfly.” She runs off to go probably harass Vanessa, and you're left frozen in the hallway with a small chuckle.
What Wanda doesn’t know is that you’d been waiting for that day even longer than she had. She’d always been it for you, ever since the first day she came to the compound. But over time, you slowly lost hope she felt the same way, and decided to just move on. If Wanda hadn’t done that sudden declaration of love, the future you two eventually have together would have never happened, and that's something you now think about daily.

Hey can I ask for a high school Natasha romanoff and jock reader.
Where Natasha's mom is the school coach and reader is the school star athlete. Everyone knows us as the charming all star ice hockey champ, but Natasha knows the real us. Just a shy girl who spends more time at Nat's house then her own. One night reader shows up at Natasha's window sill, asking to come in. Reader confesses that she has a crush on on Natasha, and Nat confesses she feels the same way. They end up falling asleep cuddled up on Natasha's bed. Then I thought it would be funny if nat stuffs reader in her closet when melina comes in to chat. When melina leaves she said to reader "feel free to use the front door next time, and that she's welcome for breakfast before they all head to school". Then just a really funny 'walk of shame' moment and Yelena finds it funny (Yelena's older)
Just a random thought. No pressure if you don't want to.

Really just shy
Highschool!Natasha romanoff x jock!hockeyplayer!fem!reader
Warnings: fluff
Natasha was lying in her bed on her laptop typing up a report for school until she heard thuds at her window. She ignored it and went back to work until she heard it again and again. Frustrated, she got up and walked over to the window to see y/n throwing pinecones at her window.
Natasha opened up her window and peeked her head out. “Y/n? What the fuck are you doing here. If you are here to see my mom she’s downst-“. She started to say but you interrupted her. “N-no! I came here to see y-you…c-can I come up?” You nervously said and Natasha smirked at you. “Sure yeah.” She said leaving the window opened for you. Luckily there was a tree by nats window so you climbed it and crawled into her bedroom.
Natasha’s smirk hasn’t left her face as she watched you get up off the floor. “Why did you want to see me y/l/n?” Nat said with an eyebrow raised on her perfect face. You cleared your throat and started playing with your hands which signaled to Natasha that you were nervous. She gently grabbed your hands in hers and gave you a reassuring smile.
“Hey…whatever it is you can tell me…”. She said with a warm tone. You nodded your head slowly and went over to her bed to sit on it. She followed behind you and sat beside you, putting her hand on your shoulder in a comforting manner. “I-I like you a-a lot n-nat…”. You shyly said as you looked at the floor, avoiding her gaze. You heard footsteps come close to you and you felt fingertips lift your head up to meet Natasha’s eyes boring into yours.
“Well it’s a good thing I like you too hm?” Natasha said with a playful smirk and a big smile appeared on your anxious face. “R-really? Oh my gosh! This is great! How about tomorrow after school I take you on a date?” You asked her a little bit more confident now. Natasha gives you a small reassuring smile before answering you. “I would love to y/n/n.” Your grin never left your face and for the rest of the night you and nat were on her bed talking and holding each other.
You didn’t realize you fell asleep until Natasha woke you up by shaking you violently. “N-nat?” You said groggily as you slowly sat up. Natasha looked at you with urgency and she pointed to the closet and you didn’t get it until you heard her mom’s voice coming closer and closer. You scurried out of the bed and Natasha shoved you into her closet just as Melina came in. “Good morning Natalia. Just up here making sure you are up and it seems like you are. Yelena is about to eat all of the breakfast so come down and hurry if you want any.” She said as she looks around the room.
“Okay I’ll be down in a minute mom.” Natasha said kinda out of breath as melina gave her a weird look. She went out the door but came back into the room looking at the closet. “Oh and y/n. feel free to use the front door next time, and you are welcome for breakfast anytime dear.” Melina said as she walked out the door. You stumbled out of the closet as Natasha gave you a shocked look that matched your expression. “How did she know?” You said confused and nat shook her head. “She always knows everything.” Natasha explained to you and you nodded, agreeing with her.
The two of you went downstairs for breakfast but saw that yelena ate it all. Natasha scolded her while you stood behind nat shyly. Yelena smirked a the two of you “you take good care of my sister you hear? Or I’ll gladly shove your hockey stick up your as-“. Yelena got cut off by Natasha slapping her upside her head. “Ouch! What the hell!” Yelena snapped and nat growled “don’t say that then!” Nat argued and she grabbed your hand as the two of you when to the front door, you hanging your head in shame.
Yelena whistles and laughs at the two of you as y’all walked out the door. “Just ignore her. You know how she gets.” Nat says as she holds your hand tightly as you walk to nats car. “Yeah yeah I know.” You chuckle as you get in the drivers seat and nat gets in the passengers side. You start the car and the two of you head off to school.
A/n: I hope this is what you wanted anon and I hope you enjoyed it! Hoped that everyone else enoyed it too! Remember to stay hydrated and to rest! I love y’all! :)

Killshot, Baby

Prompt: Inspired by This Song.
Nat fucking you with a gun. That's it. Porn w/o much plot.
Warnings: SMUT [MINORS AND MEN DNI] | Vague gun play, possessive Nat, strap on usage, I think that's it.
Word Count: 217

Natasha was a chaser, as much as she liked pretending otherwise. When she obsessed over someone, she chased them until she got what she wanted, and she always got what she wanted.
Sometimes it was difficult. Women didn't appreciate her dedication (for some reason), she thought. But you did. You very well did. Her good girl. She knew she could do whatever she wanted to you, and you'd take it like you were born for it. That's what she loved about you.
No other woman could compete against you. Her gorgeous, innocent, doll. All ready for her whenever she needed you.
Even when she came home carrying a gun, even when she threatened to use it right there and then. She knew you trusted her with her life, she would never use it. Wouldn't dare to mess up her pretty girl.
“That's it, baby girl.“ She whispered, the gun a mere background thought as she fucked you with your favourite strap. Railing you into the bed. Occasionally reminding you of the weapon by moving it to your clit, never touching it, just hovering near.
She valued hygiene, after all. God knows how many men she had killed with that hours before. No, she wanted you all messy, dirty, not fucking disgusting.
“You're all mine, kotenok. All mine.“
Tumblr media
First smut, I'm actually really proud of it even if it's short. Died maybe twice writing this because I am so down bad. <3
Also wrote this at midnight so I apologise if there's spelling mistakes. I am #sleepdeprived

Is It All For Nothing? | n romanoff

Summary: You just want a friend. Is that so bad? How is it fair that everyone else gets one but you. What did you do that was so wrong?
Warnings: idk. just depressing stuff ig

-⧗-
Frankly, being on the sidelines sucked. Everyone knew it yet no matter how many times someone engaged in small talk to be polite or proclaimed they were there to talk to everyone, somehow you were always left out.
It didn’t matter where you were, loneliness followed like a dormant disease. High school sucked, you were a nobody, but thankfully those years were in the past. But your fifteen year old self didn’t realise that your isolation would carry right on over into your adult life.
And sure, it wasn’t all bad. The nights spent chatting with new friends you’d made that day left you on an all time high, but that just made the fall that much harder. And when the low inevitably came, you could only laugh at yourself at your naivety, because why would things suddenly change? You weren’t someone people stuck around for.
Unfortunately, Shield agents were no different. Those in your cohort were nice enough to say hi in the hallway or invite you into group conversations. A couple even chatted with you over lunch. But you knew they only did it because they felt bad. You saw the difference in their demeanor; you were a spy for god’s sake. They were so much happier with their friends, and that didn’t include you, no matter how hard you tried to convince yourself it did.
There was one agent who’s attention toyed with you that little bit more. Natasha Romanoff was a couple of ranks higher, both in social and training status. But she was always kind, no matter what. You conversed whilst waiting for your training session, mainly her listening as you talked. She was sweet, despite her intimidating facade and before long she had you completely wrapped around your little finger.
For a month, you both chatted any chance you got. If you saw her in the cafeteria, you’d make a beeline for her table, smiling at the other agents as you sat down. She responded to you, her eyes holding yours as you spoke, seeming actually interested in what you had to say. She would joke with you, calling you out with a laugh which sent a flush to your cheeks. You didn’t care what she said, she was talking to you. That’s all that mattered. Maybe this was where your life changed for the better. Evenings that followed those days would be blissful and you would fall asleep with a smile on your face, feeling on top of the world all because of the redheaded Russian.
However, as the weeks went on, days would go by with no contact. At first you just thought she was going on more missions; that was her job after all. But then you’d see that flash of red hair in a meeting room or one of the agents talking about something Natasha had said earlier and it hit you sharply in the throat.
Was she just like everyone else? Playing the pity card, building you up only to leave you hanging once she got bored? Natasha didn’t seem like that kind of person, but had essentially placed her on a pedestal, so of course she could do no wrong. That was your downfall.
Emerging from a debrief with Maria Hill, you tucked a stack of files under your arm and stepped out into the hallway. And there she was, a soft smile on her lips. You reciprocated it and made eye contact, opening your mouth to speak. You hadn't spoken in a few days and you hated to admit it, but you missed her.
But Natasha clearly didn’t feel the same. Her eyes caught yours and then darted to the floor, her feet picking up the pace as she walked past. “I’m sorry Y/n, I’m busy today. We’ll talk later.”
Except she wasn’t busy. Because there she was, standing at the end of the hall laughing with another agent in your cohort. It shouldn’t have been, but it was like a punch to the stomach and you quickly turned around, retreating back into the room you’d left to avoid her seeing you watching her.
You knew that agent. They were friends, everyone saw it. And she was nice enough to you too, but jealousy coursed through your veins and turned you into a green eyed monster.
What did she have that you didn’t? Besides the ability to win Natasha over, obviously. Every single interaction you’d had with the redhead suddenly started replaying in your mind, frantically scanning to see what went wrong. Did you overstep? Were you too pushy? Too clingy? You just wanted a friend, was that so hard to understand? Was it so bad to want?
You thought about texting her, but decided against it. You didn’t want to know the answer. What if your worst fears were confirmed? That she only spoke to you out of pity, and quite frankly didn’t want anything to do with you.
It hurt. It really did. Countless times you wished that she was the one that would change your bad history of making friends. Because when you were around Natasha, nothing else mattered. The days of no contact slipped out of your mind. You’d forgive her for anything in a heartbeat… maybe that was the problem.
You thought the world of her. And she saw that. ‘Never meet your heroes’ that’s what they say, isn’t it? And maybe she wasn’t quite at hero status for you, but you looked up to her. Praising her work when she returned from a successful mission, commenting on the ingenious moves she made to lead her team to victory. She was everything you wanted to be as an agent, with one seriously important factor.
Everyone loved her.
Everyone loved her, and nobody knew you. She was the prize rose and you were behind, stuck in her shadow. They didn’t see you as anyone but the agent who sucked up to Natasha. They didn’t see how hard you worked, how many hours you trained, how much effort you put in. And they never would. Because it was too much. You were a try hard.
A try hard in a room full of effortless people.
Effortless just like that other agent was. She’d been rumoured to move up into Natasha’s ranks and onto her mission team, leaving you struggling in the lower levels. It felt almost childish, yearning after the attention of one single person. But no matter how hard you tried, or how casual you tried to be, Natasha would never see you as anything other than a fan girl.
You knew she was capable of giving you what you desired, you saw it with that other agent. The way they laughed together, developed inside jokes and anecdotal phrases that they brought up in group discussions. You saw the way Natasha’s eyes lit up at the mention of her name, how she gushed over her but also teased her at the same time. Their effortless banter had you choking back tears as you sat one table over, watching with blurry eyes.
You wanted that so badly it hurt.
But if you stopped trying, stopped reaching out, stopped lusting after the perfect friendship you so badly craved with her, would she notice? Or would you fade into the background, silently, without a word. Maybe she would be happy, now that you’re no longer bugging her.
Maybe it’s for the best.

Not so common Premiere Reveal
Plot: The rumor mill has been churning for weeks. What if Scarlett doesn't walk the red carpet alone shortly afterwards for the big "Jurassic World" premiere, but with someone the world has yet to see?
Warnings: none
Word count: 2,3k

The sky over Los Angeles was painted with hues of pink and orange as the sun set, casting a warm glow over the world premiere of 'Jurassic World: Dominion'. It was the biggest event of the year, a red-carpet spectacle drawing stars, fans, and media outlets from around the globe. The premiere had everything you’d expect: dinosaurs, Hollywood icons, and endless flashes of cameras. But tonight, there was one name on everyone’s lips, Scarlett Johansson.
For months, rumors had swirled about her personal life, only escalating after her year-long silence following her high-profile split from Colin Jost. Scarlett had famously guarded her privacy throughout her career, carefully choosing when and where she would appear in public.
Lately, however, the media had latched onto the mystery woman photographed with her. The paparazzi shots, taken from afar, showed the two in casual moments: dining together, walking through the park, and sharing soft, intimate glances. The internet had exploded with speculation, and fans worldwide had dissected every angle of the story. Yet Scarlett remained silent, fueling the mystery even further.
Now, at the premiere of one of the most anticipated movies of the year, the world waited to see if she would address the rumors. There had been no official statement from Scarlett, no interviews, no social media posts. The only thing people knew was that Scarlett Johansson was set to arrive on the red carpet tonight.
The atmosphere outside the theater was electric. Hundreds of fans lined the barricades, holding signs and chanting her name. Reporters from every major outlet stood ready with microphones and cameras, hoping for an exclusive scoop. Photographers jostled for position, desperate for the first shot of Scarlett as her limousine pulled up to the curb.
The door of the sleek black limo swung open, and there she was, Scarlett Johansson. She emerged with effortless grace, her long, shimmering black gown hugging her figure. The material sparkled as she moved, catching the lights of the paparazzi cameras, and her blonde hair was styled in loose waves, falling perfectly over her shoulders.
As soon as she stepped onto the red carpet, the crowd erupted into cheers and shouts. “Scarlett! Over here! Scarlett!”
But something was different tonight. Scarlett paused for a moment, scanning the crowd with a soft smile, before stepping aside slightly, her hand reaching back toward the limo. Another figure emerged, and this time, the gasps from the crowd were audible.
It was a beautiful and slightly younger girl, y/n.
You stepped out, looking stunning in an emerald-green gown that flowed elegantly as you moved. Your hair was pulled back into a sleek bun, your expression one of both awe and nerves. This was your first time in the spotlight, and the cameras immediately began clicking, capturing the moment the world had been waiting for.
Scarlett smiled at you, her hand slipping yours hers with a reassuring squeeze and suddenly, the rumors were confirmed. Scarlett Johansson wasn’t just attending the premiere tonight, she was making her relationship with you public for the first time.
As you walked side by side onto the red carpet, the world seemed to freeze for a moment. The flashes of cameras intensified, creating a wall of light that surrounded you. The noise was deafening. Fans screaming Scarlett’s name, photographers shouting for their attention, reporters trying to get in a quick question. But amidst the chaos, Scarlett remained calm, her hand never leaving yours.
“Stay close,” Scarlett whispered to you as you moved forward. She could feel the nervous energy radiating from you, but her presence was grounding. You looked over at Scarlett, offering a small appreciative smile. This wasn’t your world. You had spent most of your life away from the glare of fame, but tonight you were diving headfirst into it.
As you walked, Scarlett paused every few steps to wave to the fans, their cheers growing louder every time she acknowledged them. But it wasn’t just her they were cheering for. Scarlett was a beloved figure, adored for both her talent and her down-to-earth nature, but tonight the fans seemed just as excited to see you beside her.
The moment was already going viral. Social media was exploding with real-time reactions, pictures flooding Instagram and Twitter within seconds of you stepping onto the carpet. The hashtags #ScarlettandY/N, #ScarlettNewLove, and #ScarlettPremiere were trending worldwide.
You reached the center of the red carpet, where you were to pose for official photos. Scarlett turned to you, her eyes warm and reassuring. “You’re doing great,” she whispered. You nodded, trying to steady your breathing. You weren't used to this kind of attention, thousands of eyes watching you every move, every glance. But with Scarlett beside you, you felt grounded.
The cameras captured every moment, the way Scarlett kept a protective hand on your waist, how you exchanged soft, knowing glances, the slight but affectionate touches between you. You were nervous, but you also felt a quiet confidence in Scarlett’s presence, as if you could get through this as long as you two were together.
After the photos, Scarlett guided you toward the row of interviewers waiting for their chance to talk to the couple. Both of you were greeted by a reporter from 'Entertainment Tonight', her excitement barely contained.
“Scarlett! You look absolutely incredible tonight, as always. And y/n, welcome! It’s so great to see you both here.”
Scarlett smiled warmly, her hand never leaving yours. “Thank you. It’s good to be here,” you said, your voice steady despite the madness around you.
The reporter, clearly hoping to dig into the heart of the night, quickly moved on to the question everyone was dying to ask. “Scarlett, you’ve always been very private about your personal life, and yet here you are, at the premiere of one of the biggest movies of the year, with y/n. Can you tell us a little more about your relationship?”
Scarlett looked at you, a soft, affectionate smile playing on her lips. The crowd behind the barricades was silent, waiting with bated breath for her answer. “Yes, I can,” Scarlett said, her tone gentle but firm. “Y/n and I have been together for a while now. She’s... someone very special to me.”
You blushed at Scarlett’s words, your smile growing despite the attention. The reporter’s eyes gleamed with excitement, knowing she had just gotten the quote that would make headlines around the world.
“Y/n,” the reporter said, turning to you, “this must be overwhelming for you. How are you feeling, being here tonight in the spotlight?”
You glanced at Scarlett, a little unsure but clearly trying your best to navigate the newness of it all. “It’s... a lot,” you admitted with a soft laugh. “But Scarlett’s been really great. She’s been helping me through it.”
Scarlett smiled proudly, leaning in to kiss your temple, her affection so clear and unguarded. The cameras flashed wildly, capturing the tender moment between them. Fans on social media were already losing their minds, the images of Scarlett and y/n together spreading like wildfire.
They moved down the line of interviewers, answering questions about the movie, Scarlett’s role, and the technical aspects of 'Jurassic World'. But inevitably, the questions kept circling back to them as a couple. Each time Scarlett was asked about you, she answered with calm confidence, and her eyes always gleamed with affection.
“Scarlett, what made you decide to go public with your relationship tonight?” a reporter from 'Variety' asked, microphone poised.
Scarlett paused, her hand still on yours. “I’ve always valued my privacy,” she began, the weight of her words carefully measured, “and that hasn’t changed. But this, what you see here, is important to me. Y/n is important to me, and I wanted to share that, in my own way. We’ve been together for a while, and at some point, it felt... right not to hide it. We’re happy.”
Y/n looked over at Scarlett, her smile soft but full of emotion. The nerves she had felt earlier were melting away, replaced by a sense of belonging, belonging beside Scarlett, and being embraced by the world, even if in an unfamiliar and overwhelming way.
A follow-up question came almost instantly, this time from a reporter with 'E! News': "Y/n, how has this experience been for you? Being in the public eye like this?”
You hesitated briefly, clearly still adjusting to the media frenzy. “It’s... definitely new,” you admitted, laughing lightly, “but I have Scarlett by my side, so it feels... easier than it might otherwise.”
Scarlett’s hand squeezed yours gently, that soft touch anchoring you both in the chaos. There was something special about the way you two interacted, so natural, as if you had always belonged together. The media might have been focused on the two of you, but for Scarlett and y/n, they were only focused on each other.
The interviews continued, with more questions about the film, Scarlett’s portrayal of her character, and her future projects. But each time they tried to steer away from the personal, the audience could sense the undercurrent of interest, a curiosity about this new chapter in Scarlett's life. Every camera flash, every whispered comment, was about her relationship with you.
The energy on the red carpet was palpable. Fans outside continued chanting, hoping for a glimpse of the couple. Scarlett waved again, this time pulling your hand up so the crowd could see it clearly, you were here together, no hiding, no secrets. The crowd’s roar intensified, echoing around the street, and you felt a slight rush of adrenaline. You weren't used to the public adoration, but something about this moment felt incredibly freeing.
The two of you eventually made their way inside the theater, where the excitement of the night finally began to settle. Once you were away from the flashing lights and endless interviews, you let out a slow breath.
“Are you okay?” Scarlett asked softly, her thumb brushing your hand as you walked together through the foyer.
You smiled, leaning in closer. “I think I am,” you said with a soft laugh. “I just wasn’t expecting... all of that.”
Scarlett laughed, her voice warm and gentle. “You handled it like a pro,” she teased. “Honestly, I’m so proud of you.”
You found your seats, surrounded by the rest of the cast and crew, and you took a moment to appreciate the quiet intimacy of sitting beside Scarlett after such a public spectacle. You could feel the weight of the day start to lift as the film's opening scene began to play.
The roar of the dinosaurs on screen seemed to echo the roar of the outside world, but within the theater, it was as if Scarlett and you existed in your own private bubble. Scarlett’s hand rested on your knee beneath the armrest, a small but constant reminder of her presence. For you, this moment wasn't about the movie or the premiere, it was about being part of Scarlett’s life in a way you hadn’t before.
As the movie progressed, you stole glances at Scarlett, watching her reactions to key scenes. You admired Scarlett’s confidence, her strength, and the way she seemed to navigate the complexities of fame with such grace. But more than that, you admired her for how open she had been tonight, how unafraid she was to show the world exactly who she loved.
After the film ended, the audience erupted into applause, and Scarlett turned to you with a wide smile. “What did you think?”
You beamed, your eyes sparkling. “You were incredible,” you whispered back, leaning in to press a soft kiss to Scarlett’s cheek.
You lingered for a few more moments inside the theater, mingling with other celebrities and industry figures, but soon it was time to leave. The thought of facing the media again, even if briefly, caused a flicker of nerves in your chest, but Scarlett was right beside you.
As you stepped out onto the street, the flashing cameras began again, though this time they seemed less overwhelming. You held your head a little higher, your hand never leaving Scarlett’s. The premiere had been a whirlwind, but it had also been a defining moment for you two as a couple.
By the time you reached the limo, the media frenzy was still in full force. Scarlett paused just before stepping into the car, turning to face the cameras one last time. She glanced at you, her expression filled with nothing but love, and then turned back to the crowd, her voice strong but sincere as she said, “Thank you all for coming tonight.”
As the car door closed behind them, you let out a soft sigh of relief. Scarlett chuckled, reaching over to take your hand again. “We made it,” she teased.
You laughed, leaning into Scarlett’s side. “I can’t believe we did that.”
Scarlett’s eyes softened, and she brushed a strand of hair away from your face. “I’m so glad we did,” she murmured. “I’m glad everyone knows. I’m glad I can finally show the world how much you mean to me.”
Your heart fluttered at her words. “You’re not worried about what they’ll say?”
Scarlett shook her head, a small smile playing at her lips. “They’ll say what they want, like they always do. But at the end of the day, what matters is us. I’ve never been more certain of that.”
Your eyes welled with emotion as you nodded, feeling the truth of Scarlett’s words settle deep within you. “I love you,” you whispered softly, the words almost lost in the gentle hum of the limo.
Scarlett’s smile widened, her eyes sparkling with warmth. “I love you too,” she whispered back, leaning in to press a soft kiss to your lips.
The world outside was still buzzing with excitement, but inside that limo, it was just the two of you. It didn’t matter what the tabloids would write tomorrow, or how many photos would circulate on social media. All that mattered was this, the love you had, the bond you shared, and the fact that, from now on, you were facing it together, hand in hand.
And for the first time, you felt like you truly belonged.
Sooo that's my first Scarlett x reader fanfic!! I like it :)
Oh and I really love Colin and Scarlett together, i have nothing against him (despite the fact he stole my wife). But I love seeing her happy and being with a man who truly loves her. It just fitted the story!

Y/N'S POV
Me and Scarlett are secretly in a arrange marriage and we managed to keep it hidden from everyone.
It was no surprise that she felt nothing towards me but the cold treatment still hurts me sometimes, because this is not what I dreamt of and expect when I entered the married life.
You might say that I'm stupid but I fell in love with her already, it sucks but what can I do? Being married to her and living under the same roof for over 2 years, it's not impossible anymore.
To my surprise, I woke up first before her. Normally, when I open my eyes, she's already out of bed but not this time.
We might be in a arrange marriage and we— she maybe don't feel any love for me, but we still agreed to sleep on the same bed just like what married couples do.
I carefully climb out of bed and do my routine before heading downstairs and make breakfast.
Halfway through my cooking, I heard her footsteps coming down the stairs.
"Goodmorning, Y/N." She greeted with her morning raspy voice. "Goodmorning." I replied.
"How come you're awake already?" Scarlett asked. "This is what time I usually woke up, you're just really much of an early bird." I said putting the last pancake on the plate before putting it on the table.
"Hmm, you can cook." She said, stating the obvious.
"I do."
We start eating in silence, it wasn't uncomfortable anymore since it was everyday.
We eventually finish eating without much talking and just minding our own business. She took a shower in our room while I use the shower in our guest room. Once I'm done, I change into appropriate clothing, and head downstairs with my things I need.
"I'll see you at school." Scarlett said once she saw me walking down. "Sure." I shortly replied as she walked out of the door.
I made myself a food for lunch and made sure to check my things before leaving the house making sure to lock the door and walked towards the cab. ___
The drive wasn't really that long and before I even notice, the car stopped in front of my school.
I gave the driver my payment before exiting the car and walking directly to my classroom.
When I entered the room, frown instantly forms in my face and my bloods starting to boil.
I saw her flirting with one of the teachers. I know, I shouldn't be feeling like this but I can't stop. I let out a scoff before rolling my eyes and walking towards my seat.
After that seems like forever, the bitc— I mean the teacher finally left and she turned to face us and start her discussion.
I wasn't really paying attention, I don't know what is going on but seeing her flirt just makes me mad. I mean, come on, she's still married to me. I just let out a deep sigh and tried to forget about it, which is failed by the way.
"I want you all to get a partner for your project." I heard her say in a cold tone.
Everyone starts getting their own partners while I still haven't moved an inch when someone coughs beside me.
I look up and saw Gabriel, my suitor, standing there with a smile. For the record, I never entertained him. I'm loyal even though she's not.
"Hey, uhm, would you like to be my partner?" He shyly asked and I was about to say something when we heard a loud bang.
We look forward and there she is, looking at me with stern and cold look, "Sorry, accidentally dropped the book." Professor coldly said and I internally smirk before turning my gaze back to Gabriel. Two can play this game, Johansson.
"Yes, ofcourse! I would love to." I happily replied which made him smile and his face lightened.
Whatever his reply would be got instantly cut off when someone shouted and I know very well who it is.
"Okay! Seems like everyone's have a partner, the deadline will be on Friday and no extensions. That would be all for today, class dismissed." She said and gathered her things, "Oh, and by the way, Y/LN please come to my office after this. You forgot your clothes at my house last night." She casually said with innocent smile on her face while my jaw dropped.
Everyone is in shock too, and I saw her smirk before casually leaving the room like she didn't say anything.
What the fuck?
