              it takes long after the beep for her to talk, her breath strangled behind her lips. “ I don’t know how many times I did this just to hear your voice, this is fucking ridiculous. ” there’s a sniff and a couple of sobs that determine she can’t possibly have anyone around. she wouldn’t cry in front of them. “ what the fuck were you thinking, Nate? what the fuck did you… ” she stops and tries to take a deep breath, but it seems like she is struggling to make the air come in. “ you said you wouldn’t leave. you fucking said it and I believed in you. I fucking believed in you! ” her voice progressively grows louder and there’s a loud bang on the background, the sound of her punching a wall. “ and now, guess what? YOU’RE GONE! just like that! and I can’t hold you or kiss you or have you, you’re just fucking gone and you left me here alone! why!? why the fuck did it have to be you!? ” there’s one more pause and she’s putting every effort on catching her breath. “ you know what? you should have killed me that night. you should have killed me and leave me fucking dead! because this isn’t even living, I’m just… here. I can’t do anything, I can’t even fucking breathe right. god fucking damn it, Nate… ” she sighs, as if realizing everything she said, but not truly regretting it, doubting she’d even regret it if he could possibly hear her. “ I miss you. I miss you so much and… shit, I don’t know what to do, I don’t know how… ” her words fade and she sighs again, feeling her own defeat. “ I love you. and it doesn’t matter how much you anger me, how much you make me hate you, I’LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU. and that’s fucked up. I’m completely fucked up. ”

He wants to move; come closer to his brother. His twin. Someone he loves very much (though they don’t act it. Stiles is going to change that if they get out of here. And if Nate lets him.) But even the act of raising his arm proved to be too much work. Its selfish, but he wants Scott. Swallowing the lump in his throat, Stiles whispers again. “Nate, are you alright?”

He closes his eyes for a brief moment and almost dozes; having to shake himself awake with a snort. “Look..look Nate. I’m sorry I got you into this. Theres...a lot of things I should have explained...” 

He scoffs, angry at himself. “Too late now.”
