On the brighter note, I also got to meet Torvill and Dean last night
#i didn't say a word about what they caused in the fs world (bolero.)#in fact i said it's truly a type of program that is going to remain standing alone in its art and uniqueness#which is true actually#it's not even contradictory to the fact that they made the music popular among the skaters#the problem is just that 98% skaters are simply not good enough to interpret and deliver on a difficult piece of music like bolero#same goes for most warhorses tbh we all hate them because skaters just aren't doing anything with them it's all just generic and seen-before#at best#at worst it's uh davis/smolkin's swan lake for example
