Finding the perfect urls on tumblr is so hard! Almost every good one is taken here’s an example:

It took me eleven “s” at the end of “dream” to finally get the url. Most blogs that have the url aren’t even being used.

  But then there are people who save the urls. Some people save the url but give them out for free, but you have to credit them of course, which is ok. Whilst others make you pay, I understand when people make you give them 20 followers, but I don’t understand why they want you to credit them on your blog as well! You gave them the followers and now they want you them to credit them. Personally I feel that paying for urls, which the person got without having to gain any followers, just makes its seem like a scam.

  Here are some tips on finding the perfect url!

Put together some of your favourite words such as mine is luxe and naïve

Add a “-“in the middle, at the front or even in-between words

Think of items, objects, animals and even plants and combine them together with your favourite word

Spell the item or word differently or add and take away letters
