💗💗💗 a fun fact that probably won't make it into the fic is that gerry straight up lies about the key to people. Because the rumor started going around, and he KNOWS there's someone out there who might decide to steal it and go bother jon, probably traumatizing him in the process. So if someone asks him "is it true jon gave you his spare key 😍🥰" he says no. what key. jon has a spare key? huh.

even though many of the people asking are Eye enough to Know he's lying.
