It was chilly and that apparently meant a lot of runners stayed in bed this morning rather than coming out for the #saturdaybaserun at #lifetimefairfax. But whether it’s one or 21, the show must go on, so out I went for easy trails at #danielsrunpark. Despite the 25° chill it was actually quite nice out. After a hard workout last night and work travel earlier this week, I badly needed some easy #recoveryrun miles and I got that, working the park’s single track trails that are off the main wide gravel path.
