So my family from Michigan and my family from Missouri finally met up when we all had to go down south for a funeral and we learned some interesting things about our older relatives cause apparently my Great-uncle was very much a stereotypical southern white man and my grandmother was an independent woman from Detroit and he looked her dead in the eyes and said "if you were my wife I'd shoot you" and my grandmother laughed and replied "if I were your wife, I'd shoot myself" and guys this is the best comeback I've ever heard I still can't stop laughing and it's been a month
