La abueltia, she made us the best vegatarian food, all grown locally. Greatest human being. Some awesome artist painted a portrait of her, I had to get a pic!. She later told me some crazy UFO stories, and a very odd one, about a Magical Portal near the mountains, where miniature dwarfs (Duendes) come in and out from other dimensions to play around with farm animals, and messing with the locals. As we walked through the mountains, we came across a lady that was making Black bean Tamales in front of her house, all Plant based, no Lard, with the corn she grew herself right next door, In the middle of the most Self efficient land in the Region.
