Another reason why I think most fanfic authors don’t write bottom Pedri is because he’s always been so mature and cool, calm and collected on the pitch. They see how much control he has during a game and interpret too much into it 😭 But no, one thing twittter users and also haters at least get right is recognising that Pedri is an omega (they literally called him omega many times 😭 I thought I was hallucinating). Tbh, I tried to think of more explanations as to why ppl wouldn’t write Pedri as a bottom and I simply couldn’t come up with any? 🤔 Like it literally doesn’t make sense why there is no fandom-wide agreement that Pedri is a bottom (as anon perfectly worded it). No, sweetie, there weren't any bot accounts. Our fandom isn't necessarily known for hacking websites so our faves can win a magazine poll and using bot accounts to bloat the numbers for other things. But I know which fandom does have a history of doing both of those things. 😏🤭 The secret is fandom organization and knowing how the Twitter algorithm works. That's the secret. Then again, the so-called popularity of a certain duo doesn't actually exist and never did, so it was always a no-brainer. We had 3 previous trending events where we managed to get more than 1 million total tweets. Getting to 2 million tweets was always inevitable.
