In the Devi’s Supreme Cosmic Form, The Satyaloka is situated on the topmost of Her head;
The Sun and Moon are her eyes; The quarters of the sky are Her ears; The Vedas are Her words; The Universe is Her heart; The Earth is Her loins; The space between earth and sky is Her navel;
The constellations are Her Thighs; The Maharaloka is Her neck; The Janarloka is Her face; Indra and the Devas of the Svarloka are her arms;
Sound is the organ of Her ears; Fire is within her Face; Day and Night are Her wings; The mountains are Her bones; The rivers are Her veins, And the trees are the hairs of Her body.
Childhood, youth, and old age are Her finest modes; The two twilights are Her raiment;
And the Moon is the mind of the Mother of the Universe.
Devi Bhagavata Purana!

Cosmology A Universe with many worlds (a Multiverse) We see the world before our eyes, a world with its stars and galaxies and assume that this is the only world which exists. In reality, there also exist many occult worlds of varying gradations of consciousness which are invisible to our physical senses as well as our scientific instruments. A “world” in occult terminology is akin to an energy formation or a formation of consciousness, somewhat like a virtual world populated by beings of its own kind, where the laws of physics are more flexible and where the orders of Time and Space are unlike ours. Our dreams are transcriptions of travels and interactions in these occult worlds. After death, we cast off our physical body and withdraw into these occult worlds where we reside until the next incarnation. A Yogi who gains occult insight is able to see this vast structure of the Universe. It is precisely this vision which has been described in Chapter 11 of the Bhagavad Gita. Existence-Consciousness-Bliss (Sachchidananda) These three worlds are one in essence and are hence called triune. They embody the principles of Sat(Existence), Chit (Consciousness) and Ananda (Bliss). They are also referred to as the Satyaloka, Tapoloka and Janaloka. Supramental world Other names for the Supermind: Maharloka in the Vedas. Vijnana world in the Upanishads. rendered as Truth-Consciousness in English by Sri Aurobindo. The Supermind is the Creator of the phenomenal universe, of the lower worlds of Mind, Life and Matter. It is the medium for self-manifestation of the Supreme or Absolute. It applies some fixed truths, some limiting principles to shape the lower worlds out of an Infinite Consciousness. It creates multiplicity out of unity, differentiation and separation out of pure being. Three poises of the Supermind The Supermind has three poises which together result in the creation of Maya (Illusion) in the lower worlds: Comprehending consciousness(Vijnana) : It holds creation in Unity. This can also be described as the causal state (Karana Avastha) Apprehending consciousness(Prajnana) : The process of differentiation begins in this poise; it brings about the One in Many and the Many in One. There is separation between Purusha and Prakriti, subject and object, self and not-self but all are still parts of the one. This may also be called the state of expression (Karya Avastha ) Projecting consciousness (Avidya) : Further modification of the second poise so as to support evolution of a diversified individuality. Multiplicity in creation is now fully expressed. This may be called the state of full manifestation (Purna Vyakta Avastha)

There is no rebirth after going to Satlok
In Gita Chapter 18 Verse 62, the Giver of Gita Knowledge has said:
Take, refuge, in, Him, with, all, your, heart, India,
By, His, grace, you, will, attain, the, place, of, supreme, peace, eternal.
Meaning: "O India! Take refuge in that God, the Supreme Letter Brahman, with all your heart, and by His grace you will attain supreme peace and (shasvatam sthanam) the eternal supreme abode, the indestructible world (Satyaloka). where there is no suffering of rebirth.

The Cosmic Ladder: Navigating the Realms of Hindu Cosmology
Introduction on Cosmic Ladder:
In the vast tapestry of Hindu cosmology, the universe is not confined to a single plane but is a multi-tiered structure comprising various realms. These realms, from the earthly Bhuloka to the celestial Satyaloka and the depths of Patala, form a rich and intricate framework that transcends the material world. In this article, we embark on a cosmic journey through the realms of the universe, exploring their significance, spiritual connections, and insights from original Hindu texts. Bhuloka: The Realm of Mortals: Bhuloka is our earthly realm, where humans reside and experience the physical world. It is a realm of both materiality and spiritual potential. Here, individuals undergo the cycle of birth and death, shaped by their karma and dharma. Bhuvarloka: The Intermediate Space: Bhuvarloka is an intermediary realm, positioned between Earth and higher celestial realms. It is a region where the subtle and the material converge, serving as a transitional zone for souls journeying between planes. Svarloka (Swarga): The Celestial Abode: Svarloka, often referred to as Swarga, is the heavenly realm, inhabited by gods and celestial beings. It is a realm of divine splendor, where righteous souls enjoy the fruits of their virtuous actions. Maharloka: The Abode of Sages: Maharloka is a higher plane often associated with great sages and ascetics. It is a realm of profound spiritual wisdom, where beings of elevated consciousness reside. Janaloka: The Domain of Divine Seers: Janaloka is inhabited by divine beings and wise seers who have attained spiritual insight and enlightenment. It is a realm of profound knowledge and divine grace. Tapoloka: The Realm of Intense Meditation: Tapoloka is a realm where intense meditation and spiritual asceticism are practiced. It is a plane of deep contemplation and inner transformation. Satyaloka: The Highest Celestial Realm: Satyaloka is the highest of the celestial realms, serving as the abode of Lord Brahma, the creator of the universe. It is a realm of supreme truth and divine wisdom.

Atala: The Lower Negative Plane: Atala is a lower plane associated with negative energies. It is a realm where material desires and egoic tendencies dominate. Vitala: The Abode of Demons: Vitala is inhabited by demons and serpent beings. It is a realm characterized by darkness and malevolent forces. Sutala: The Benevolent Demon's Kingdom: Sutala is ruled by the benevolent demon king Bali. It is a realm where righteousness and devotion are upheld, even in the face of challenges. Talatala: Supernatural Beings and Wealth: Talatala is inhabited by supernatural beings and is often associated with material wealth and opulence. Rasatala: Home to Fierce Forces: Rasatala is the dwelling place of fierce serpents and powerful demons. It is a realm of formidable challenges. Mahatala: The Domain of Power: Mahatala is inhabited by powerful demons and entities. It is a realm of raw power and ambition. Patala: The Abyss of Darkness: Patala represents the lowest plane, associated with darkness, suffering, and ignorance. It is a realm where the struggle for liberation is most intense. Spiritual Connections and Insights: These cosmic realms are not merely geographical locations but symbolic representations of the inner journey of the soul. They reflect the ascent from the material world (Bhuloka) to the realms of higher consciousness and spiritual realization. The pursuit of liberation (moksha) involves transcending the lower planes and attaining the divine realms of wisdom and truth. Conclusion: The Cosmic Ladder of Realms: Hindu cosmology provides a profound framework for understanding the universe and the soul's journey within it. These realms are not distant places but aspects of consciousness and spiritual evolution. As we explore these realms, we discover a map of existence that extends far beyond the physical world, guiding us on a timeless quest for self-realization and spiritual ascent. Read the full article

Antariskshalokc (o mundo astral); 3. Svarloka (Devakhan, o céu); 4. Maharloka (o mundo das almas elevadas); 5. Janaloka; 6. Tapasloka; 7. Satyaloka. Estes três últimos chamam-se Brahmalokas, mundos Divinos. O sétimo é o mundo da Realidade, Verdade Absoluta (satya verdade). 🔹(2) Um Maha-yuga dura 4.320.000 anos solares. Bhagavad Gîtâ Capítulo 8

"The Maxim." From the Narada Parivrajaka Upanishad, the "Exploration of the Mysteries of the Wandering Sugar Cane Root."
Tumblr media
After a dose of stark reality, Narada recommends transformation:
V-22. The renouncer in an emergency and the Kutichaka ascetic attain the worlds of Bhur and Bhuvar "The earth and thy sky" respectively. The Bahudaka ascetic attains heaven (Svarga). The Hamsa sage attains the (highest heaven of) Tapoloka "the ascetic". The Paramahamsa reaches the abode of Brahma and of Truth (Satyaloka). The Turiyatita and the Avadhuta attain final beatitude in the (individual) Self by deeply meditating on the Self according to the maxim of the wasp and the worm.
Law and order are like the parable of the insect and the wasp. The goal of the ascetic is to teach society, the prey of either the criminal or the beneficiary of the law, depending on the quality of its meditations to fear the right things. We must learn how to learn from all the skeletons that are littering our path and meditate on the Lord instead of all this carnage.

this is a pinned post i guess
Welcome to my blog!
My name is Liadan or Lee, but I'll respond to various shortenings of the urls I've had over the years, so don't feel fussed to change how you think of me in your head if that's the case. I'm in my mid-20s and have been on this hellsite since 2016. I use either they/them or xe/xem pronouns and am a trans, bigender, ace butch, happily engaged to my qpp @ipreferfiction. I am proship, anti-censorship, and not afraid to use the block button if you start causing me problems.
I don't have sideblogs so all content I find interesting or relevant will be here on this blog. Ask to tag if there's something you'd like to filter out - I can't guarantee I'll remember it, but I do my best. All politics go under #politics. Big current events will usually go under #current events if I remember. I try to tag fandoms but that doesn't always particularly work. My personal textpost tag is #ramblings. For things I create, look under #my edits (screenshots/virtual photography), #my writing (snippets and whatnot), and #my fic (full-length fic posts or links). My ask tag is #asked and answered; my tag game tag is #things i'm tagged in; any ask games I reblog will be tagged with #ask me thiiings. Ultimately, this is my own personal space; I will do my best to adjust for other people's comfort but I won't completely put myself into a box for it.
If we're mutuals, I will politely ask you to tag posts with bug pictures/etc in them with #bug - I have a bug phobia and while I do my best to curate on my own, sometimes i still get images on my dash and that's definitely not the most enjoyable thing.
My current main fandom is a mix of TES and ffxiv, but there will be occasional posting about star wars (especially swtor and kotor), dragon age (especially with the new game coming out), mass effect, and other various things I find interesting. I have ocs in most of the above fandoms, and tag them all as #oc: [name here]! Just in case you'd like to go looking for them.
There will be Lalafell/Non-Lalafell shipping on this blog. If that bothers you, unfollow me/block me/hit the back arrow now. I will not tolerate harassment for it. This is your only warning.
FFXIV OC Directory
Links will be added here as I write actual posts for these guys! First name is their current incarnation as of the Seventh Astral Era, second is their original, Unsundered, ancient self. Any in-between reincarnations will be in bulleted lists beneath the main headings.
Lelesu Lesu // Seleukos (MAIN)
G'lyhhia Heleh (Third Astral Era)
Seika Valeriant // Psyche
M'neila // Nemesis
Asteria
Surya // Satyaloka
TES OC Directory
Same as the above, I'll add in links if/when I write bios for these guys.
Alia Silmane: Half-Nord, half-Bosmer Eternal Champion and semi-secret lover of Emperor Uriel Septim. Twin sister to Ria Silmane. Jagar Tharn's apprentice. Later joins the Blades. [lore pending]
Sirisare / Nerevar: an Altmer born on a certain day to uncertain parents. Nerevarine. Spares Dagoth Ur and goes into hiding with the Urshilaku for a couple centuries, only to reemerge during the skyrim timeline.
Sorona Vausier: Breton. A battlemage with the Imperial Legion before her imprisonment and subsequent induction into the Blades. Hero of Kvatch and Champion of Cyrodiil who breaks time to save Martin's life, and later marries him.
Ualli [surname pending]: an Ashlander from the Zainab clan who flees his home rather than go through with his arranged marriage. Inducted into the Dark Brotherhood a few years after arriving in Cyrodiil, where he falls in love with Lucien and struggles to contain his sadistic side. Becomes Sheogorath.
Alessia Septim: the half-Altmer teenage heir to the Imperial throne and sole survivor of the Thalmor's takeover, escorted into Skyrim to go into hiding until she can act. She disagrees with this course of action and runs away, catapulting her into the forefront of Skyrim's history. Adopted by Nerevar.
Hrafn [surname pending]: A Nord teenager raised in the Dark Brotherhood who one day slays a dragon and discovers their soul isn't what they thought. Taken in by Ulfric as a figurehead/puppet after the destruction of the Skyrim Sanctuary and propped up as a contender for the throne. In love with Alessia, and resents her.
Diirthru Hlaalu: an old Dunmer who has been a member of the Blades since before the Tribunal was cast down, whose long experience has led to him being promoted to Grandmaster. Tasked with keeping Alessia alive and safe. Mostly has a headache.
Fic Directory
I use various pseuds on AO3 to separate by fandom. That said...
FFXIV fics:
your boldness stands alone among the wreck (series): Catch-all series for everything related to Lelesu's and Corrain's shared universe. Childhood friends Helios and Seleukos rise to prominence in their society, building a home for themselves, only to watch it all come crashing down during worldwide calamity. Lelesu and Corrain, both chosen by Hydaelyn, struggle to navigate the life of a hero among personal griefs, world-ending threats, far too many politics, thirteen-thousand-year-old pasts returning to haunt them...and the trials and tribulations of crushes.
in the shadow of the sun (series): Broken by grief inflicted during the Final Days and tempered to Zodiark besides, Azem - an Unsundered Ascian - discovers the fragmented soul of their lost best friend in Corrain, the Warrior of Light. Unable to stay away from him, Azem slowly learns how to live again among the loss, and how to look to the future instead of stay mired in a nostalgia- and pain-tinted view of the past that never truly existed.
Both the above series are cowritten with @sunderedazem, and Corrain and Helios belong to him.
All Star Wars fics can be found here
MDZS/The Untamed
The Elder Scrolls fics:
alea iacta est (series): The tale of Sorona Vausier, Hero of Kvatch and Champion of Cyrodiil, as she navigates the crushing weight of Fate and tries to save her Empire...and then her Emperor. A story of love, loss, and loyalty, and of becoming.
[more to come]
