For Kokomi, I've always headcanoned hyr as an intersex transfem woman who was amab but feels as if shy should've been afab / IDs as afab! There's no particular reason for it other than I really like Kokomi and I like projecting onto characters I like ^_^. I headcanon shi uses shy/hir and any sea / ocean related neo/xeno prns as well as feels as if hir gender is deeply intertwined with the sea and hydro as an element.

As for Fischl, she'd TOTALLY be a super popular mogai coiner on Tumblr. Definitely would coin things mainly to do with the moon, space, stars &&. cosmos as a whole + uncanny / derealization related things. I headcanon that they use she/he/it/they + bird ( crow / ravens specifically ), moon &&. otherworldly related neo/xeno prns. They'd definitely feel like their gender is heavily tied into his delusions / like it's affected by his delusions!
