This luxurious complex nestled on Celebration Way is home to six units & a rooftop paradise. With three 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units, & three 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units, Celebration Condominiums is the perfect home for any new (& perhaps growing) sim family.

I may need to take a little break from the residential rentals after this one 😅 but wow, I really love this one!! Four units are fully furnished, and two have basic amenities to furnish as your sim’s heart desires!

Got bored, so I made this cute little 2-story craftsman/suburban hybrid with an attached garage. Kept the interior neutral and all the rooms blank so you can decorate it to your own personal needs. Built in San Sequoia on the 23 Eucalyptus Lane lot!

These neighboring historic townhouses lie at the center of all of Anchorpoint Wharf's action. They are poised in a way that highlights the true duality of the Wharf: the calm, serenity of a lovely ocean view and the bustle of its historic downtown area. Best of all, public transit is readily accessible and the library is right across the way, so whoever lives here can stop by and pick up a good book anytime!

Coming back at you guys with yet another residential lot!! This time I made townhouses in different styles! I thought the contrast of the homes - one renovated with modern finishes and one pretty much preserved in its original state - would be more visually interesting. I built them in San Sequoia on the 30x20 Manzanita Terrace lot! Also, they both have basements which I did not take a picture of (they're completely empty so not interesting anyway lol). I left the interior undecorated so you can decorate it to your own needs!
