I tried halotherapy for the first time yesterday! it was a very healing and detoxifying session. I am grateful to have snagged an amazing groupon deal for three sessions....but I know I'm going to end up wanting more ! my lungs feel 👌🏼 what you see in my picture is ALL Himalayan salt even the floor! great for bare feet to pull toxins out. they have super comfy chairs that recline as well. so as soon as the lights were turned off a color-changing salt lamp glowed from the corner of the room and soft relaxing piano music (with lil nature sounds) played. 45 minutes of healing meditational bliss 🙏🏼💚 #halotherapy #saltcavern #healing #naturalhealing #naturalhealth #sacredvessel #health (at The Salt Cavern)
