What is Samewada Month?   -Samewada Month is a month where the relationship between Samekichi and wadanohara is celebrated by all shippers through series of prompts.

When will it take place? -May 2020

Do I need to participate everyday? -You don’t need to! You can either participate in as many days as you want or choose not to do a certain day/prompt- Samewada month is all about celebrating Samewada and having fun as a fandom. Do not feel pressured to do all the prompts if you cannot or do not want to.

Is it ok to start early?

- While the event starts next month, it is 100% ok to start drafting/sketching/draw early for it. We won’t reblog early submissions this month but we will have it saved in our queue to reblog for next month, If you decide to submit in early. You can submit your entries in here:

How do I submit my art?

-Put  #samewadamonth and #samewadamonthday[x]  on your post. We’ll reblog all posts. If you want or you don’t have a Tumblr account, you can use the same tags on your other social media!

For day 2, does it mean we get to choose or do both? - You can either choose or do both if you want- But remember, if you feel too pressured on a certain prompt, you don’t have to do it! It’s ok to skip out on a prompt.

Are we allowed to take prompts from some days and combine them all into one drawing together? - Yes, that is acceptable! As long as you state in your post what days/prompts are combined together.

I remember reading another like that in the day of it publication on wattpad, and then (of some months) you start promoting a similar story, may the idea is not new but they kinda have similar stuff or something

Ah, the Samewada wedding night! It was actually inspired from another one on A03 where they were reunited after so long and later down the road things progressed. A very well written piece! The smut in that inspired me to do something for them, and since it's Samewada, I wanted it a little wholesome - what better way than on their wedding night? <3

PREGNANCY MEME:

Reaction: Wadanohara is delighted, her familiars haven’t seen her that happy since Samekichi left. She smiles all the time, repeats how glad she is. Meanwhile, Samekichi is almost as happy as he is scared. He thinks that he, a shark, won’t be a good father but Wadanohara’s calm convinces him that there’s no need to worry. 

1 month: Wadanohara’s excitement is noticeable in the whole city, probably everyone shares her happiness. Tatsumiya visits her foster daughter every day to tell her stories about taking care of an egg and then an infant. Samekichi’s approach is more practical. He constantly checks the barrier to make sure that Wadanohara and his future child are going to be safe. He also tries to take all Wadanohara’s responsibilities, even if she claims that she can still work.

Food cravings: Wadanohara is ashamed to admit when she wants to eat something specific so she either ignores it or makes the food herself. Of course Samekichi immediately notices that something is off and when he finally hears that his wife wishes to eat an apple pie, he rushes to the Apple Isle without the second thought. Bonus: Fukami bakes the cake.  

Mood swings: At first glance it is almost unnoticeable. Only Samekichi remarks that Wadanohara needs his company and hugs him more often then before. She also wants to talk about the past. When Wadanohara cries, she always apologizes to Samekichi and says that she was supposed to be strong but he repeats that it’s nothing. He supports her as much as he can. 

Sonogram: Tatsumiya suggests the spell allowing future parents to check if the child grows healthy inside of the egg. When Wadanohara sees her son for the first time, she has tears in her eyes and tells Tatsumiya that it’s one of the happiest moments of her life. Samekichi insists that he has something in his eyes, he is not crying. Not at all. 

Baby kicking: When Wadanohara feels slight moves under the shell, she immediately tells Samekichi about it. First he panics, worried that maybe something is wrong with the baby, but when Wadanohara is finally able to explain to him that it’s normal, Samekichi puts his ear to the egg and listens to his son for an hour. 

Water broke Egg hatching: Samekichi is good at fighting but he has no idea what he should do now, when the baby is coming to see the world. Fortunately Memoca, the fastest of them all, rushes for Tatsumiya. Fukami tells Wadanohara to rest while Dolphi calms down Samekichi ‘WHO IS CALM!!!’

At the hospital: Nobody wants to take the egg to the castle, everybody agrees that child should be born at home. Samekichi wanders around their place, too nervous to sit. Fukami only points calmly that everything is going to be alright, although he doesn’t even look at Samekichi. Finally Tatsumiya comes to tell Samekchi that he can see him…

Its a…: boy!

Parents reaction: Wadanohara is lying with child in her arms and her face shines with love. She smiles gently to Samekichi and asks him to sit with her. When Samekichi sees his son, all fears are gone. He kisses Wadanohara on the forehead and tells her that he couldn’t dream about something more beautiful.
