Do you think robotic spidertaurs like this Saire.n over here get really picky about network cable layouts. like you misalign a cable a few centimeters over and they come over and fuss at you for thirty minutes because you moved the transfer speed of data from 120 gigs to 119 gigs and you have to try really hard to make eye contact and ignore their big sloshy gut (because spiders are either working on structure or hunting and eating and uUUUUHHH THEY DON'T NEED TO HUNT FOR FUEL THEY CAN M A K E) but its really difficult because spider legs put them much taller than you and that means their stomach is at eye level with your head and it's hard to ignore it when they keep gesturing around at your fuck up and their gut keeps smacking against your face

Also would the abdomen back there be for asethetic or does it actually contain substance. Could be a goopy substance that tracks signals really well like wire or somethin

oh this is the Best especially since saire.n's already a sorta meticulous person gsdcvhlkcvklh i'd imagine their warm glowing gut squishing into the back of your head n shoulders while they show you just what exactly you did wrong, jiggling around as they lower down to your level to fix it themselves,, and the abdomen absolutely contains stuff!! i think for saire.n specifically it would be a surplus of fuel, but the signal-tracking substance is really good too,, could be inter-changeable i think!! i can imagine the abdomen jittering a bit as they notice a new signal or something gscvhklcklvh

If the fuel is as unstable as you suggest, wouldn't Sai like. Always be gassy? Just belching all the time? Especially if their bloated, sloshing stretchy gu- oh sorry, "fuel chamber" has a dedicated motor to swirl it around all the time and disturb it.

Like you are telling me that there is a robot that drinks way more fuel then they need for "science", fuel that they KNOW is really unstable, with a body that actively disturbs said substance? Seems like some pretty clear consequences with that knowledge in mind.

Also Really Important Question: if the fuel is really unstable and causes bloating/WG just from messing with it at all... Wouldn't existing around Sai in general just naturally expose you to it? Even if they AREN'T super gassy they probably still belch SOMETIMES. and they have a gut full of "chemicals that aren't supposed to be exposed" that air is coming from. So even if they just like accidently bumped a table and burped in your face ONCE that would still carry traces of it. Even being in the room in general would be enough honestly.

the way i've imagined it, it's more unstable in the sense that it's (mostly) fine when it's inside their body and not messed with- but insert something else in, or try to use it in most other bots [or organics if you're naïve]? it's bound to have some,, effects. but i can definitely imagine sairen having some fairly belchy days even then, considering just how much their uh Tank, sloshes around, when even just walking- and having it blasted into your own face could absolutely leave you swelling up to their own size in little time. i like the idea of hanging out in the room, though, gradually growing over the course of an hour or so,, the rate getting exponentially faster, of course, as saire.n keeps burping uncontrollably- this effect could interest them enough to, perhaps, gather a few volunteers to get "further research" on it... free signups to be a test subject are available anytime >;]
