Sancta was raised around other trolls who weren’t ever planning on abiding by the rules the rest of the world was forced to go by, and even grew planning on starting a rebellion, hoping to bring equality across all trolls, removing the oppression of blood colours and mutants. As a kid he was extremely energetic, almost annoyingly so, which to his relief and to many who knew him back then, Sancta calmed down as he started putting his energy into building the Equalist rebel group. His leadership with the group did not last long, as Sancta soon found himself hitting an emotional brick wall, and started feeling hopeless depression, which lead to him leaving the rebellion, letting it fall apart. 

Sancta sought out ways to help him get out of his depression, and eventually found a short reprieve in working as an assassin, trying his best to only take targets that did not betray his morals in killing them. But as his short escape from his depression left him, Sancta found himself succumbing to the illness’s whispers, ending up being revived by Fiscus Demans, and given the Curse of the Arcanist which would cause him to resurrect if he were to wind up dead once more. 

Sancta’s depression did not return right away, giving him time to focus on himself, and find what exactly he wanted to do with his life. He eventually gave up with his morals, continuing his work as an assassin with his old boss Retros, until his depression started creeping it’s way back into his life, and he figured it was about time to find something else that’d help distract him from his mental illness. 

Godryn Heltez found Sancta around this time, asking him to help him track down the Doctor Ibixie Augadi, seeing Sancta’s immortality as a key tool to help track down the elusive jade, which after a few restless months, Sancta succeeded in doing so, using the motivation of hunting down the woman to bury away the looming depression. As Ibixie was cornered however, she gave an ultimatum to Godryn, in hopes she’d spare him and he took it, betraying Sancta, giving him to the Doctor for experimentation in exchange for the truce between him and the Doctor. Sancta later learned however, that Godryn saw something that Sancta would soon meet under his time as the Doctor’s play thing, and would later forgive Godryn, moving all of his hatred to the doctor instead. 

As Sancta’s life was taken over and over, only to be resurrected by the curse, Sancta’s soul slowly seeped into a strange dimension, where he would see glimpses of a glowing green pool of magma, and a massive creature hanging off of the ceiling, oozing the same green magma out of it’s head. The time he found himself in this dimension grew with every death, until finally Sancta found himself remaining in the dimension, trapped within the cavern with the creature, which was beginning to move closer to him. Using only what he could find around him, Sancta managed to defeat the creature, however not without great wounds, which caused him to lose any ounce of fight he had to the doctor’s experiments once his soul returned to his body. What he did realize however, was that the hopeless depression he was plagued by had disappeared, and instead a constant deep heat resonated within his body. It wasn’t until the Doctor and her lackeys abandoned him at one of her throw-away labs, that Sancta realized he has gained the power to create and control magma, using it to help him escape and destroy in a fit of rage. 

For a while after, Sancta had a hard time controlling his rage and returning to social life, however with his mate and close friend’s help, he slowly found stability, and was able to forgive both Fiscus Demans and Godryn Heltez in their involvement in what the Doctor Ibixie Augadi did to him. 

Sancta Lives in a cul de sac, with a few other trolls, in the middle of empty and forested fields. His hive has a large garage, where he works on some of his tech and vehicles from time to time. Sancta also recently took up doing live streaming from time to time, however due to his past experiences, still finds it hard to be social, even with a computer to distance himself from those he tries to talk to.

I really wanted to draw my two trolls, Sancta and Godryn meeting again after Godryn betrayed him. I even wrote their meeting, but I’m far from confident with my writing so instead of posting that right to my troll blog so i’mma just link it right here if you wanna read. 

Long story short, Sancta’s gonna join my fantrol blog’s roster after I get his talksprite done.

☽ - Which of your trolls is closest in personality to you, and which is most different? How so?

I say the two I have a lot in common with is Tai and Sancta, and for a much lesser fraction of them, Emmez.. Tai is very quiet, to himself and only really opens up and is comfortable with those he’s spent a lot of time with, as for the both of us it really does take a lot of time with someone to really feel comfortable with them. In my case it’s because of my anxiety, It takes a long time spent with someone for me to feel absolutely comfortable around them. Tai’s personality feels the most natural to me to rp, because we both are very calm, and quiet. 

Sancta used to be my self insert before I realized he was and that it was a thing people do, and since has distanced more and more from myself as he’s developed. We do still share a lot in common, Both being on the Asexual and Aromantic spectrum(s), Sancta’s demi in both while I’m more on the repulsed side of asexuality and me being aro is subject to change. Like Tai, Sancta’s more calm, and due to his more recent developments San’s not got a lot of energy to his personality, he’s reserved and doesn’t really get into things anymore. We both struggle with our mental illness, which has a really heavy impact on how we interact with others, which we both struggle to do. 

The thing I share with both em and sancta is the gender exploration, both Em and San are trans, while i’m Agender and not yet happy with my identity. Em is extremely content with himself while Sancta’s only rarely gets unsure of himself, but not for gender/body related things. The other thing i share with em is how we handle people, Both of us will be as civil as we can with people until they’ve wronged us, It doesn’t matter what they identify as, what wrong they may or may not do, we’re not going to shit on someone just because their past or present, however as soon as someone wrongs us we tend to become more sour towards them The troll I’m likely least like that’s on my roster so far is, possibly Aildyn? I don’t think there’s gonna be many trolls with nothing in common with me but Aildyn sticks out. Aildyn is extremely sexually active, enjoys finding one night stands and doesn’t like the idea of settling down. The one thing we share is that we’re both likely polyamorous, however unlike Aildyn I’d never cheat on someone or get with a friend’s partner behind their backs like he did to Angelo. Aildyn’s a very strong personality, he’s confident, super smart(he knows tech like  the back of his hand) and flirtatious, none of this being what I am.  I think the only thing he and I really share otherwise is our love for science and theories/philosophy.

Also Khivol and Sancta both as daemons

I’ve considered sancta being a demon before, however a Daemon makes SO much more sense considering his personality,

As for Khivol, I don’t think I’ve used him enough to really know. He worships an eldritch being, and from what little of him I know of, MAYBE before being indoctrinated into the elder god’s self indulging cult, the Khivol he’ll soon no longer remember, very well would have fit as a daemon, so a daemon who becomes corrupted by an eldritch being? that’s an interesting thought.
