regarding your recent post, what is the au about ??
It鈥檚 my take on the premise from the original game, reinterpreting the worlds and integrating the character back stories a little better to be more interconnected with each other 馃挍
Basically just writing their stories in my style of world building while also giving some of the side characters more interesting roles to play within the narrative.
It opens with how Barbatos came to serve under Lord Diavolo, then will have scenes of how the brothers began to hang out together in the Celestial Realm, Belphie sneaking off to the realm of humans, and a few other little twists and additions to expand on Solomon鈥檚 part and even including an explanation for the role reapers play among them all

Thank you for Beel's Takeout part 2!! Omg just... wheeew~
The internal dialogue was intrigueing and steamy ughh yessss
Aw thank you!!
I just love the idea of demons being somewhat vampiric in nature, like they survive by feeding off the emotional/mental state of the humans they're around. It's part of what it means when they say they eat souls and how they replenish their mana.
They have an alternative of course, and that's indulging in the Vice they represent or lean most towards themselves (which is most noticeable with the brothers, the stronger tie you have to the Vice the stronger it has its hold on you).
But that's just mostly my taste and preference. I like the idea of dating a demon being problematic at its core and Beel's Takeout was a way to revive that for myself. Gluttony's a fun motive to use for that, sort of like Legoshi in Beastars or vampires. It's sexy to me to have a conflict of 'do you want me or just my soul/blood/life?' and the love interest not always sure or trying to separate the two to define what their attraction/love means for themselves.
