One of the most popular show, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ which has received great responses from the audiences over 6 years is all set to go off-air.

Aditi Bhatia who played one of the most important characters on the show of Ruhi breaks into tears on the last day of shoot.

She took to Instagram and shares a video of herself where she is seen crying. She wrote, “Today was my last day on the sets of Yeh hai Mohabbatein. Can’t believe it’s over and I won’t get a call time for tomorrow to shoot. About my journey in the show, it’s been beautiful, I have learnt so much and this show was a dream come true for me.”

  Today was my last day on the sets of Yeh hai Mohabbatein. Can’t believe it’s over and I won’t get a call time for tomorrow to shoot. About my journey in the show, it’s been beautiful, I have learnt so much and this show was a dream come true for me. About Ruhi, Stepping into a character that’s already important, established, well recognised and loved is difficult. I’ve never said this before but it was a tough time when I had entered the show as there were people saying things like “Ab toh show kaise chalega”, “Ab show mein woh baat nahi rahi”, “Show ko band karne ke liye leap liya hai” etc etc but I kept working and focused on my scenes. The hate was so much in the beginning that I had shut my phone for a week so that I don’t come across any such comments and get slightly affected also but surprisingly just after my first episode being telecasted, the reaction was totally the opposite of what I had expected. The same people then accepted me, praised my work and brought me till here and now all I receive is LOVE❤️ I want to thank each and everyone of you who showed that belief and accepted towards me, it is only because of you guys that I have completed 4 years in the show when a week was seeming difficult. A character that was hard stepping into is hard to let go off today. Thank you to the entire team of YHM for giving me Ruhi and this beautiful family who has been so lovely. Thank you Ruhi for making Aditi’s life so beautiful. #IWillMissYouRuhi

Meanwhile, the makers of ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ recently made the announcement of replacing the show with its spin-off, ‘Yeh Hai Chahattein’.

Yeh Hai Chahatein first promo: Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel introduce Prisha

Star Plus’ popular show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’  is still one of the most-watched shows on Indian television. The show which has completed six long years will go off air next month.

And now, the show will be replaced by its spin-off titled ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’. Recently, the makers of the show has released the first promo of the show in which Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel introducing Yeh Hai Chahatein’s female protagonist Prisha (Sargun Kaur Luthra). Prisha is Ishita’s (Divyanka Tripathi) niece.

The promo begins with Ishita asking Raman if he would have married her if Ruhi was her daughter instead of his. He tells her that he would have, of course, fallen in love with her no matter what. They then introduce Ishita’s niece, Prisha, and how Ishita is worried about her. An aunty asks Prisha when she’ll get married and just then, a young little boy runs to her and calls her Mom. She smiles and tells the aunty that it’s probably because she is a mother.

Ekta Kapoor release the promo and wrote “As we bid adieu to the very successful predecessor Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, it’s time to welcome Ishima’s niece in Yeh Hai Chahatein. We have seen lots of stories till now, but this one is going to be even more special. When I started Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, I remember going to Gaurav Banerjee from Star Plus and asking him for a non prime time slot because I wanted to do a show on a social issue. I had stopped doing much television and I wanted to make YHM without the trappings of a TRP driven show. A show about a woman who cannot have children, a stepmother who according to Indian terms is considered bad!”

It’s said often that it’s easier for men with children to get married again, but very tough for a woman with a child to find a suitable groom.
