Featuring: Korma + Malabari Parotta at @sankalprestaurant  When in Ahmedabad, Gujarat you expect a wholesome Kathyawadi or Gujarati thali feast or even the regular farsan items like Dhokla, fafda, etc. But what if we tell you, you can find a super delicious South Indian feast in the heart of Gujju land as well?  We were totally blown by the food at Sankalp, right from Idli platter to Dosa platter the variety was grand and delicious! Even the many chutneys they served were so tasty and impressive. While idli dosa are still considered easier bets, we were totally surprised by how good the Korma and Malabar Parotta tasted when we called for this as mains! Probably one of the best we'd had. Have you tried Sankalp restaurant? They happen to be a popular chain and spread across various cities in India and abroad.  . . . . Like us?
