We were busy this week out salvaging all we could out of an interesting old house in Glenora this week. • We saved some large multi-pane windows, beautiful floor vents, big ol cast iron laundry sink, some cool floor mounted copper base stools amongst other goodies. • Stop in and have a look! We have started reclaiming materials from a beautiful old house downtown that is scheduled for demolition. These are some of the materials that we have salvaged so far but there’s lots more to come. We will keep you posted. The glass doors on the corner cabinets have the old wavy glass in them and check out this built in ironing board! I’ve removed a number of these from houses over the years but never one like this. The way it folds out is really unique. We have just finished unloading and setting up some really great commercial cabinets that we salvaged from a renovation project in downtown. These are kitchenettes that are perfect for basement suits, tiny homes and really just anywhere you may need a small kitchen. Today we started another salvage job at a house that is being torn down. We are saving as much as we can from being crushed but the big one on this job is this beautiful kitchen with granite countertops. Anyone need a kitchen at a fraction of the cost of retail?
