Ahhh hi! I'm so glad to hear that everyone's been enjoying this fic!! Yes, there WILL be a second chapter—I've been slowly plucking away at it since I posted chapter one, but life has been... unfortunately cruel and hectic since then, so I haven't had the time or the spoons to really throw a good effort into finishing it up. But rest assured, anon, there will be a second chapter SOON!

I don't have anything useful but I am thinking about Wizards And Also Molly and I wanted to share that train of thought

Suddenly and without warning I was hit with a memory or something you said once about Caleb not being "normally" ticklish and getting more and more sensitive the more he gets into his own head about it, and I started reading through your entire Caleb tag to find the thing. And now I have wizards on the brain

Remembering a Mollymauk and I think he's good as a Big Dumb Cat. It's so fun when he's doing things that look mysterious or intimidating or whatever to other folks but the fic is in his pov and he's just a dumbass (affectionate). I am blatantly plot bunnying you (hope that's okay)

potentially something is wrong with me but i just! really like writing characters having complicated relationships with tickles! and i think Caleb would have gotten good at tuning out physical sensation by necessity, first in the sanatorium and then during years alone and on the run with so little opportunity to treat himself well, and then he meets the Nein and the overwhelm of “people are interacting with me? paying attention to me? and they’re touching me and they want me to be happy and it’s not going to go away?” absolutely messes all that up in a way he wasn’t expecting and results in him being so much more ticklish than he thought he was, Scheiße
