Here's another question: would you rather get a big important page or a humble one? Like, would you prefer to be assigned "endives" or are you in charge of the entire language "Sanskrit" now?
Anyway, I got Aloysius the Bighorn Sheep. I don't know anything about him yet, but he is apparently a thing that will happen at some point in my lifetime.
What if when we were born we were each assigned a Wikipedia page like a social security number would that be fucked up or what

Taking a shared pride in the results of their labour. I swear it's getting better at clothes for fat people. I dunno how much of this prompt is relevant, but it is very effective. adjust (or don't mention) jobs, ages, expressions and clothes as necessary. side view photo of two strong 40 year old handsome samoan rugby player with a hugely distended round beerbelly, wearing a white formal shirt and black suit, hugging on his belly, proud expectant father, boyfriends outside a busy pub at night, stern, looking at camera, raining

How would your oc react to them getting arrested! :0
HA! Let us see where this was going.
Tiala - She'll be cursing everyone in Samoan and trying, AGGRESIVELY, to escape. While moving around like a mad chihuahua. Good luck with that guys.
Kanoa - He would be running away though. Dodging EVERY police men who was trying to tackle him down. (He use to play football and rugby so he's hard to catch when it comes to tackle him down-)
Agnes - She's running for her dear LIFE. She went to jail ONCE. She NEVER want to go back in there AGAIN. So she's just sprinting around. Man...that girl can RUN.
Nigel - He would be screaming saying "WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH! EASY WITH THE ARMS! ARE YOU THAT NEEDY OF ARRESTING ME?!"
Aelan - Would just take out the Uno Reverse card and she'll arrest THEM instead of her.
Alana - She is the GENERAL. She'll beat your ass for even lay a FINGER on her.
Callie - She'll be like Tiala. Being agressive while yelling "I'M AN AMERICAN! I HAVE MY RIGHTS!"
Rosa - .....when did she EVER get caught?
Koa - He'll be calling his girlfriend while still being in the cell. Asking her to help him to be bailed out. He would get an ear fold from her after.

yeah rugby is the biggest sport here by far. while motorsports isn't as big here as a lot of the other sports, if liam has a seat next year there'll still for sure be heaps of kiwis at melbourne (wish i could say the same but it was just so expensive). in general tho we have a pretty laid back culture, i think the craziest we've ever gotten is when hosting the rugby world cup in 2011 lol. it's the tongans and samoans that go crazy here with their fan support, they outdo the rest of the country ngl. so maybe if liam was pasifika things would be different lol. but while franco i'm sure will never be able to walk in argentina again without being recognised (and possibly mobbed), liam will either fly under the radar or mostly be left alone cause even if we recognise him, we'd be too awkward to approach him lol. also everyone from nz is likely to have some sort of connection to someone in one way or another, so i guess in that sense we have more of an attitude like it's cheering on your mate/family vs your idol! i'm legitimately in awe though of how big he has become so fast
ahhh that makes sense! i think i'd rather be liam, start your career without being in the spotlight of an entire nation jdksj here many people have high expectations & don't seem to understand franco is still learning and will make mistakes but it's okay
i do wonder if the other drivers wished they got this kind of instant massive support from their colder/more reserved compatriots
if anything franco might be a little jealous of the peace liam has 😭 he has said he wished people didn't recognize him so much (and that was before f1!!!) i fear my guy won't know peace again

So, there was these ones I knew. (Who aren’t even from here they just live here now) But then there was a Samoan rugby player and I was like ‘huh’. So I looked him up and he has the exact same birthday as me, only one year earlier and would have attended the same secondary school at the exact same time as I did. Never heard of him. 😂
So shout out to Michael Stanley I guess who shares my birthday and my shitty secondary school. 🫡

No-vember
November suddenly got very busy for me. In the space of a week, I was thrust into three new roles – Rugby League, Europa League & Saudi Pro League (the latter two are football). I generally enjoy adding strings to my bow, but it was not a stress-free experience; due to the quick change-up in my chart, I was not afforded a whole lot of time to fully acclimatise to each position. And although they are not a million miles away from similar roles I have performed, each of them has different requirements, and sometimes – bizarrely – different buttons for the same graphic even if it’s the same sport! Thus, I could not get through the jobs on muscle memory alone, and as a result I felt a lot less comfortable than I normally do in the hotseat.
However, as a tenured operator of 5+ years I knew the task(s) was not beyond me. I travelled to Leeds for a double-header of international Rugby League friendlies and performed as solidly as the home team(s); in a mismatch of huge proportions, England Women pasted the Welsh 82-0 before the men’s team saw off the challenge of a far more competitive Samoan side, winning 34-16. The latter was a fantastic watch, and even in an unfamiliar role, I was able to enjoy it while I worked.
Tumblr media
Another trip op narth to the red half of Manchester followed, and a first visit to one of the UK’s most famous stadiums, Old Trafford (A.K.A. The Theatre of Dreams). I didn’t get a chance to wander around the ground, but it was still cool to see it and tick another sporting sight off my list. Due to some sudden technical issues originating from back home at the office, it threatened to become The Theatre of Screams, but the team worked overdrive to fix things in time for kick-off. Manchester United welcomed PAOK (A.K.A. Panthessaloníkios Athlitikós Ómilos Konstadinoupolitón) for some late-night footie, and although it was a far cry from the European nights of yesteryear, the Red Devils eventually got over the line 2-0 against their Greek guests. I also kept a clean sheet in the van.
No rest for the wicked as I continued to cover the miles at a rapid rate, driving back down the following morning to be in situe at Stockley Park for an afternoon Saudi match (operated remotely). I visit SP about once a year for the odd Premier League match, which isn’t regularly enough to feel entirely at home anyway, but for some reason my feelings of discomfort are exacerbated here. It also doesn’t help that each time I visit I end up working with new faces – another minor struggle for Mr Wallflower over here.
I had the least prep time for this job too, so when my first proper mistake of the week came (animating the wrong team’s lineup over the arrivals shots), it felt somewhat inevitable. It was an avoidable one, and it took me a while to shake off the negative feelings, but I made it through the rest of the show unscathed.
I escaped SP as soon as I could and bade good riddance to a trialsome week. I abhor feeling unprepared and always like to do my due diligence, but as that wasn’t entirely possible my aim was simply to survive it. I suppose overall I did, but ending on the lowest note isn’t a good feeling. A stint of snooker is up next (up north once again), so at least I can retreat to my safe space for a little while.

Super Rugby Pacific Crusaders face to Moana Pasifika on Friday May 31, 2024 in Apollo Projects Stadium
Based in Christchurch, the Crusaders, originally known as the Canterbury Crusaders, are a professional rugby union side from New Zealand that plays in the Super Rugby league. With 14 championships to their name, they are the most successful squad in the competition’s history.
Rugby union players from a variety of Pacific Island countries, including Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, and the Cook Islands, as well as those born in New Zealand or Australia, make up Moana Pasifika Originally formed for a single game against the Māori All Blacks in December 2020, the team’s ultimate goal was to strive to get into Super Rugby.
The Crusaders are the provincial rugby unions from the Buller, Canterbury, Mid-Canterbury, South Canterbury, Tasman, and West Coast of New Zealand. They were founded in 1996 to represent the upper South Island in the Super 12. Since 2012, Rugby League Park also known as Apollo Projects Stadium due to sponsorship has served as their primary home field. Before Jade Stadium was irreparably damaged in the 2011 Christchurch earthquake, they used to play there.
New Zealand Rugby announced on April 14, 2021, that the team had been given a provisional licence to play in the Super Rugby league. The squad received an unconditional licence on July 12, 2021, which officially confirmed their participation in the 2022 Super Rugby Pacific season. On March 4, 2022, the squad participated in their first Super Rugby match.
In the Super 12’s inaugural season in 1996, the Crusaders had difficulty and came in last. In 1997, they performed better and came in sixth place. Even though every final was contested away from home, the squad went on to win three titles between 1998 and 2000. After staying undefeated throughout the season, they won the competition once more in 2002. They made it to the championship game once again in the next two seasons, but they lost both times. The final season of the Super 12 prior to its expansion was 2005. The Crusaders hosted the final and defeated the Waratahs there after taking first place in the standings that season. For Rugby News The Daily Rugby
Coach Tana Umaga of Moana Pasifika selected a 26-man roster for their December 5, 2020, matchup with the Māori All Blacks on November 24, 2020. Players from New Zealand who were either international or sevens capped by a Pacific team or who identified as Pacific region natives made up the team. The team’s debut game took place at Waikato Stadium on December 5, 2020, against the Māori All Blacks. Leading by Samoan international Michael Ala’alatoa, a Sydney native, the team fell short against the Māori 28–21.
The trophy was awarded to the Crusaders to retain after they won their fifth Super 12 title. In the first-ever Super 14 championship in 2006, the Crusaders hosted and defeated the Hurricanes 19–12. The Crusaders hosted the 2008 final at AMI Stadium, where they defeated the Waratahs 20–12 to win their seventh championship. They defeated the Lions in 2017 to win their seventh championship. In the 2018 final, the Crusaders hosted the Lions and prevailed 37–18 to win their ninth championship. In 2019, the Crusaders defeated the Jaguares at home to win their eleventh Super Rugby championship.
The licences for the South African Super Rugby teams the Bulls, Lions, Sharks, and Stormers as well as the Argentine Jaguares and the Japanese Sunwolves expired after the 2020 season. The COVID-19 pandemic continued to affect the 2021 Super Rugby season, which was played in two regionalized tournaments with the five Super Rugby teams from New Zealand and the four Super Rugby teams from Australia. The Western Force, who had lost their licence at the end of the 2017 Super Rugby season, also participated in the tournament. But starting in 2022, a brand-new 12-team competition was being discussed, and on November 13, 2020, the New Zealand Rugby Union declared Moana Pasifika and the Fijian Drua to be its preferred partners.
