We always have posts about a sith artifact reverting one of the Jedi into their younger self but what about like, them at their worst?? As in, their worst emotional state or something. So like…

-Anakin, Rex, Cody, Ashoka, and Obi-wan in a sith temple or raiding like a storage building for some pirate or some shit

-one of the them find a dark feeling artifact

-somehow it gets triggered and affects Obi-wan

-BOOM. Obi-wan straight after the twins are born. Covered in blood, soot, and dirt. Tears tracks on his face, holding a baby in each arm and staring up at them all in horror. Because not only is it basically fucking d-day for the Jedi temple but now he’s holding his the last little lights in the galaxy in front of the troopers and sith that used to be his family but betrayed him in the worst way possible.

As far as Obi knows:

-Padme just died

-he’d just killed anakin

-Cody had just tried to kill him

-Rex had marched on the temple with the 501st

-Ashoka had left the order

Not to go full angst but this man would crumple to the ground. Both hands full and no way out, just pleading for them to spare the twins.
