Perhaps it wasn’t exactly the right time for the library tour, so close on the heels of the storm. However, Sarai had arranged it before the storm, and had spent as much time as possible in the interim working to assist those in her house who needed it. On her part, she was sure that she would benefit from a moment of pleasure, and she assumed Samuel felt the same way since he had agreed to continue with the tour.
