I just got the fifth book of ‘Loner Life in Another World’ known elsewhere as ‘The Loner who Conquered the World’, and I forgot how brilliantly written Haruka is. He is the definition of scatterbrained and just in the prologue of volume 5 he’s already derailed himself. We didn’t even get one page in before he got distracted.

If I ever stop procrastinating and continue trying to write my own story, I’m certain people are going to correlate my main character with Haruka a little.

As a side note, if there’s anybody having trouble with finding creative ideas for characters reading this, pick up this story. Yes it’s a (kinda) harem light novel, but the characterization is phenomenal and makes you really think about how if a character can be written like this, then how could I write one?
