relationship with satoru.
request: this may seem random, but,, may i ask something with satoru fujinuma from erased? like relationship headcanons with a s/o that loves writing? hope it’s not too weird, tysm and i love your work <333
# tags: headcanon; current relationship; writer!y/n; soft romance; fluff; mild comedy; cute stuff; sfw
includes: gender neutral reader ft. satoru fujinuma {erased}
author’s note: oh god!! i’m so glad to write about ‘erased’ and satoru, i love that anime and him soooo much! thank you :(
↘ Satoru and you are in a really serious and long relationship at the moment; I think that only such relations interest him – full of trust, love and time spent together.
↘ Black-haired will definitely be the first to think about living together, and then about getting married and starting a family (if of course you want to have your own or adopted child, if not that’s okay! A dog, cat or other cute animal can be your little one too!).
↘ I see him as a gentle, patient and helpful lover; someone who will support all your choices as long as they don’t seem dangerous.
↘ For example: you want to choose a horror movie over the comedy he has chosen? Cool, no problem, just do it. However, you want to do a parachute or bungee jump? Umm... Well. I think Satoru will offer you something safer like going to an amusement park or something even more down-to-earth like a date at a playground and reminiscing about your elementary or high school years.
↘ He loves to cook and bake with you; he has fond memories of his mum cooking him burgers or making bento for school. Between us, he thinks some of your dishes are the best things in the world!
↘ By the way, about his sweet mom...
↘ Sachiko LOVES you. She recognizes you as her second child and has given you both her blessing long ago. She’s always so happy when you visit her with her son (or alone), often having a little gift for her in the form of handmade cookies or a pendant that always match her style or dark-blue eyes.
↘ As I mentioned above, Satoru always supports you, so the fact that you are a writer by passion and profession gives him another reason to leave you a smol note on the fridge in the morning with the words for good luck and a nicely prepared breakfast (he learned this, naturally, from his mother).
↘ Satoru also likes to read and your stories are one of his favorites. Plus, you don’t trust anyone more to proofread your chapters or ideas than him. He always has some good advice for you to make your book better than you originally planned.
↘ In your works, you always mention him at the beginning as your muse and a person who supports you in the most difficult moments of life (including times when you were unable to write/think).
↘ Every time you give him one copy of your new title with your own autograph and a private, love message in which you thank him for everything he has done for you. He keeps all these books in the bookcase in the living room next to the big armchair and couch.
↘ His mom gets a copy of your volume because she’s a fan of you too. AAAA, I love her.
↘ Your man’s friends think you fit perfectly together; Kayo seems the happiest with the fact that her male friend found the love of his life. On the other hand, Kenya always asks how are you when he and your boyfriend go out for a beer.
↘ I think Satoru is a big spoon, but it’s also okay for him to cuddle up to your stomach to feel this pleasant warmth and sense of safeness. The past is still fresh to him after all, and the man is really glad to have someone like you.
↘ Hmmm. I also think you got ‘chill nights’ every Saturday; you order your favorite food, play games on the console or just lie on the couch in silence (or with your playlist in the background) and occasionally discuss about things that aren’t your jobs or sad moments.
↘ I’m also pretty sure you often take a bath (with candles) or a long shower together to relax. It’s not sexual, you just love to feel your closeness, and small talks in warm water are the best talks for a glass of wine or ice-cooled juice.
↘ You personally like skin care topics, so you often do facials or peelings. Satoru appreciates it a lot, especially after a hard week’s work in the pizzeria.
↘ He definitely loves your anniversary days or your birthdays, but that’s a idea for a different headcanon. However, in describing it in one sentence, I can say that he loves to spoils you. You him too, so don’t let this guy think he’s less important or whatever... Literally, when the dark-haired has a birthday, you take care of him like of a prince.
↘ To sum up: he’s the best person you could have ever met and you are happy to have lover like him by your side.
↘ Also... He doesn’t know this yet, but for the next anniversary, for the next anniversary you plan to give him a book that will come out in only one copy in the world and I think we all know what this literary work will be about; it will be very romantic, private. It’ll be about you two and about how much you love him.
↘ So you can’t wait for his reaction!

☆ Satoru Fujinuma x Gaku Yashiro ☆ ONESHOT
Kissy Kissy
-
-
September 11, 2:03 a.m
-
"Believing in someone." That's a weird phrase, isn't it?
"..."
"I believed you."
"I believed YOU."
Satoru hung up the phone trying resist the urge to throw the very phone at the wall, instead full of anger he throws the phone at the pillows on the bed.
"What a jackass"
Satoru sat down on his bed putting his hands on his face letting out a short sigh.
"Whatever, I'm going back to sleep"
He layed himself down on his back pulling the blankets up to him. He closed his eyes counting up as far as he can to help himself fall asleep faster, which never worked but he had heard about it from some post online a while back.
Satoru finally started falling asleep when he heard a slight knocking at his door.
"Satoru?"
"Satoru? I practically ran over here... Open the door."
That voice.
That very voice that stabbed me in my back once again.
"Yashiro", That asshole, why would he think coming here would make me feel any better.
Satoru ignored the gentle knocking at the door trying to go to sleep, but Yashiro just wasn't giving up.
"Satoru, open the door I know your awake."
Just stay quiet , and go to sleep. Satoru thought , "He'll go away, he'll get tired and leave." Satoru whispered to himself, then turning over to his side to help himself sleep.
"Satoru"
"Satoru"
"Satoru Fujinuma, open the door"
Satoru turned back over to his back and sat himself up, he slid his slippers on and walked over to the door to look out the peephole to be faced with Gaku Yashiro still standing out there. He had seemed as if he had ran over here.
Satoru opens the door slowly, when Yashiro slams the door open practically tackling Satoru to the floor giving him a hug.
"I'm so sorry"
"..."
Satoru layed there in silence, trying to avoid eye contact with Yashiro.
"You suck" Satoru looked at Yashiro, almost as if he was staring into his soul. Satoru grabbed Yashiros face, squishing it making him look almost like a fish. When out of nowhere Satoru slapped the living shit out of him with no hesitation.
"That's for fucking with me asshole."

Due to coronavirus whole has been in lockdown and it is also important for your maintain Social-Distance . So, Guys i know many of are getting bore in this lockdown but don't worry . Today we came here with our another list "Top 5 anime series to watch in lockdown ".
1. Fullmetal alchemist : Brotherhood
Imdb : 9.1/10
Myanimelist.net : 9.2/10
Crunchroll : 4.1/5
Total Episode : 64 ( 2 Season )
Language : Japanese and English
Review :
Well, Where to begin? The characters are for the foremost part practically all consummately executed, and there are plenty . From our fundamental character of Ed and Alphonse, to Roy Mustang and Maes Hughes, Hoenheim, Scar, Solf J., Ling, and therefore the Seven Deadly Sins, and people are only the principle MAIN characters. the way during which just about each and each significant character has an all around created bend and dynamic with the rest of the cast, it's essentially stunning. I never I figured I could believe such an outsized number of characters from one show; there was never a personality I despised as a terrible character, however there have been tons of characters that I wanted to detest. The soundtrack is totally dynamite, in spite of the very fact that i will be able to say that some of the symphonic melodies are utilized excessively frequently. Be that because it may, what they need is astounding. Likewise, this show is one reason I became hopelessly enamored with Japanese music, or if nothing else the groups highlighted within the openings. The liveliness is never uninteresting, and that i love the hand painted look of the foundations. The battle scenes, particularly towards the top , are astonishing to observe , and some of my top picks ever.

Review :
One of the simplest animes of all time little question .The way the story is proclaimed and the way it makes your undergo a journey is basically great. If you begin you only can't wait to finish the series every episode ends with making you would like to return for more.
The story causes you to pity the most protagonist light yagami albeit you recognize his motives aren't right. The way light executes his plan from the start from when he first gets the death note till his demise is beautifully crafted.
Light had a perfect plan defeating his biggest rival L after which he thought he won but didn't know that he just started a war with the successors of L and by making one mistake he lost whatever he did and his idea of an ideal world gone with nobody to assist him at the top . Lights death signifies that again whenever someone is trying to act as God history isn't good to him during this case the shinigami warned that if anyone uses the death note their life would be of sorrow and that they will die unhappy and can neither attend heaven nor hell.

Satoru Fujinuma may be a young manga artist struggling to form a reputation for himself following his debut. But, that wasn't the sole thing in his life that Satoru was feeling frustrated about…he was also living with a wierd condition only he was ready to experience. - REVIVAL a wierd phenomenon where one is transferred back to the instant right before something life-threatening occurs. This continues to happen until the explanation for the threat is erased. it's as if somebody is forcing Satoru to prevent it from happening.

5. One Punch Man
IMDB : 8.7/10

Total Episode : 24 (2 Season )

Review :
The seemingly ordinary and unimpressive Saitama features a rather unique hobby: being a hero. so as to pursue his childhood dream, he trained relentlessly for 3 years—and lost all of his hair within the process. Now, Saitama is incredibly powerful, such a lot in order that no enemy is in a position to defeat him in battle. In fact, all it takes to defeat evildoers with only one punch has led to an unexpected problem—he is not any longer ready to enjoy the joys of battling and has become quite bored. This all changes with the arrival of Genos, a 19-year-old cyborg, who wishes to be Saitama's disciple after seeing what he's capable of. Genos proposes that the 2 join the Hero Association so as to become certified heroes which will be recognized for his or her positive contributions to society, and Saitama, shocked that nobody knows who he's , quickly agrees. And thus begins the story of 1 Punch Man, an action-comedy that follows an eccentric individual who longs to fight strong enemies which will hopefully give him the thrill he once felt and just maybe, he'll become popular within the process.

Boku Dake ga Inai Machi--REVIEW
Title: Boku Dake ga Inai Machi (ERASED) Length: 12 episodes Premiered: Winter 2016 Production Studio: A-1 Pictures Rating: R/NC17+
Summary: Satoru Fujinuma is a normal (struggling) manga artist and pizza delivery man with an extraordinary ability he calls “Revival”. He jumps at most five minutes back in time whenever tragedy around him strikes, and do his his naturally good nature, does his best to prevent them! When someone dear to him is killed, he somehow jumps back fifteen years, back to his fifth year of elementary, which is when his classmate, the mysterious Kayo Hinazuki, was murdered. He decides to help change the future and make sure Kayo stays alive.
Due to spoilers, my !personal! review will be under the ‘keep reading’
This anime wasn’t bad. It has been on my to-watch list ever since its premiere, and thanks to my being in an anime club, I’ve finally gotten a chance to watch it. I thought I would pace myself with the twelve episodes, seeing as I had about three days to complete it, but ended up going through the whole six hours with minimal breaks.
Another worry was its studio, A-1 Pictures, which I’ve had negative experiences with. For some reason, the shows I’ve watched from A-1 either are poorly adapted from source material (an entire season of Kuroshitsuji with terrible original characters to back me up) or they take on horrible series from the get-go (Sword Art Online, I’m looking at you).
Now for the actual review:
Characters: 8/10 The characters were very well written, in my opinion. Because Satoru was thrown back in time fifteen years, it was perfectly alright for him to have his adult thoughts while in his eleven-year-old body. The classmates were written nicely, and Satoru’s mother was superb. Even his co-workers were fine. However I feel as though Yashiro, or the teacher, was written too obviously. I knew he was the killer from maybe his second appearance, but that’s only because I’m a veteran and I knew a teacher wouldn’t have a prominent role in a drama-mystery series about murders and kidnappers. Admittedly, there were times where I thought maybe Kayo’s mother committed Kayo’s murder, but that died down when I found out Hiromi was also a victim. Also, for a negative tick, Kenya was too much of a smartass for me, being as he is only eleven throughout most of the series. That kid simply knew too much.
Art: 7/10 One reason I dislike A-1 Pictures is because a lot of times their shows end up suffering from ‘same-face syndrome’, and I feel like that happened here in some cases. I had to remind myself time and time again that Kayo’s mother and Sachiko (Satoru’s mother) were two different characters because their faces looked identical. I also for a long time thought that Satoru’s boss was one of his childhood friends, only because they looked similar. As for backgrounds, because this is based off of real areas of Japan, the localizational art isn’t bad. It’s accurate, and moreso during the time skip to 1988. One of my favorite shots is the repeated camera rolls. I don’t know why, but it’s mesmerizing.
Sound: 8/10 I honestly didn’t know that Asian Kung-Fu Generation still made music, as I remember listening to “Rewrite” from Fullmetal Alchemist back in 2003, but this opening “Re:Re” was amazing. I tend to skip anime openings to get on with the story, but I couldn’t do it. I only watched/listened to the ending once, (this is worse to say since I can’t remember what it’s called) and that’s simply because I was engrossed with the plot. But I do remember that it was a very beautiful song. The OSTs did a phenomenal job capturing the suspense and melancholy this show produced. The voices were excellent, even if Satoru and Kayo’s purposeful monotone voices irked me at times.
Story/Pacing: 7/10 A time skip is going to be obvious when dealing with a character that can time travel, so I will be overlooking anything dealing with that. When Satoru is a child, the narrative literally gives you the dates which things happen: Satoru and Kayo’s birthday is on March 2nd, and throughout the show, that fact doesn’t change or becomes ambiguous. In fact, we’re reminded over and over again that X-Day, or Kayo’s original day of death, was the night before her birthday, or March 1st. Keeping track of the dates like this is a very good way to slow down the storytelling process and keep the audience interested. The same cannot be said at the end of the series, after Satoru’s fifteen-year coma. From what I’ve read, the story is split into two arcs: the first being the entirety of Satoru’s jumps back into his childhood, up to the point where it is absolutely sure that none of the three targeted children died, and then the post-coma arc. The latter of the two lasted maybe, what, three episodes at best? Satoru woke up from his coma, ran into Yashiro again, and then helped put Yashiro behind bars. It’s rushed beyond belief, and that’s probably why it gets a lot of negative reviews, because the ending just wasn’t as exciting as the first half of the series. One downfall from the narrative is Satoru’s “Revival”, which is never explained. We never learn how it came to be, why only he has it in this universe, or why he is suddenly unable to use it at the end of the series. I feel as though this is just a plot point stuck onto Satoru’s already blunt and boring character, to make him stand out. I haven’t read too far into the manga, therefor I have no idea if it explains it there, but knowing about this ability would have made me a little happier.
Entertainment: 9/10 I could not put my laptop away unless it was to use the bathroom. I was immersed in this series from start to finish, even if I was falling off the track at the end due to the drop in story quality. It’s a murder-mystery that keeps you at the edge of your seat in a different way from all the rest, mainly due to its time travel and having children be the main characters for most of the story.
Overall: 7/10, specifially, 7.8/10 I would not mind watching this again. It kept me at the edge of my seat, entertained beyond belief, and itching to know if I was right about Yashiro being the killer from the moment I thought it was him. I greatly recommend this series, it’s not the best out there, but it’s most certainly a must-watch.

Rules: Answer the 20 questions and tag 20 amazing followers you would like to get to know better.
Name: Harmony Nicknames: Harmz, Hamony, Harmzony, Harmonica Solo, Hermione Zodiac sign: Scorpio Height: Approximately 5 feet, 3 inches Orientation: Bisexual af Ethnicity: NZ European sums it up best but I’m descended from a Maori chief and my Grandad is Hungarian (he came to NZ as a refugee), and my mum’s a mixture of all parts of the UK, so... it’s a bit of a clusterfuck. I don’t mind though. Lots of beautiful cultures to immerse myself in, whether it‘s Hungarian food, or a music-filled family reunion with my Maori relatives Favorite fruit: My favourite fruit to eat on its own is definitely strawberry, but I’m a sucker for anything even vaguely mango flavoured tbh Favorite season: Summer Favorite book series: Harry Potter (including the Fantastic Beasts Screenplay, the Hogwarts textbooks, The Tales of Beedle the Bard, and yes, The Cursed Child). The Fallen series is also pretty top though. Favorite flower: Roses, I guess. Idk really Favorite scent: Vanilla, or peach. Favorite color: Red Favorite animal: Tie between cats and dogs. I also think horses are pretty top, but I am also an anxious smol bean who feels like I could get crushed if a horse even stepped on me Coffee, tea, or hot cocoa: Whilst I love a good coffee (especially caramel lattes from the cafe across the road from where I work) nothing really beats a hot chocolate Average sleep hours: 5-6. 7 if I’m really lucky. My Week in Manga: July 3-July 9, 2017
My News and Reviews
Last week at Experiments in Manga I announced the winner of the Summer Spookiness manga giveaway. The post also includes some of the manga available in English that incorporate Japanese folklore, ghosts, or urban legends in some way. Otherwise, it was a rather quiet week except for the fact that on Friday evening I discovered that the room I was storing a bunch of my books in had flooded thanks to a broken radiator pipe. So, a fair amount of my Friday night and weekend was spent on recovery efforts and assessing the damage. All things considered, I came out of the whole thing pretty well. Although I did lose some material, and it was heartbreaking, I was able to save the majority of the books. (I’m really glad I took the preservation and conservation class during library school!) Fortunately, only two of the severely damaged books were truly irreplaceable. One is just about dry enough now that I can start to try pressing it back into shape and the other is currently in the freezer. They won’t necessarily be pretty, but they should still be readable when I’m through.
Anyways! On to the licensing news and announcements made during the final days of Anime Expo: Among other things, Kodansha Comics revealed the details behind the new Eternal Edition of Naoko Takeuchi’s Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, confirmed the print edition of CLAMP’s Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card, and announced Yukito Kishiro’s Battle Angel Alita: Mars Chronicle. (Kodansha is also continuing its trend of calling manga digital-first with no real indication that a print edition will ever emerge.) As for Kodansha’s sister company Vertical Comics, we have City by Keiichi Arawi, Moteki by Mitsuro Kubo, Strangulation by Nisioisin, and My Boy by Hitomi Takano to look forward to. Seven Seas announced a number of manga and light novels, too: Ryo Shirakome and Takayaki’s Arifureta; Yuu Kamiya, Tsubaki Himana, and Sino’s Clockwork Planet; Eiichi Shimizu and Tomohiro Shimoguchi’s Getter Robo Devolution; Akihito Tukushi’s Made in Abyss; Coolkyoushinja and Mitsuhiro Kimura’s Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Kanna’s Daily Life; Kina Kobayashi’s Nameless Asterism Shoutarou Tokunou’s New Game; the continuation of Ichigo Takano’s Orange; Yuyuko Takemiya and Yasu’s Toradora; and Nozomu Tamaki’s Soul Liquid Chambers. Also, Udon Entertainment plans on publishing the Daigo the Beast and Infini-T Force manga. (Still waiting for Udon’s Rose of Versaille and Sugar Sugar Rune to make an appearance, though.)
Quick Takes
Boy, I Love You edited by Kou Chen, Emily Forster, and Eric Alexander Arroyo. I had the delightful opportunity to meet the editors and a few of the other contributors of Boy, I Love You while at TCAF, but as one of the anthology’s Kickstarter backers I was well-aware of the anthology before that and was greatly looking forward to its release. The volume brings together six comics and one illustrated prose story by seven different creators, all of which take inspiration from the more wholesome aspects of the boys’ love genre. It’s a delightful collection with an appealing range of stories, everything from slice-of-life to mecha space battles. If I had to choose a favorite (which is difficult to do because all seven contributions are honestly great) it would probably be Forster’s “Mix Plate” which incorporates themes of family and food along with the comic’s central romance. The focus of the stories in Boy, I Love You is primarily on relationships and how the characters’ navigate them and their feelings. While as a whole the anthology is fairly chaste–the physical closeness that’s shown between the men is largely limited to a few kisses and embraces–the intimacy expressed in the stories is undeniable. Boy, I Love You is a highly enjoyable and heartfelt anthology of queer stories.
Dreamin’ Sun, Volume 1 by Ichigo Takano. Orange, the first of Takano’s manga to be released in English translation, left a huge and personally significant impression on me. As a result, when Dreamin’ Sun was licensed for an English-language edition, too, it immediately caught my attention. Shimana Kameko is terribly unsatisfied with her life and so, without putting much thought into it, she decides to run away from home. While playing hooky from school she meets Fujiwara Taiga in a nearby park, a man who has left home for an entirely different reason–he’s been kicked and locked out of his house for being drunk. He offers to rent Kameko a room but among other things she will have help retrieve the keys first. I unquestionably love the quirky and increasingly large cast of Dreamin’ Sun, but the story itself is somewhat lackluster at this point. I’m also finding it a little difficult to believe that Kameko’s father would so readily let his high school daughter move out of their home. However, the narrative does hint at a familial backstory that hasn’t yet been fully revealed which may go far to help explain his decision. While Dreamin’ Sun isn’t nearly as compelling as Orange, I certainly wouldn’t mind reading more of the series. The first volume was goofy and a little ridiculous, but not at all in a bad way.
Erased, Omnibus 2 (equivalent to Volumes 3-4) by Kei Sanbe. While the beginning of Erased took a little while to fully click with me, by the end of the first omnibus I was thoroughly hooked on the series. After inexplicably traveling back in time to his childhood, Satoru Fujinuma is doing all that he can to try to stop a series of kidnappings and murders he knows is about to happen. Thanks to a strange ability that he calls “Revival,” he has been able to change things in his past before, but saving the lives of his classmates and friends is proving to be an extraordinary challenge. Sanbe’s artwork in Erased can be a little inconsistent and unrefined at times, but the story has become truly gripping. Not only is Satoru faced with trying to solve the deadly mysteries from earlier in his life, in the present day he’s also being skillfully framed for the murder of his mother and he must find a way to prove his innocence. The two situations are closely linked together and Satoru is understandably desperate to find answers. There are also some really touching moments in Erased as Satoru grows as a person–although he’s worried for their safety and doesn’t want to endanger anyone, he’s finally able to start accepting help from and form meaningful relationships with other people.
Mysterious Girlfriend X, Omnibus 1 (equivalent to Volumes 1-2) by Riichi Ueshiba. I had already heard a fair amount about Mysterious Girlfriend X before reading the first omnibus, but I wasn’t at all anticipating how surprisingly charming the series would be. Ueshiba’s illustrations can actually be pretty cute, too. That being said, Mysterious Girlfriend X is an incredibly weird manga and many people won’t be able to get past the drool and literal swapping of spit around which much of the story revolves. Akira Tsubaki is a fairly normal high school student but his first girlfriend, the newly transferred Mikoto Urabe, most definitely is not. If she is destined to have a close bond with someone, she is able to convey her feelings to them through her drool and she can likewise understand their feelings from their drool. She’s also phenomenally talented when it comes to using scissors, either artistically or in self-defense, and she always keeps a pair tucked away in her panties. Much about Urabe unknown, but after tasting her drool, Tsubaki can’t seem to help but fall in love with her. In general, Mysterious Girlfriend X tends to be somewhat episodic in nature although Tsubaki and Urabe’s strangely heartwarming relationship can be seen to very slowly progress over the course of the first omnibus.
