Aurelia needs to have faith in Sandor and not listen to Ruskin. I liked him in Beasts of Beauty, but at the moment, while I still have a soft spot for him, I am losing my mind wanting her to have faith in Sandor and believe his truths. Even though I get why she has doubts.

Vanya Gillian, The Dragonslayer. The last Ancient Dragonslayer in Arth, taught in the ways of Ashden by Aernos, an undead Dragonslayer and their leader. She wields a dragonslayer's axe infused with Ashden, the blue lightning that vaporizes the scales of even the more powerful dragons, this magic was granted to humans by the first Amazonian Goddess: Saurelia, who took pity in the humans who sought revenge against the dragons and granted them a means of killing dragons. But this magic was and still is horribly difficult to practice even for arch-wizards and high-sages, so because of that it was forgotten after the fall of the Dragonslayers, as only they managed to harness and control it for their uses. As a Dragonslayer, Vanya is very agile and strong but barely uses armor, she's also a half-dragon crossbreed and because of that she was born with half her body covered in scales, but to counter her draconic growth she was gifted with a enchanted eye patch that covers her right dragon eye and stops scales and fangs from forming in her body, but she must never remove it otherwise she'll become a dragon herself.
