Idk what Skully is asking Test Tube, but I'm assuming it's smth like:

#inanimate insanity #they get sent to the island to investigate the mysterious disappearance of Steve Cobs #i guess to work with both shows' lore mulder takes the case because of online runors about the Inanimate Insanity contestants #how they all go by their object names and no one has ever seen them in person #and how they magically revive #skully says its just production magic and that the cast just wants their privacy so they stay iut of the spotlight #but mulder thinks something more suspicious is going on. and uhhhh. idk theres rumors abt the location of inanimate island being exactly the #sane location cobs disappeared too since mephone was the host and they suspect he malfunctioned and went haywire #skully says its rare for technological objects to malfunction like that and usually that they were controlled by outside forces #mulder brings up the GPS case from nightly manor but skully argues that case still isnt solved #and then mulder brings up the disappearing persons case from ONE as explanations for the contestants having no memories? or something #and skully argues that even if mephone went crazy and kidnapped and brainwashed people he still broadcasted his show live on television and #there was no way to hide the identities of the contestants so thoroughly. so they go to investigate ^_^#I LOVE MY AU #AAAA
