I need to know. I NEED to know. Why americans act like a population of 40k is a "small" town where "everyone knows your business". The only way you are achieving business-knowing for that size population is if you've got a fucking twice daily gossip newsletter. Fucking victorian post delivery standards. Town criers and shit.
